Ron replaced my sewer line this week. Im certain that I made the right decision to hire him for the job. It was a long sewer line to replace, but he made it seem simple because hes a real pro at this. He was always on time when he said he was coming, honest, reliable, efficient and just seems like a really decent man. I thought his pricing was very reasonable. Great work ethic. He picked up all of the debris, hauled away the concrete he had to cut, put everything back in its place.Id hire him again in a heartbeat.

My grandmother had a water line break on a Friday. She lives by herself but I was visiting and wanting to help her get it fixed before I left. We called on a Friday evening and Ron came out Saturday morning to take a look. He had to dig up the concrete to get to the break. He offered to go ahead and do it all same day to make sure it got done. Ron worked really hard to get it all fixed and even went and got concrete to seal up the hole for us. I would highly recommend this company to all. Quick and great service.

We had an emergency backup situation on a Friday night and started calling people early Saturday morning. Ron came and helped us within 20 minutes. Ron did a great job. He was up front with potential problems that could occur and procedure to clear out lots of roots that were creating my drainage problems all the way out 63 to city drainage line. He ran the footer 5 times through to make sure all the roots were cleaned out. He gave great advice about what might need to be done in the future because of the root problems caused by all the trees we have.This was all done on a Sunday. We came out very quickly to resolve the problem. I would recommend him to everyone. His professionalism was as good as I ever seen. I normally dont write reviews, but feeling helpless on a Sunday he made me feel at ease knowing he was a fair, knowledgeable man that would take care of the problem.Best of all was when he gave me the bill. Ronnie came out, on an emergancy call and helped my husband not only find the problem( and called the city to have it cleared) but spent several hours helping my husband clean up the mess. I was having an issue with my main sewer line going into my septic tank being blocked. I spent some time yesterday trying to clear it myself, but the little handheld drain snake I had was not getting the job done. I also really wanted to see what was blocking the line since it is all newer 4 pvc pipe and didnt have a pipe camera of my own. I found Emergency Sewer Repair online and decided to give them a call based off of the reviews. Ron answered the phone and was very professional from start to finish. He showed up at my house in less than 30 minutes. He ran his camera down the line, which unfortunately we couldnt make out what was causing the blockage due to the mass of toilet paper that was behind it. Regardless, he was able to get the blockage cleared with his drain snake tool which was much more heavy duty than the one I have. Needless to say, I highly recommend Ron and Emergency Sewer Repair.
