Jayden Andersen and Tyler Boor came out to finish a water line issue we had at my home. The original fix was part of the problem, but the root of the issue was further back than we thought. These men found the issue faster than I expected and got the fix in place super quickly. They didnt mess around and got to work ASAP, and finished promptly. They were amazingly nice guys as well. They explained things to my wife and I in a manner that was easy to understand and also were comfortable enough to share some laughs with us.I will 100% utilize this company for any other plumbing needs I ever have in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Also, Jayden and Tyler were incredible. They are a credit to themselves, Browns Plumbing, and the plumbing profession as a whole.

Yesterday morning I franticly called Browns Plumbing with a sewer emergency. I had taken the day off and had a different company cancel their appointment an hour before they were supposed to show up. Chris was nothing short of amazing and was able to squeeze me in! Although they were packed with appointments that day, he sent Rocky over within an hour to help me out. Rocky was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and was able to clean out our sewer line successfully. I cant express enough gratitude towards Chris and Rocky! I hired Brown’s Plumbing to do all the plumbing on my new construction house. They have been very professional, attentive to our wants and needs, and do phenomenal work. Through the process I have met multiple crews and they are all extreme friendly/knowledgable.While they were out wrapping up a few things with my new construction I was talking with one crew member about a leak at my mom’s house. He was eager to go over and help locate the leak. He found it, and we had a bid from Brown’s the next day. They were able to schedule the job for the following day and had crews out first thing in the morning.I would HIGHLY recommend Brown’s for new construction or repairs. All employees seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was done in a crawl space - I could not answer to “good quality”. I had a MAJOR crack in my sewer line - on the top portion of the cast iron pipe; I would never have found this if I hadn’t had an inspection of the crawl space which was for unrelated equipment. I have no previous experience with sewer line replacement, but I believe the price was extremely reasonable.

In the middle of remodeling I discovered I needed new drain and supply lines for my new double sink and vanity. In order to stay on schedule I needed this done within 24 hours. I called Chris Brown and explained my situation. He joggled his schedule and had 2 fellows at my home the next morning. To top it off the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful that I found Browns plumbing, they really did me a solid and did so quickly at good price.

I needed a replacement water heater the same day, and called a few plumbers for estimates. At Browns, I spoke with Chris (Brown) who was knowledgeable and personable. The price he quoted was right in line, or a little bit less than the others I called (and a LOT less than a family member just paid another company). Being a busy day, Chris came out with his technician so I had the chance to meet him. I had called at 8am, and they were here, done and gone by 11:30am. I especially liked that they called shortly before coming just to let me know they were on their way. They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves. Based on this experience, Browns will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

I called Browns Plumbing Services on a Monday with a non-emergent plumbing issue, and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday. Chris was very nice on the phone. One of their plumbers, Derrick, arrived promptly and was very nice. He took a look at the issue and we discussed some possible sources of the leak. He then fixed two potential sources of the leak, but that didnt stop the leak. He then located the source of the leak, which had escaped both of us and was not an obvious source of the leak. I was very pleased the leak had been located and fixed. Derrick then informed me that because they had not located the leak quicker and had fixed an issue that wasnt the problem, they were not going to charge me anything. I tried to insist that Derrick accept some compensation, but he made clear that this is how Brown Plumbing operates if they make a mistake, which I dont believe that they did. Bottom line, I was very impressed by all aspects of my experience with Brown. They fixed my plumbing leak and didnt even charge me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem in the future.

I called Browns Plumbing regarding a rushing water noise coming from behind my shower, having had the same area worked on by a different plumber a year and a half ago, I was assuming it was the same thing that needed fixed.Chris was so kind and helpful on the phone, I was at work all day and he told me to call him if the noise was much worse when I got home. It was, and he was so kind enough to come to my house, after hours, and teach me how to shut off my water.Being a woman you sometimes still run into contractors, mechanics etc who try to take advantage of women (in my experience) and it was so refreshing to not have that experience with Chris.Thank you for your respect, kindness and passion for your career.
