    I called Marchand Roofing about a small roof repair, the owner Doug came out, gave me specifics about what needed done, a reasonable price --- they do excellent work! I also had him price replacing one window. The famous brand place would only do a minimum of 3 windows -- and they bid it about eight times more expensive. Marchand roofing was eminently affordable and their workers extremely professional. Great work!!

    We originally called Doug Marchand because one of the roof turbines was not spinning. When he came over, he discovered our roof had a lot of damage, and that started the process of getting a new roof and gutters. The work his crew did was stellar, and he made sure we were happy at every step of the way. He also got us in contact with the person he uses to replace gutters, and their team was exceptional as well. My husband and I would definitely recommend Marchand roofing!

    After visiting with Doug Marchand I felt confident that he would do a good job roofing my house. I was surprised during and after how good his crew did. It was better than good - it was GREAT!!His crew placed tarps on the ground before starting the job to catch the debris and then nearing completion one of his crew spent a couple of hours meticulously picking up every speck of roofing residue that the tarps missed.     Doug Marchand Roofing and Construction is absolutely the best! You wont find a better company to take care of your roofing project anywhere in or out of town. My neighbors recommended Marchand Roofing because he is an established local business whos earned a great reputation in the Wichita Falls area. Marchand replaced my entire roof that had wind and hail damage and also fixed some underlying structural issues, as well as the gutters. I was able to upgrade my roof to a class 4 for a reasonable additional cost. The entire project from communicating with the insurance company to completing the work and follow-up went very smoothly. The roofing team did an outstanding job; quality work indeed. The work was done on-time, as-scheduled. They did an amazing clean-up job constantly going over the lawn with a magnet. The hardest part was for my wife and I to agree on the color. So thanks to Doug, Jesse, and Jerry for all of the managing and coordinating, and thanks to the roofing crew who worked in 100 degree heat and did such an outstanding job.

    I do not normally post reviews for good customer service because that should be expected from businesses. But excellent customer service should not go unnoticed. The storm last night did a number on my roof blowing about 12 shingles off the hip of my roof. I was frustrated that I may need a new roof and the song and dance I would have to go through with the insurance. So I reach out to Doug from Marchand Roofing. He came highly recommended from some of my neighbors and even from strangers on Rant and Rave on Facebook šŸ™‚. After inspecting my roof he immediately eased my concern about needing a new roof, letting me know the roof was just fine and the missing shingles was not a big deal and he would send one of his guy over to take care of it. Folks I ask how much and to my surprise he said no charge. Two hour later Jesse came and repair the shingles. He did not only repair what had blown off but also some other shingles that was not properly installed by the original roofer. I have nothing but praise for this company they have shown some of the best customer service and professionalism I seen and remember that was for free. Folks I work in QA for almost 25 years. I evaluate quality processes and services every day. I couldnt of get any better service even if I was paying these guy.

    While being in Real Estate and very familiar on how important a good solid roof is to a contract, a warranty and great company to stand behind the product is just as important!     Once again Doug Marchand and his excellent crew have come to our rescue. We had a broken water line that ran through the wall in my wifeā€™s closet. The plumber that came to fix it did a good quick job but we were then left with big holes in the Sheetrock, which he wasnā€™t prepared to fix.I called Doug and we worked out a schedule for his guys to come out. He sent Jimmy and his crew. They arrived right on time and didnā€™t waste a second. Their work was fast and very professional. We also added to the job by having Jimmy install grab bars in our shower. Which he was able to do in record time.When the whole job was finished they cleaned everything up and left. Andā€¦ itā€™s beautiful!! This is truly customer care and service in action.

    We had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Marchand Roofing was at the top of our list to call based on other personal friends referrals. They were extremely easy to work with. Each employee was exceptionally polite, making good eye contact, kind, polite and knowledgeable, and answering questions quickly. The work done was superior! We had turbines installed to replace the flat vents and several skylight windows to roof around. I got up on the roof to check for details after they completed the job and was very pleased with how neat and well done the job was. We also had a gutter that needed to be repaired and they came and took care of that without any problem. They also made sure the gutter were free of any debris at the end of the job. What amazed me was the cleanup. We were concerned about a mess after having roofers. But they left the place nice and clean.     These guys went above and beyond, especially from a customer service standpoint. My insurance didnt want to pay to replace my entire roof even though it was terrible and coming apart. Marchand spent literally months going back and forth with my insurance until they caved. In the end they not only approved the full replacement but also got them to pay for class 4 shingles.     The situation that led me to contact Marchand Roofing happened on Friday, July 28th. A large tree limb, from my pecan tree, fell and hit a gutter on the side of my house. The tree limb cut the gutter nearly in half. On Monday, July 31st, I contacted Marchand Roofing and explained my situation. That afternoon I received a phone call from a representative of Marchand. They came over after the phone call and assessed the damaged. The person gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. At the same time I requested another gutter be replaced, in another area, that had been damaged by a tree limb sometime back,Today, August 2nd, the crew arrived to complete the replacement of the 2 gutters.I am very happy with the quick response to my situation. The crew removed the damaged gutters and left both areas very clean.I received great customer service from this company. Today good customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past.

    I was super nervous after listening to the shingles blowing off all night. Multiple houses through the years and Iā€™d never had to worry about roof replacement. I called first thing in the AM and within 30-45 min I was greeted by Mr. Marchand. He put my mind at ease and had his team out within an hour or so to clean up and tarp it down. Just as their commercial says, they met me at the house with insurance adjuster and handled everything. The longest part of the process was getting the approval to move forward. Within a few days his team was out here and they were done before I got off work!! Best part, I was worried there would be random nails that had escapedā€¦they even cleaned EVERYTHING up.     Marchand met with our insurance inspector at our home and walked through the inspection with them. They then put on a new roof, including getting rid of some leaking skylights as they went. They also came inside the house and repaired the places that had leaks in our ceiling and framed and tape and bedded over the holes where the skylights had been. Their work also included installing some new can lighting in our den to lighten the room once the skylights were removed. We also had new gutters replacing the old, damaged ones.     CONTACT MARSHAND FIRST!After getting nowhere with our insurance & their adjuster we contacted Marshand. Doug dispatched his public adjuster & we contested the ins. appraisal. After litigation, we were awarded enough to reroof the house, repair/repaint sheetrock. His carpenters not only replaced a door but replaced aging wood surrounding the door. Thunder, his painter, spruced up other areas to make our place look better than ever. Above all, I was impressed with the honesty, integrity, professional and friendly manner of Doug and his crews. I am very, very happy we decided to use Marshand Roofing & Construction!
