We had a blockage in our main flow line and found the issue the evening of Thanksgiving 2024. I called a handful of Plumbers on Black Friday. They only company that answered the phone was Plumbing Tech. They came out on the following Monday to confirm the root (pun intended) of our problem. Kyle was on time, friendly, and explained what was going on. I latter that day got a call from Wes to discuss the options. Their price was very fair and all work was completed. The price quoted was the price paid. Everything was cleaned up and works great. It is so nice to have water flow again. From Wes, Kyle, Mary Beth, Kelly, and Nicks team they were friendly and extremely good at what they do. It was nice working with a company that made you feel they cared as much as the home owner. I have my new plumbing/sewer company if and when we need further help.

Elias Bradley arrived early for our plumbing repair appointment! He put on shoe covers and was ready to work, he was already well informed about my plumbing issues and had multiple options for addressing five different concerns. The multiple repair projects required different methods and several trips to and from parts stores to complete the tasks. Elias was well-educated on all possible resolutions, very polite and I was pleasantly surprised that he cleaned up all the areas after the fact. I would highly recommend Plumbing Tech to anyone!

Have used PlumbingTech for a variety of plumbing problems over the past year. I have been happy with the quality of their service and the professionalism of the Techs that did the work. They have always responded in a timely manner. Elias was the Tech who arrived to fix my latest problem. He was on time for the appointment (early actually, after arrangements via phone call). He had a professional appearance, was polite, seemed knowledgeable, and after discussing a few options to fix the problem, he did the work I agreed to quickly, skillfully, and left a clean workspace.

We have had a lot of work done recently with Plumbing Tech. We just moved into the Strongsville area, and our new home had several plumbing problems. We had multiple leaky sinks, a shower that was not installed properly and needed a new fixture to operate properly, multiple new water shutoffs needed, new copper piping, a new spigot installed in front of the house where there was none, and an entirely new water heater!Plumbing Tech was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Marybeth called at every step of the process to inform us of options and prices, giving us several choices and never pressuring for a specific choice. The technicians were excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. Justin and then Garry were our technicians. They cleaned up well, after work was finished. When installing the new water heater, it was discovered the old one was never installed with a grounding wire but only two HOT wires! Garry immediately got us in touch with an electrician, and coordinated getting a grounding electrical line installed to the breaker, prior to being able to heat up the new water tank! Both Justin and Garry were great at explaining everything we needed, and Marybeth always bundled pricing to give us lots of discounts.ALL that work listed was only $4,500 in the end. Which is honestly extremely reasonable for fixing multiple leaks, a crappy shower install, adding new water shutoffs, replacing old shutoffs, replacing an entire piping system to the basement utility sink, installing a new spigot outside, and taking out and replacing the hot water tank. Incredible! And worth every penny for all that peace of mind!

Plumbing Tech repaired our gas water heater and did a great job. One company insisted we needed a new tank and they would replace it for $4,700. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Plumbing Tech. Wes, the plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and very informative. Everyone I spoke with from this company was friendly, kind and informative and concerned about providing good service. I really can’t compliment them enough. Great job!! Thank you.UPDATE as of 8/7/2024Another part on our nearly 10 year old water heater failed after replacing the gas valve. The next time anything fails we will need to replace the tank but Plumbing Tech and Wes in particular has been wonderful to work with. We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and paid for installation and haul away of our old dishwasher. Home Depot arrived on the day of delivery and told us they could not install the dishwasher because the water hookup was on a different level. We had already been without a dishwasher for close to a month and did not want to wait any longer! We contacted Plumbing Tech and were able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to come out. Plumbing Tech is highly professional and reliable. Having lived in three different states in 6 years I have encountered all sorts of plumbing companies, and Plumbing Tech stands above the rest. Upon moving into our new home we noticed some foundation issues and wanted to have a camera check all of our piping/gutter down spouts underground to eliminate the possibility of any leaks. Wes Morales came out and did a great job - however it had rained that morning and that makes some of the tests he ran inconclusive. I called Plumbing Tech to see if they could come back out on another day when we hadnt had any rain to get clear, concrete images of the piping and they agreed that running the tests a second time was beneficial - and they did it for free! The whole team I interacted with (Mary Beth, Kelly - the scheduler-, and Wes - the plumber/camera operator) were extremely approachable, agreeable, and professional. They will do what it takes to ensure you receive an excellent experience.

I called Plumbing Tech to diagnose a drain issue cause by our contractor who remodeled our bathroom. We had another plumbing service come out prior to Plumbing tech who could not diagnose the problem and wanted to charge us thousands to further investigate. Plumbing Tech came in and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in two days! They were caring and sympathized with our situation when they didn’t have to! That never happens.We went over all the details and schedule an appointment.Then I get real confirmation texts, follow up information, I mean stuff we always talk about but never get.Now comes the appointment, more text showing arrival and photos of plumbers with name.OK, now he (Justin) comes in, introduces himself and even shakes my hand. He looks at everything, makes recommendations and works with management on the details and pricing.Now he’s working, second plumber joins him, office manager delivers more parts, heck I couldn’t be more impressed with them. They have excellent communication, follow through, professional plumbers with great skills and personality.I don’t say these things lightly, you see I have consulted with service companies across the country on how to improve their service and Plumbing Tech hit a home run in every aspect of their service and business.I fully recommend them 100 percent.Well, I should have listened to Plumbing Tech….They said I should replace all the shut off valves and I didn’t. Who would think that a 50 year old valve would leak after you turn it off and on a couple of times.Thank goodness they didn’t laugh at me when I called. My elderly mother had a blocked up kitchen sink that we couldn’t get fixed ourselves. Plumbing Tech was recommended by more than a couple residents in our village, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day! They got the kitchen sink unclogged and ended up needing to redo the pipes underneath too. (I’ll try to attach a pic I took.) While they were here, they were also able to unclog a drain in our basement by our washer that we also couldn’t snake ourselves. They gave us a recommendation for the basement along with an estimate to fix some old piping/issues. Thank you Plumbing Tech for everything you’ve done for my mother!

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Tech. This was to repair a bath tub faucet that suddenly lost water pressure. Jacob was prompt, professional and did excellent work. We knew up front what everything was going to cost before any work was done. They are priced very fairly for the work done. We are in a 100+ yr old home and he did recommend replacing the secondary shut off valve as it could not be turned, which I did go ahead and replace. Will keep Plumbing Tech as our main plumbing company.

Service was tremendous. I was told the time they would be out and they were on time. I explained the problem, they listened and went right to work. Used a camera and found the leak immediately. The leak has ruined the drywall. The flooring was saturated and will need to be replaced also. The service man showed me the problem and the leaks when he opened the wall. At 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon, we realized that we had a water leak that was ruining our dining room wall and leaking into the basement. I called Mary Beth at Plumbing Tech immediately. She contacted her technician Justin who was on his way home for the weekend. Justin turned around and came to our house and identified the source of the problem. He was able to turn off the appropriate valves on Friday to stop further damage. He then came back Saturday morning and repaired the leak. Justin was very flexible and a very pleasant person to work with. We appreciate Mary Beth and Justin‘s efforts to solve our leaky pipe so quickly on the weekend in order to minimize our damage.

Just wanted to get a shout-out to Plumbing Tech. Called Kelly to get the ball rolling and Mary Beth called me back for scheduling and a same day appointment. Great communication and response time sending Technician Garry Yarborogh to us. I pointed out some issues with our hot water heater that was going on 10 years old and Garry did an inspection and said, it can be fixed, but the hard water has taken its toll on it from our well water. We discussed options. I asked about pricing and when it could be replaced ? Garry said, I can get a commercial grade water heater right now from our warehouse and Mary Beth can call you about the costs while Im picking it up. So I said, lets do it and gitter done ! Mary Beth called me back with the estimated cost while Garry went to the warehouse. No high-pressure sales tactics or upselling...it was all on the up n up.That Hard-Chargin Devil Dog came back with a better quality commercial grade hot water heater and had it installed that afternoon. What coordination and teamwork !! Garry and I chatted about our military experiences while removing the old tank and installing the new one. He explained everything he was doing and why. It was like Shake & Bake and I helped. (just a little bit). That young Marine Vet even taught this older Air Force Vet some of the newer tools used these days instead of the old torch, flux, and solder. Appreciate the lesson and all you folks do for us. Glad Plumbing Tech is our go-to choice for all our plumbing needs...now and in the future !! Another awesome job folks !!

Wes came out to check our underground drainage as well as change out leaky outdoor spigots. We live in an older home and some of the work wasn’t straightforward.
