We had some plumbing issues with our kitchen sink. We called in to report the problem and had someone out here within a few hours. Our 2 technicians were Chris and Kyle. They both were very resourceful and informative about what the problem was. They were very fast and thorough. They checked to make sure our sink was working properly multiple times before they left. They were also very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Roto Rooter.

I have used Roto Rooter for years on all my mechanical sewer systems. Had a total of 6 at one time. Always Mr. Andrew comes out. He is absolutely a genius when it comes to these systems. Always so polite and punctual. I have 1 commercial system no one knew anything about. Mr Drew serviced and was very knowledgeable about it. When phoning in you’ll get David. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this branch! Just love my service with this company.

Josh and his team were very professional replacing a water heater that was failing in my attic, and their work was done in a very clean manner. I was impressed with the respect they displayed towards my home. Left the attic space cleaner than it was before they even began the work. Josh even offered to bring down and haul off a old water heater from a past job that was done by someone else. That was in addition to the one replaced today which was greatly appreciated. He asked enough questions to bring the right equipment to our house. He inspected tank and field lines to the pond. He determined the problem was roots in the tank overflow and not solids filling the tank. His investigation provided us with the lowest cost to correct our problem. When we started to have a pile of dirty dishes and utensils, I stopped trying to unclog the sink and called Roto-Rootor. Wow, was I glad I did since it turned-out we had a major clog in the pipes that led to the water main.The service technician (Terry) provided excellent service. He spotted a leak from the main water shutoff in the basement and another leak to the outside water faucet. He was very patient in explaining to my wife and I what he needed to do.We are happy with the service and how everything was fixed within four hours. We also like the 1 year service guarantee from Roto-Rootor regarding any issues that may come up concerning these repairs.We will not hesitate to call Roto-Rootor next time we have plumbing problems. The Technician was very friendly and told me up front about the costs. He was very diligent when it came to unstopping the drain. Getting the snake into the line was very difficult. I was unable to do it myself but the Tech was determined to get it done. It wasnt long before he came up with an ideal that worked. While he was there he noticed one of the galvanized lines was very corroded so he changed the line and replace it with brass and pex tubing. He also found a sink strainer that was leaking which he also changed. The sink faucet was not working properly and the tech change it in a flash. The tech knew exactly what tools to use and how to problem solve the situation. I was very pleased with the work the Tech. did for me. I made a new friend today. Thanks B.

Our first try with roto rooter was a disaster! The technician that came out didnt listen, didnt do anything but tell me he couldnt fix my problem of the ac drain backing up. Called the office back several days later and they sent out Mr. Tim who was not only knowledgeable but very apologetic about our bad experience. He was in our home for 10 mins and fixed what took the other person 2 hrs to not be able to fix. I would recommend Mr Tim to anyone needing plumbing help! He was not only very thorough but very professional. He walked me right through the entire process! He is roto rooters #1 start and my hero!!! We now have ac again!

JJ was extremely courteous and professional. He helped me with my clogged laundry drain pipe and advised me on things to do and not to do which was extremely helpful to know. He knew a good deal about pipes and how to work with them. Even though he was unable to help with my AC drain pipe he did assure that a more experienced employee would come out and look at it as soon as possible which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend JJ if you have any issues.

The men that came out worked quickly to resolve the problem. The real advantage was that they used a camera to actually identify what the issue was. Turns out it was a fiber optic cable that had been inadvertently drilled through my sewage line by the owner of the fiber optic cable. I AM SO HAPPY! Words cannot describe the way I feel right now. I am so pleased with the service and the punctuality of this business. I recently wrote a review on Dautriel’s Plumbing our of Westlake, LA. BUT Mr. Tim, which is the field supervisor at Roto-Rooter, came out in a matter of an hour to fix my plumbing problem. After calling a plumbing service and paying them without a solution AND calling and having two additional people come out again without a solution, Mr. Tim at Roto-Rooter was able to fix my plumbing so that my family and I can shower and use the restroom in a matter minutes. He is professional, he is kind, and he is an EXPERT. I wish I could do more than write a review bc I literally have tears in my eyes. As a wife with two kids and a husband, it’s stressful to not have a toilet or shower to use in your own home. Mr. Tim made that problem go away for me and I am forever thankful!!!
