The fine folks at Wichita Home Works are very friendly, helpful, and professional, especially John, Eva, and Keith. John, the Project Consultant, did a great job of coordinating the meetings/appointments to select the flooring and tile, introducing my wife and I to the Interior Designer and Project Manager, providing the project timeline, and providing a detailed cost estimate and contract. Eva, the Interior Designer, was a joy with whom to work. She helped us immensely when we were selecting the LVP, carpet, and tile. Keith, the Project Manager, was involved with our project on a daily basis, giving us daily updates. Moreover, he was either immediately available via cellphone, or returned our calls or texts in a relatively short period of time. Any questions were answered relatively quickly. The project finished within the time period we were given. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results of the renovation.

After getting several estimates from other companies I decided to go with Wichita Home Works. I have never regretted that decision. The planning stages ran smoothly with Ryan, Becky, and Tracy. Our project manager Heath went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well. We experience some delays but that is to be expected with home remodels. The crews that worked on our home were professional, courteous, hard-working, and excellent at what they do. We will definitely use this company again.

We unfortunately experienced 2 major water exposures to both levels of our home last summer. Wichita Home Works was recommended by a friend and I was impressed from the first phone call. We are completing construction this week and Im truly grateful for the professionalism and skill of this company. The sales team is wonderful; John was extremely honest and thorough with calculating costs ahead of time. Eva in design helped me find the perfect materials that updated our spaces and complemented original materials, and all within our budget. Our project manager Joey was trustworthy, communicative, honest, and super kind/fun to get to know (my kids loved him). And we have been beyond impressed with the crews who treated our home and our family with such respect. When we struggled with a fair insurance settlement, Nate, the owner, came to my home to meet with our insurance broker; this meeting yielded significantly more money than we were previously offered in settlement. Ive never been through home renovations but have always heard horror stories. I can honestly say this has been a pleasant experience with an outcome far better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend them for any construction needs!

We just finished a main floor remodel - everything in the kitchen replaced, converted two baths to a bath and a half to make an awesome main bath, added custom carpentry in an office, all new ceilings, trim, doors, etc...Wichita Home Works has been professional every step of the way. #1 for us is communication, and they have nailed it thru the whole project. The design team was awesome, taking our preferences and giving suggestions to turn into reality. I am sure all of their project managers are awesome, but if you get Keith, you will not be disappointed! Even my neighbor mentioned that every day someone has been here doing something to get this major project taken care of. Great experience!

I recently called Wichita Home Works about some masonry work I needed to have done on my house. I was impressed and very pleased that they called me back immediately and within a day or two they came out, assessed my problem and scheduled the repair work. I didn’t have to wait long for the brick mason to come out and fix my chimney and front step. I’d been trying to get this work done for almost a year but could never get anyone to call me back or come out when they said they would. Wichita Hime Works had great communication and great team work. They explained everything to me without talking down to me. They had great follow-through. Wichita Home Works does large remodeling projects and smaller projects like mine. I highly recommend them.

Wichita Home Works did an amazing job with our home renovation. We asked them to remodel our main bathroom, reconfigure and renovate our laundry room, partially renovate our guest bathroom, repaint our main level, and replace carpeting throughout our main level and stairs. We are a picky family and they exceeded our expectations. From the first phone call I made, they were prompt in their response. This communication was strong throughout our job. All of their staff took great care to assist us during each step of the job, which was particularly helpful as we were out of state for a large portion of our job. They were able to video chat with us whenever we needed to! Their crews were exceptionally talented and their work turned out beautiful. We appreciate how professional and courteous the crews and staff were throughout this process! We were particularly happy that they worked to accommodate some of the changes we requested and took great care to ensure all work was up to our standards and that we were happy with the end result. What speaks volumes about their culture of integrity and service is how they responded when in 2023 we called about a problem with bookshelves being just a bit too short for the width of the frame.We requested a quote for the repair. It had been almost two years and we felt the responsibility for repair costs were ours.Instead, Wichita Home Works responded by sending three of their team to our home...and replaced all five custom shelves that same day. They wouldnt take payment.Wow! We will always reach out to Wichita Home Works for future remodels and repairs!

In preparing to do our kitchen remodel we spoke with a lot of friends and family who been through them in the past. Much of what heard prepared me for the worst. Long delays, unfinished projects, finishings not right, terrible communication, surprise costs, etc. I can say, with great relief, that Wichita Home Works gave us no need to worry. Sure, there were delays getting started, but they communicated well and kept us informed leading up to the start date. The whole renovation was completed in 5 weeks (with one week including Thanksgiving). The work was exceptional. The staff (Ryan, Austin, and everyone else) were always available, returned calls and messages in a timely manner, and appeared to care about our experience and the quality of the work. The price they quoted was pretty much the price we paid. The skilled guys worked hard, but slowly and with precision. I cannot recommend this company enough for any home renovation.

We found Wichita Home Works after having horrible experiences with other contractors—we’d been strung along for two years by one awful, dishonest contractor. We were really struggling with trust in all contractors at that point, but we were stuck—we had windows and appliances ordered and ready for pickup all over Wichita. Our current kitchen was crumbling around us. We needed our remodel to actually happen and as soon as possible—and we needed to trust someone to get it done and do it well. Nate and John came over to learn more about our project and see if it might be something WHW was interested in. Gratefully, they agreed to take on our kitchen remodel and we proceeded with design, bid, and signing a contract. They were transparent from the get-go about costs and schedule and how the process worked. Most importantly to us, they were honest and we began to trust them.That trust built over the course of our many months remodel. Most of the work was done by WHW’s in-house crew—we cannot say enough wonderful things about them! I spent a lot of time with them during the remodel. The WHW guys are experts at what they do—their work is first rate. And they are kind and honest humans—and we are so grateful to count them as friends. We enjoyed having them in our home during our extensive remodel. When I look around our remodeled spaces today, I see the work of so many expert craftsmen—Kyle’s cabinet finessing and custom drawers/doors, Adrian’s tile, Ivan’s framing, Arturo and Daniel’s painting and finishing, and Tino’s drywall. We had never done a project like this before and we are so grateful for their teamwork and planning. For example, we had multiple new windows installed and the guys installing the windows needed to plan for the height of cabinets and the thickness of countertops months before cabinets and countertops were installed—there was so much thought and planning that had to go into this project at every stage for it to turn out well. And the guys were totally aware of that need for long-term planning. They communicated well with each other and with me. Our designer, Tracey, and estimator, John, tracked the project and communicated with Carlos, our project manager, and the guys doing the work to ensure things were done correctly.Early on in the project, our project manager told us that pretty much anything can be fixed, and we took that to heart—and WHW made good on that commitment. In a project as complicated as ours, not everything will go perfectly all of the time. And some problems arose during our remodel, which is inevitable. But WHW dealt with each issue. And I didn’t have to fight or beg to get things fixed. They took care of any problems without question.I was consistently treated with respect and kindness by everyone—the project manager, the WHW guys, and the subcontractors. My point of view was important to them and always heard. Remodels are long and challenging—and require lots of patience—but we trusted WHW to complete our job and do it well, and they did not disappoint. We now have a functional and beautiful kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and basement—and we have a trustworthy contractor who does everything with integrity. We’re waiting on a bid for another home project from WHW and hoping to remodel a bathroom with them next year. We are so grateful for WHW and the extraordinary job they did with our remodel.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Austin gave us a competitive bid and guidance throughout the project. They were reasonable and reassuring with surprises on our old house--very thankful for Jesses hard work and determination to finish an unexpectedly difficult job. Our job required the use of four of their divisions--landscaping, concrete, fencing, and electrical. All contractors were top-notch and impressive workers; left the job site clean every day. Our neighbors took notice too. Job was well-supervised throughout by Doug and Derek. I recommend them without reservation.

Our deck rebuild project + roofing repair with Wichita HomeWorks was fantastic! During the initial planning stage, we got fair pricing right off the bat and felt that we were in good hands. Once demo and repairs started, we had good communication with Dustin, our project manager, and were kept up to date on what to expect, brought in to decide on design choices, and ensured that repairs were made to our satisfaction. Roof repair was done quickly upon our request before a storm rolled in.The deck rebuild looks AMAZING. Ivan was our main builder and I can’t recommend him enough. The attention to detail and speed of the build was very impressive (despite a full week of rain) and I felt like the team took pride in their work. We even saw them drive around back on the last day to admire their work from the road, so you know they cared about the end product!Overall, very impressed and Wichita HomeWorks gets our highest recommendation and will be the first call we make on future projects.

I had my small kitchen remodeled by a local contractor that took approx 4 months to complete. Way too long. My backsplash tiles were not cut evenly & tiles placed in an uneven pattern. I had large uneven grout between my tiles. I had 4 of my construction friends on different days look at my kitchen with the same response, I live with it or not. I contacted Ryan with Wichita Home Works to bid the total replacement of backsplash. I accepted it & within 1 month their #1 tile man, Adrian, began the process. After removing backsplash, he installed new drywall & went to work. Adrian suggested several styles of tile placement, I picked one & he proceeded. Within 5 days my new evenly placed backsplash was done. The thin grout made it look clean & sleek. Adrian did touch-up painting & caulking as needed. It was perfect! I would recommend Wichita Home Works LLC for all of your remodeling jobs. Thanks to Ryan, Adrian, Dustin and Carlos for your superior teamwork & a kitchen I can be proud of.

We recently used Wichita Home Works for a couple projects in our new home. They redid the basement ceiling and replaced the existing lighting. In addition, they added new flooring in the kitchen and entryway, added a new backsplash, painted the ceiling kitchen, and did electrical work.We worked with Austin throughout the process and he was never pushy, gave us his opinion on different ideas, was always easy to contact any time, and took us to check out different flooring and backsplash options. Austin oversaw all the work done and ensured the employees did everything correctly. If we noticed anything we wanted adjusted or corrected he was right on top of it and got it done. He was very easy to work with and we felt the price paid for the work done was fair. Austin was able to coordinate between multiple workers, electricians, etc. to get everyone to work together and meet deadlines.All the work by Wichita Home Works was done professionally, quickly, and correctly. We would recommend them for projects in your home... and especially those that require multiple types of specialties to accomplish the work.

Doug came out that same day to estimate the cost of installation and we decided on a day for him to do the work. Great people with real follow through. I live out of town and needed a one phone call place to take care of some plumbing, hvac and insulation. It was a long process, but we are very particular and wanted it just right.
