    Had a Bosch dishwasher that we bought from Costco and they said would install and they didn’t. We contacted Bower’s Plumbing and showed up on time and prepared. David the plumber was super nice and knowledgeable. Will get plumbing needs done by them.

    Bowers came out next day (!) after I called to have my furnace serviced. They had it running fine in no time with a new part installed. They are coming back next week to do some plumbing work and I believe I’ll receive the same excellent service.

    Wyatt helped us through process of fixing a leaking water main, and was transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. They provided options and quotes for different solutions, and when it came time to replace the line they did it quicker than I expected and were very professional.

    The best service my husband and myself have ever recieved. Not only were they very fast and kind at our veterinary clinic but also so fast at our home. Derek and kenny were fast when the weather is below freezing. They explained everything in terms we could undertand . They were very clean cut and also wore booties to not dampen our floor even when I said it wasnt necessary. We will never use another company other than Bowers. Highy reccomended!

    This company was amazing! I discovered my water heater had broken this morning and had spilled water all over my basement floor. Nathaniel and Steven were on time and thorough with site review and service request. My residential sewer line was camera inspected and exterior location marked from my foundation to my city main.     I called “a different company” to have my furnace repaired. The technician stayed just over thirty minutes and said I needed to completely replace the furnace.I called Bowers Friday evening and scheduled them to come to the house today. Robert called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away which gave me time to leave work and meet him at the house. He was very nice and professional the entire time. Robert spent four hours on the furnace and was able to troubleshoot the problems and fixed the furnace for a fraction of the cost of buying a new furnace. He also explained everything and made suggestions for maintenance going forward.I am more than satisfied with the service I received and look forward to continuing to do business with Bower’s!!!Thank you SO much Robert!!

    I was so impressed with Curtis and his assistant. They came in, assess the problem and gave me an estimate with two choices. They began fixing it and had a bit of a change and let me know if that change. They cleaned out the cabinet for me and returned the stuff to the cabinet, they put the slippers on, so their Shoes not dirty the floor, and Cleaned up the items back into the cabinet. I was so impressed with their manners, professionalism , and ability to fix the problem right away. Very impressed

    The care and quality of the repair was done well. Bowers did what they were told to do regardless of the situation and how much more extensive of a repair was needed to fix the initial problem. Bowers pitched for a different level of repair and were rejected.

    Andrew and Wyatt were wonderful!! Very polite and took the time to work with us and explain what to expect. This was an extremely dirty job and they worked very hard to make sure the dirt and dust did not enter the rest of the house.     Very professional and clean. David McDaniel definitely knows plumbing. I called for a poorly flushing toilet, he explained what the problem could be we discussed options, I was thinking about replacing the toilet anyway, turned out he was right massive scale build-up in toilet was causing issues.     Ebuka and Jameson both did a wonderful job on a big project at my newly purchased home. Built in 1932, it was moved to its current location in the late 60s, which is when all of the (admittedly weird and quirky) plumbing under the basement was installed. We had a crack in the stand pipe for our clothes washer, which led to a cracked drain pipe under the concrete, etc, etc, all the way back to the main sewer line exiting the house. While other plumbers wanted to charge us a TON of money to repair issues that werent present, Brandon gave us a very fair estimate to correct the problem without doing other major work just because we had the concrete open. Ebukas and Jamesons work is so much nicer than what my house had before, and it will stay that way for a long time to come. They were careful to be clean and were very courteous. They were incredibly kind to my dog, as well-- she loved them, and she doesnt always like repair people! They correctly routed the drain for my sink, moved my washer drain a few feet to the left so I could use the space under my stairs for storage, and even redid the (previously disjointed/bent) vent pipe going up to the roof. Thank you to Bowers Plumbing for doing such a great job; I feel very confident in the work youve done, and I cant wait to finish putting my laundry/bathroom back together. Most important to me-- none of the gentlemen I worked with at Bowers spoke down to me for being a woman. I have a lot of knowledge about home improvement projects, basic plumbing, etc; however I know very little about major plumbing fixes like the ones Bowers did for us. Other plumbers spoke over me to talk with my husband, or treated me like a child when they tried to explain things. Everyone at Bowers treated me as an equal, and I appreciate that SO MUCH. :)

He was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to quickly identify the source of the issue we were having.     Bower proactively called us back after we called during off hours. They were able to get someone dispatched within 24 hours to address a toilet leak. Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and walk me through options for repair or replacement. He was kind enough to check out our other toilets and answer an unrelated plumbing question. Our toilet was fixed within hours of them assessing the issue. Appreciate the professionalism of the company. Strong communication and little details like wearing shoe coverings in the home.

    I called just to obtain a visit and quote, but Ebuka Ezeah showed up ready to work! Even though they had just come from a job the same as the one I had lined up for them, they had no issue jumping right in and digging out/patching the water main that was leaking. Ebuka and his partner were amazing to work with and made great conversation throughout the process. Their price was very fair and they sent multiple options and quotes for me to choose from. I felt like I had the reigns and the ability to make a decision at any point as well as the expert advice if I needed it without being pushed in any direction.     Had a leak on an outside faucet and also the hose was stuck on the faucet so I couldn’t remove as temperatures drop overnight. The guys took care of my needs promptly and professionally. Problems occurred this winter when the temps dropped and this area receives no heat or ac. The guys were friendly, professional and showed respect for my property.     We had a water heater leak and our floor drain was plugged. Water backed up and another company removed the water. We set an appt with Bowers for 2:30 pm. Ebuka arrived at 2:30. The remediation company was still working to remove the water. Regardless, Ebuka went to work & immediately removed the drain clog. Then working alone and around the many remedation company fans disconnected and removed the 11 yr. old leaking out of the basement and up the stairs. He then got the new hot water heater down the stairs and installed. He finished and left about 5 pm after giving a few instructions about the tank and answering our questions.Great service that was very prompt. Didnt miss a single day without hot showers.

    Derek with Bowers has come out to our place a couple times now. The first time another vendor recommended we replace our main floor AC unit because it was old and it would cycle on and off. So we had bowers come out for a quote. While out there Derek trouble shot the unit to a two stage fan switch. Since then I won’t use anyone else for our plumbing or HVAC. Honestly Derek could have just said yup. You need a new unit. But he trouble shot the unit and saved us thousands of dollars. We have a shop AC that Derek came out and fixed due to a float switch. He also recommended a larger filter and we wanted a better filter box. I highly recommended bowers. They have great warranties on there work also. It the only company and technician last I will use.

I have hot water again! 😁 They scheduled an inspection a week from my installation to ensure everything is going ok.     This company is a solid provider! We had an issue with our main sewage line leading out of the house, preventing us from being able to use any water until remedied.Our first technician showed up on time, but did not have the correct piece of equipment in order to accomplish the task. He Informed us we would have to wait till the next day to be helped. An hour later their office called (without any prompt from me) and had another tech out in an hour with the correct equipment and were done in less than an hour.Really good customer service, even tipped the guy $20!

Recommended a fitting replacement for easier drain and use in the future which I greatly appreciated.     The work done was great and the service techs were very polite and professional, the loss of a star was due to the extreme tardiness that the crew showed up. We were told it was due to an emergency but after over a week with dealing with a 22 gallon an hour leak and turning on our water for 30 minutes a day to take care of necessities that excuse did not ease our frustration much. But as I said the guys that came and did the work did a great job.
