They were very professional from the very first appt explaining everything in great detail. They showed up when they said they would and was professional the entire time and went the extra mile in customer service. They detected a potentially harmful problem with a liner in the flue that was pumping carbon monoxide into my home while installing the furnace due to a water heater. They fixed that free of charge because they were more worried about our health and life than money. They even installed detectors in my home. You cannot ask for a better company to come to your house to do repairs and inspect. I highly recommend Westland. The entire staff from Chris , the office staff and the service techs that came out were top notch. I wouldnt go anywhere else at this point.

Andrew the Tech from Westland arrived as scheduled. Was friendly, courteous and clean. He performed the maintenance visit and recommended a surge protector for the furnace to protect the expensive motherboard controlling the unit. He was able to install the protector on the spot. The install looks great, he explained what to look for as the protector signals you to a problem. Email provided me with what he did in detail regarding the maintenance visit. I’m assuming he did a good job, we will have to wait a few winter seasons to really know. (This would be true with anyone that did the service.) so far I’m pleased with his visit.

Our furnace died on Saturday night and we contacted Westland on Sunday morning. Beau, who was the technician that responded, was up front explaining that both the assessment and any additional work done would have higher prices that day, and that most likely he wouldnt have parts based on the error codes I provided. We decided to wait, and when he finally came out on Tuesday he was professional, courteous, and communicated every step of the way. It was based on this awesome experience that we chose to proceed with using their company to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. Chris, who came out to estimate our replacement costs, was prompt, friendly, not pressuring, and very informative. We weren’t happy with the cost of the new system during such a busy spending time of the year, but his presentation made it an easy decision. Lastly, and definitely not least, our two installers William and Trey were amazing. They did a wonderful job and answered all of our questions in our language. Any issues or concerns that we had were quickly addressed. This is rare for us to be totally happy with all aspects of the company from service to sales to implementation, but we wholeheartedly recommend them!

Entire process was quick and efficient on a weekend. Call answering service took my details and within a matter of 10-15 minutes I received a call from a nearby local technician Kelly who asked for an overview of the issues with my furnace and was at my house within minutes. Was very transparent and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend and for weekend rates was very affordable compared to my expected costs.

I highly recommend Westland heating/ air conditioning and plumbing for their services!! David is amazing, was honest and only charged us 1/3 of what rotor router was going to charge. No collapsed pipe just roots. We will definitely use them again if we need any of those services.

Westland is by far the best company I have ever worked with. Extremely professional and responsive. The entire process start to finish was seamless. I was kept in the loop and informed throughout the 4 day install of having my AC, furnace, tankless hot water heater, humidifier, and Clean Effects air filtration systems installed. Chris S in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond every time I needed something. Jerry, John, and Clayton were the technicians on site as well and their attention to detail and respect for my home far exceeded my expectations. You certainly get what you pay for and I couldn’t be happier using Westland. Highly recommend.

Complete system installation in June. I wanted to wait to post a review until I had some time to use both the heat and A/C. Old system was 30+ years and although the furnace was still going strong, the A/C died and was not repairable (during our summer heat wave of course). New system of heat and A/C have exceeded our expectations in both performance and noise, especially the A/C which is located very close to our deck. Installation was without issues and the crew was very professional, took time to answer the many questions I am prone to ask and left no mess of any sort when they finished. There was one minor control issue but that was that was resolved quickly. I would recommend anybody needing HVAC services to consider Westland.

Had a good experience with both the office staff and the technician. Westland now has a tracker so you know how close the technician is to your home. That is really cool to me.The person who came here knew what my problem was we discussed everything he was able to identify how to resolve it and was able to correct it. It did not take him long to do Either one.The office staff were friendly and they understood I needed an appointment in the morning because I had another appointment in the afternoon. They were able to make accommodations and I was the technicians first call that day.I definitely plan to use them again for my plumbing needs.

Outstanding work and response by Steve in repairing the water damage to the wallboard resulting from the AC drain problem. Removed blistered tape, replastered and matched paint. When finished, looked good as new with no evidence of the prior damage. Job preparation and cleanup was very impressive. Ive used Westland for several AC installations to home and rental properties and recommend them their high quality and professional workmanship. Thanks guys for another outstanding job!

Jared showed up to my apartment, perfect business etiquette, Slipped on shoe coverings(automatically which I appreciate because, you never know the conditions/environment they may have just came from). He thoroughly explained what was going on with my Air conditioning unit, the one thing he did that showed he truly understands us Tenants( who rent from Owners) Jared made sure to note the account, to forward to the owners exactly what was going on and to change my filter frequently- like bi- monthly. This was crucial because prior to this appointment, my filter had not been charged since 2022.This is a company I would highly recommend and LADIES Jared literally explained the AC component system down to a science so that youre aware of not only preventative measures but also how to maintain a high functioning air conditioning system. Darli and Brian came out quickly to address a non-emergency replacement of a pressure regulator. The price was what you’d expect to pay, $615 (the part + labor + call). I think it could’ve taken less time to replace than the hour and 15 minutes it took, but that’s not as important as the quality of the fix. It looks a little kludgy, because of the quantity of fitting so close together, but there are no leaks so who am I to complain.

Andrew has been our HVAC serviceman before. Its a pleasure to have him work at our home. He completed our annual furnace work quickly and is very knowledgeable. He recommended that we add a surge protector to our brand new furnace because there are very expensive components that could become damaged with a voltage spike. Since we don’t have a fireplace, any shutdown of the furnace is a concern. It wasn’t expensive and was installed quickly. If you’re going to put a surge protector on your TV it makes sense to have one on your furnace. Once again thank you Andrew for your professional approach and quick service!

I had an emergency situation with a significant water leak. While I was able to turn off the supply in the front yard, I was without water. Westland Heating responded to my emergency request, and had a technician at my house within the hour. Chris presented himself in a professional manner, was well spoken and was able to assess the problem in short order. Within 30 minutes, he was able to repair the problem and we had water again! Will recommend Westland to all my neighbors. Very satisfied!

I have an older boiler system (radiant flooring) and assumed there was an issue with the water pump, but it was actually air the system due to a lack of water and most likely stemming from the (pressure reducing fill valve), which was closed from a previous repair of the cold waterline two years ago by a different company. Westland dispatched Bill N. to diagnose the issue. Bill was on time, courteous and professional and made the necessary adjustments to get the system running properly. No major parts replaced, but the system will require some pre-maintenance repair work scheduled at a later time. I choose Westland.

Today I had Westland Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing out to extend an outside faucet so I could reach it. It was very low to the ground and partially hidden behind a bush. My technician was Isaac Levert, and he was very good! He took the time to make sure the fix he would do would be very easy for me to use. He went and got the parts he needed, explained everything to me, and did a wonderful job! He took me out to show me what he did, and explained how to use it. He also said they would come back out before winter so they could check the faucet and drain any water there so it wouldn’t freeze if I wanted. He was very professional as well as very personable! I recommend Isaac very highly. Westland has some very nice and knowledgeable technicians working for them. We’ve used them ever since they took over for Pompeii, and we’ve been very happy with them.

I called Westland since we used them before and were happy with their service. We called around noon and they had someone here by 2 o’clock. The technician was very professional, friendly, and quickly solved the problem. It turned out the air conditioning condenser drain was blocked by an unopened bag of Keebler Scooby Mini Sandwich Cookies which must have been left there by the original construction crew 19 years ago! (You can’t make this stuff up!!) We will use Westland again if needed. Highly recommend!!

So no air-conditioning for us. Due to the age of the furnace and air-conditioner the advice was to replace both. We worked with Chris, who came out the next day, to put together a plan to replace both units.A temp motor was installed so we could run our air con, however being unable to shut it off when we did not need it doubled our electric bill.

I did extensive research on HVAC manufacturers, and decided Trane offered the best and most reliable equipment for what I wanted. The warranty is also the best I found.New residential HVAC equipment is highly complex these days, and the quality of the installation is as important as the quality of the equipment. Westland had all of the most important professional trade certifications and endorsements, and their pricing was straightforward and competitive.Professional job top to bottom, from the new equipment to all the new lines. Steve did great work, he seemed really detail oriented, and is a very knowledgeable installer. He walked me through all of the new work and basic operations after everything was installed, answered all of my 5000 questions. Courteous team. My experience with Westland has been great, I would recommend them 100% from this experience so far.

Excellent service from Beau.As for my new furnace buying experience with Westland, Chris was excellent to work with and very helpful along the buying process. Very professional and answered many questions quickly. Installation was scheduled and performed on time by Clayton and Noah who were both very nice and professional. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is because 5 days after installation the furnace stopped working. Found out that there was a wire that wasnt firmly placed during installation that slipped loose and caused a fuse to blow leaving us without heat from a brand new furnace for several hours.

They replied to my email inquiry and scheduled an appointment . The gentlemen that came out were very courteous and respectful of my property. They explained what they felt was the best solution, gave me a couple of options and then quickly completed the replacement of my sump pump. They just came today so I can’t speak to the long term quality of the pump itself, but it’s much quieter and is working great.

The hot water tank at my elderly parents house blew over night. I contacted Westland first thing the next morning. They took my information and a technician was at the house within 2 hours! James was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable!! He had the old hot water tank out of the basement and the new one installed in about an hour and a half. I couldnt believe how quickly he completed the job! He cleaned the whole area where he was working, and when he was done you couldnt tell he was even there! Wonderful company and highly recommend, especially tech, Adam Faubel who listened to us. He performed exactly what we asked for, Hydro flush, our drain line which released the clog in our kitchen and half bath. He didnt try to upcharge us or make unnecessary repairs. Instead he went above and beyond to make sure our line was cleaned out. Not a fun job, but he got it done. He had all the right equipment for the job and used his camera a few times to make sure no further issues. Extremely happy with Westland HVAC & Plumbing. I was experiencing intermittent service with my furnace and the next day Jared K. from Westland came out for an inspection. This young man was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and articulated what was going on every step of the way. He also made sure to put on booties before he came in my home. Based upon my one experience, I would highly recommend this company! Job well done
