HM Plumbing is the best. They are honest and very reasonably priced. We had some issues with one of our pipes not draining correctly.We called HM Plumbing and I am so thankful we did. It is nice that they text you when the plumber is on his way and even send you his name and picture so you know who to expect. Justin and Rex came to our house and were able to fix the issue with our pipe within an hour. They were very nice to work with, and you could tell they were knowledgeable. They were happy to explain any part of the process and answer questions we had. HM Plumbing turned a stressful and potentially expensive plumbing problem into an easy fix. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We will definitely call them again for any future needs. You can tell that they really care about their customers and want to do quality work. Thank you guys so much for your help with our plumbing problem.

Had a gentleman named Jeremy Cockrum come by and help me out today. Gave me detailed information as to why my bathtub was not draining. Showed me what the issue was, used excellent problem solving skills and told me what to do to prevent it in the future. 10/10 will hire again in the future if this is how they treat their customers. From my experience, this was the best experience from a plumber I have ever had. Every star was earned.

Justin and Rex came to my house for some plumbing issues through American Home Shield. They were both so friendly and very thorough on checking out several minor issues I was having. They were quick, courteous and very helpful in explaining plumbing things to me. They left all of their areas clean and tidy when leaving. American Home Shield sent out HM Plumbing to do some work for me and I was thrilled with the service. Jacob was the individual who did the work. He was friendly and explained everything to me as he was doing the work. American Home Shield is a pain in the butt, but Jacob and HM Plumbing are not. I hope the next time AHS sends a plumber to my home (and there will be more times) it is Jacob and HM Plumbing.

It’s never convenient when your water heater decides to go out. But thanks to HM Plumbing, our home has hot water again. I absolutely appreciated the communication from them through text. Not only that, they actually send you a link to track your technician to see how far out they are from your residence. This is very useful due to most of us having work hours throughout the day. This allowed me to not miss out on work and meet Jacob at my house. Speaking of Jacob! THANK YOU for being punctual and respectful. This young man came to our house and got straight to work. He didn’t bother us with unnecessary banter or questions. He knew exactly what he was doing, AND cleaned up after himself. Again, thank you Jacob!

I just wanted to state that I had a very positive experience with this company. We had a hot water tank go out on a Saturday (01-13-2024) morning. Rarely i have seen a company so honest, advising a customer that they don’t need to spend even more money to resolve a problem.The young man that came to my house, Scott, was very pleasant to talk to. Our waterheater went out and H&M came to look at it, thats who our home warrant company uses and I cant say enough good things about our service TechARMANDO, because he was so nice and was by himself and found the problem and replaced our hotwater tank w a new one and had to go down some pretty steep stairs to do it and on top of that, while he was down there replacing the tank, he smelled gas and I dont go down there alot, but my husband does. Thats where he games and watches movies that I dont wanna watch. So he checked and sure enough, we had a gas leak and he fixed that as well and didnt have to, he was called out for the water tank, he could have easily not told me so he could be done, & no extra charge. He also cleaned up so well, cleaned the water that had leaked out around the tank & I didnt see any water anywhere else from when he brought up and took out the leaky tank either and he was just very professional and friendly at the same time. Armando, I hope you and H&M plumbing check your reviews because I just want to say Thankyou again for the great service and H&M plumbing, you guys have a gem and thankyou so much for making this such a smooth and easy, painless experience. I have used H & M for a few years now. They have replaced my tank water heater with a Nivea tankless, ducted it to code, and disposed of the old tank water heater.They most recently came by to repair a leaking toilet. Scott has been my preferred technician. Anyways, he replaced some internal tank parts and the problem stopped. A few weeks later one of the toilets was leaking again, and water bill reflected such. Scott came back on a Saturday to figure out what and where water was leaking. It was a simple fix, and he was on his way. Top notch customer service, quality of work, communication, punctuality, etc. I highly recommend these guys!

First thing I love about these guys is they did not ask me to tear up my deck to access my broken sewer line in order to fix it, like 2 other area Plumbing Rooter companies. Scott who came out on the service call assessed the issue and designed an affordable solution to hand dig a pretty tight spot, but doable. My family worked together to build this deck and H&M empathized with our sentimental value. Justin and Ben showed up and delivered superior work, improved the current system and all 3 are my heroes

The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. HM service Pro (Justin) came in and introduce himself and asked to shown the the issue. Once that was accomplished...he began the the task of clearing the stoppage of the sink. In about 15 minutes the stoppage was fixed and cleared out. He then inspected and tested the stopped line to ensure everything was working. Very Professional, articulate to all questions. I would recommend HM Plumbing moreover Justin himself to come and repair all your plumbing issues.

I got a call from hm plumbing Monday around 9am asking for more information on the problem. They said someone would be out that day between 1 and 3pm I was surprised to get a call from Scott advising me that he was in his way. He was at my home by 12. He was quick to diagnose the problem and got right to work. I had my doubts(only because he looked too young to be experienced and knowledgeable)when Scott got out of the truck and introduced himself.
