I used Killeen Plumbing to help with some needs during a refresh of my investment condo. I dealt with a LOT of contractors during this time and found them to be responsive, knowledgeable, and a dream to deal with from a scheduling standpoint. I experienced numerous delays which impacted the timing for them to come out. Both Tony and Caleb were personable and efficient and ensured that I understood some of the work done. Their rates were very reasonable compared to other estimates I received and wont hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Had some basement flooding after a big rainstorm. Killeen came out and discovered a partially collapsed sewer pipe. Corey spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me, giving me lots of good information about how drainage systems work. I definitely appreciated how patient he was with me! The excavation crew was very professional, worked quickly and got the pipe replaced without issue. It was a big relief to have it taken care of and know it was done well. Highly recommend Killeen.

My tank water heater started leaking, and Killeen was one of the few plumbers I had come out to estimate. They were there within a day, very friendly, and provided a couple options. Their prices were reasonable, a bit lower than other plumbers. They also use high quality components.They came out within a couple days to replace my two aging tanks with a Navien Tankless solution, and had it done within a day. Fantastic service, and will definitely give them a call again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

I needed to have an aging water manifold replaced in a home built on a slab foundation. Between the foundation type, the antiquated system, and the close quarters, this was a difficult plumbing job to say the least. Tony from Killeen Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations, not only replacing the system but thinking ahead to design the manifold in such a way that the hot water tank could be replaced in the future. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work, problem solving, and cheerful, kind attitude.

I cannot recommend Killeen Plumbing enough. Theyre sewer division was able to help us identify a foundational plumbing issue and they had it fixed within 3 days of being onsite. Additionally, they came back a number of months later once the dirt in the dig spots had settled and removed any excess for us.

After having several issues with our basement, we were able to have Killeen come out and snake/scope our lines. There were places where the pvc pipes going out to the drain were either completely packed with mud, or massive fibrous roots blocking them.Cory, with his crew, came out, tore out our deck (which we were replacing anyways), trenched, dug, and replaced the old with new. There was a section of old pipe that was about 20 feet long that would also need attention soon. He suggested we have that replaced before putting in a new deck, which we agreed.It was 90+ degrees both days, but the crew worked fast, hard and did it right. The guys were super nice, and we would definitely have Killeen back out.The only true drawback was the scheduling. But they still get 5 stars!

When we needed a plumber well over 20 years ago, we found Killeen. Their company has always treated us like family, charged fair rates, showed up when promised, and most of all, done great work. We have had foundation drain work, footer drain cleaning, and main storm drain line cleaning/reconstruction. More recently they have done hot water tank and toilet installs, minor sink and drain maintenance, and almost anything a normal homeowner would need done. If thats not enough to recommend this company, every person, weve talked to on the phone to set up appointments and every plumbing technician visiting our home has been courteous, understanding and professional. We have needed a lot of help in the past 6 months and feel really happy that Killeen is our plumbing company, especially when we had a sanitary drain backup that they addressed and fixed within a few hours time.

Our basement flooded twice last year during intense, heavy summer storms. We had sufficient waterproofing but found out that Westlake city sewers were completely overwhelmed and backing up into our home. We needed to install a sump pump and backflow valve to help mitigate this during inevitable future storms. After some research and word of mouth from neighbors and friends, the decision was easy to go with Killeen Plumbing. Pete carried out the inspection and was very knowledgeable about the type of installation we needed. Nick, Corey, Ryan and Dillion just completed our install and the level of professionalism and workmanship was EXCELLENT. I have used this company on many different locations. They are extremely responsible. The job is always done correctly and inspected by the senior leadership. When I called about a clogged sink line they came and found the issue along with suggestions for fixing the issue. I needed my main sink line pipe replaced on a slab home. I was told the job took 2 days and they delivered. 2 days later I was able to begin the renovation on schedule. I wish I could give them 10 stars for the way the entire crew interacted with us. They were the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will continue to use them every chance I get for all my locations I oversee.

When assessing things the technician couldve very easily just charged us for a new tank but instead took his time and fixed one of the water connections/fittings and saved us a considerable amount of money. Tony was very knowledgable and honest. They have a lifelong customer now and when we do need a replacement tank they will be the only call we make.

Used Killeen Plumbing based on a reference from a family member who was overly satisfied with their service. When I first contacted Killeen and explained my issue they informed me the county I live in provides the service for free--I was amazed with their honesty. Despite that, I decided to go with the professionals at Killeen instead of going with free. I made the right choice. Team Andy and Andy arrived early, pinpointed the issue within minutes, explained the entire process, and were able to resolve the issue in fifteen minutes. I asked them about scheduling additional work to clean out a driveway stormwater drain and they took care of it right then and there. Awesome experience from the moment I called to when Andy and Andy completed the work. Service was above and beyond and the price was a great value. Would recommend Killeen Plumbing to anyone.

As an update Killeen was back at my house this past week installing a sump pump and back flow system and waterproofing. Corey and Nick worked tirelessly for 3 days excavating, cleaning out pipes all around my house in addition to installing the sump pump and battery backup They answered all my questions and were professional and polite. Another great experience with KilleenI have used Killeen Plumbing for many years. They are superb! I have been pleased with everything they have done for me over the years including snaking drains, when clogged, replacing pipes, installing toilets and sinks and today a new hot water tank . Until the replacement was completed today, our 1914 home was still serviced by the original, galvanized water line that was giving us major flow issues. I called Killeen to come out due to a sewer back up in my basement. I called as soon as they opened at 8am and by 1pm they were at my house. @Joe Conway was able to find a clean out in my front yard and clear years of tree roots plus run a camera inspection of the pipes. He was super friendly - even looking at a couple of other issues while he was here. They were able to fix all of my issues quickly - cleaning up as they went leaving behind fully functioning plumbing and no mess! The folks at Killeen are the consummate professionals - everyone friendly and helpful. @Joe gave me some tips of things to be aware of so that I didnt have a problem in the future - and went out of his way to ensure that everything was up to snuff. I cant recommend them enough. Ive dealt with other companies in the past and always felt like they were trying to upsell me services - Killeen doesnt operate that way. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and professional company - these are the guys you want to call.

Tony from Killeen was very polite and professional. We are still being COVID cautious and he offered to put on a mask as soon as he saw I was wearing one. We had some water leak from our tub to the ceiling below. He quickly found it was cause by an overflow gasket and made the repair in the half hour minimum charge time frame! Their service is fast and professional. Their customer service staff is responsive and helpful in getting a technician out quickly. Weve been especially impressed with one of their technicians - Joe. We had a pretty significant issue with our sanitary sewer line and we were anxious to get it resolved before our extended family came in to visit for the holidays. Joe showed up right on time and jumped right into the repairs with confidence. He and Andrew worked hard to overcome a couple of challenges along the way, but through persistence, got our systems working again. Joe’s enthusiasm and generally great attitude are the main reasons that I’ll call Killeen any time I have a plumbing issue.

I’ve used Killeen plumbing for years and they have been really helpful for many things, and mostly the prices are okay. The only issue I have come across is the plumbers leaving a messes after they’ve left. They don’t usually clean up after themselves or put things back to how they were. One time I had broken metal pieces all over my garage and had I not noticed and pulled my car in- it could have been a big problem. The last time they were here they did outside work and I noticed the following day I had so much cleanup to do all around the house. While marking broken underground pipes they spray painted my plants in bright orange. That really wasn’t necessary. It feels like carelessness and a lack of respect for my space. It would be nice if I didn’t have a huge clean up job when work was completed. I would have been happy to supply a trash bag or broom if needed.

All I have to say is WOW! Rarely am I ever impressed with a Contractor, but Killeen plumbing really impressed me. From the first time I reached out to them in the evening, Pete was a really nice guy and took his time to answer my questions and tried to get me on the schedule the next day. Later that same evening, I recieved a call from Chio confirming they would get me on the schedule the next morning. She called again the next morning to let me know they could replace my tank earlier than expected. 20 minutes later the super stars show up, Andrew and Aaron from Killeen both plumbers / technicians did a fabulous job! First and foremost, they were really nice and professional. They listened to me, answered my questions, they took proper care of my home, and they got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. While at my home, they checked my sump pump and offered other quick checks to let me know if anything else needed to be repaired / replaced. When they both had to carry up the basement stairs a water heater with 50 gallons of water still in it, I saw how hard they had to work and they never complained once. I’ve used Killeen plumbing for probably about 13 years now (since we moved to the area) for all my plumbing needs from basic services (leaky bathroom sinks, broken kitchen faucets, garbage disposal replacement, sump pump replacement, etc) to a couple of special investigations / projects and they’ve always done a fantastic job. The latest was that water started flowing into my sump pit in Sep for no reason. I called Killeen and they were able to confirm the sump pump backflow value was fine and that the water wasn’t being recirculated. I had turned off my irrigation system and all the water to the outside already but still I had my irrigation company confirm there was nothing wrong with the irrigation system and then winterize it. My next step was to have the city come out. My water bills were normal but still I wanted them to check there wasn’t a water line leak. They said there was no lead and by now it’s early Dec with water still pouring into my sump pit…so I want back to Killeen. Josh and Randy came out and I went through with them everything I had done…as well as pointing out that water was pouring into the two city storm drains on my property. They ran a camera through my pump drain to confirm it wasn’t clogged and when they checked out the storm drains they immediately determined that there was a city water line leak. Instead of just telling me to call the city again, Randy got on the phone to the city himself and convinced them they had a water line leak on my property. The city came out within an hour and agreed they had a water main leak. They fixed it the next day and immediately my sump pump returned to normal activity. I’m so thankful to Randy and Josh for taking the extra time to investigate the issue and convince the city there was indeed a city water main leak. They could have just said there was nothing they could for me but they didn’t….they went the extra mile. And that’s what makes Killeen so great. They did that for me one before when the city made some changes with the pumping station across the street which pumped all my water lines dry, allowing sewage gas to enter my house. They stepped up to the city for me that time too. The Killeen team is truly the best.

Nick and Dan came out to my house because bathroom was backed up. The problem was tree roots. They dug down by hand where pipe left the house and there was broken pipe and tree roots in about a two foot section that total clogged pipe. Killeen Plumbing is now my go-to for anything plumbing related. If you are looking for a plumber for anything at all, look no further.They are professional, courteous, responsive, timely, and not terribly expensive. They do excellent work and they stand behind it. I used them to pressure test a gas line, and later to install a new one (the original was completely rusted through). They came back at my request several months later because another contractor told me the gas line was missing a plastic sleeve to go through masonry. While the plumber they sent did not fully agree that it was at risk of corrosion since it is painted with rust-oleum, he understood the concern and insulated the pipe with electrical tape so that the paint would not touch the brick. The fact that they did this months later the day after I requested they look at it demonstrates that they really stand behind their work and care about their customers.I also had them out for a clogged sink. They were fast and thorough. It was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than RotoRooter who Ive used in the past.I am very, very pleased with every interaction Ive had with Killeen Plumbing and recommend them without reservation.

We were referred to Killeen 12 years ago by the contractor who replaced our gas line from the street to the house that we had just moved into. We have used them ever since, but when we were getting quotes on our leaking soil stack in the basement they were unavailable to come out for more than a week. In the meantime we received 5 other quotes; 3 of these were $1500-1600. Killeen declined to give a quote until the wall was opened. We chose them because they had the most conservative strategy for cutting into the kitchen wall - working above the wainscoting, as long as the leak wasn’t found to be higher up. All was dry above the kitchen and the job went beautifully! Only portions of the pipe had been updated to PVC, and our leak was in a vertical seam of the old cast iron. Patrick and Joe made a precise estimation of where to cut the wall and were able to do the entire job through that 14x31-inch opening. They finished in about 90 minutes and our total bill was only $363! Looks like we’ve been using the right company all along. Killeen really knows their stuff!

I contacted Killeen plumbing to inspect our sanitary sewer line since we have large oak trees in our yard and we were concerned about root damage. They were scheduled to arrive between 1:00pm - 3:00 pm. At 1:20 pm I was called and told when they were on their way. They arrived within a few minutes. Pete and Ralph were very knowledgeable and efficiently completed the inspection. They explained the process and their finding. I asked if they were able to check a toilet while they were here and Pete replaced the disc seal while Ralph packed up their equipement and tools.

They are a “headache-free” contractor.We recently hired Killeen to install plumbing for our master bathroom. Tommy quoted the job and Nate lead the rough-in install. Ive heard from other trades since that looked at the plumbing rough-in and commented on how impressive of a job he did. In particular, Nate was able to install a wall-mounted Toto toilet.

Jody in the office was an excellent communicator. She was prompt to call and update us. After the first plumber came out and saw it was not an easy fix (pipe punctured by a nail in baseboard on slab floor) and that we had turned off our water main, Jody was quick to call with updates and assurances that someone would be out soon. Andy and Ryan arrived and fixed the problem in less than an hour! Water back on, happy campers all around! Cant say enough good about these people and the way they conduct business and treat their customers.

They completed the entire job in one day, with minimal disruptions—even while my husband and I were working from home due to COVID-19. They also were very safety-conscious and wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers for the small time they had to enter the house and look in the basement. Thank you thank you! The owner took his time to explain all aspects of the job and what I could expect in great detail.The job was performed a week before scheduled. The people they sent out were informative, courteous and very respectful of my property.They did everything humanly possible to minimize any lawn or landscaping damage. Due to horrible weather, the job extended to two days. Their workers fought thru rain and snow to complete the job as promised.The office staff was friendly and efficient and even extended payment terms as this was a expensive and unexpected event.I would absolutely recommend Killeen Plumbing if you are considering their services. Mike and Aaron did an absolutely wonderful job on our clogged sewer line. And it was on a holiday weekend at that! It was a very labor intensive and rather nasty job I might add that involved accessing the sewer line by jackhammering a hole in our concrete basement floor to be able to get access to the clogged pipe. (We have an older home built in the 1950s and the toilet in the basement wasnt flushing). Mike, the lead is especially knowledgeable with many years experience who went the extra mile to do the job well and in a very reasonable time period. It was reassuring to have his expertise. They also left the place spotless! Their prices are also very reasonable. I would have paid double what I paid if I would have used Roto-Rooter.I highly recommend this company!

If there was a more accurate rating available, I’d probably tend towards 3.5 Stars.Overall I’m satisfied with Killeen. They responded quick to my email request and within a few days offered an onsite visit (which is NOT the norm in times where all contractors are busy! Another plumber bluntly recommended to look for an alternative because he is so busy).What I disliked:- while a free quote / pricing is being promoted, I’ve never seen one. Not sure how you can get one, because they charged the full time of the first visit. My initial email request was describing the situation very detailed and also did not lead to a cost estimate- being unaware about pricing, I foolishly let them do their work and they determined after 1 hr 15 mins that the leak is not a plumbing problem, but most likely a grouting issue. These 15 minutes are charged as full service hour and cost me almost 100$ extra.Had I known this, I would’ve stopped their investigation after 60 minutes, because it was quite clear by then that there is not much else to do for them.Alternatively, I had at least looked for some additional plumbing service to fill the remaining 45 minutes.Overall this visit had cost me close to 200$ and was an expensive „reassurance“, that nothing major was wrong with the leaking shower.What I liked:- the team of two was very friendly and professional- all work was done with care- they both wore protection covers on their shoes to keep the house clean- response time / availability / reliability / various payment optionsOverall, an experienced and good plumber service, but more transparency on pricing would have been appreciated in a situation where I also took time to describe my previous work and insights on the shower leak via email as well as verbally during the visit.

We received estimates from 5 other companies, all ranging from $5k-8k, before we contacted Killeen, and Im so grateful we waited and went with them. The same day that they came for the estimate they suggested to try a much less expensive fix that they could implement same day, before having us travel down the road of more expensive options. Three hours later and less than $400 later, our issue is fixed and I am not spending thousands of dollars that all 5 other companies told me Id need to spend.Had them come back and fix a separate issue a couple weeks later. So thankful for the Killeen guys, their high quality work, and their honest, ethical approach. I had no idea honest plumbers were so hard to come by. I will contact them first with any issues moving forward.

In the short time it took for Pat to reach Koehler, John had already completed his repair. And rather than have Koehler send out replacement parts that may or may not have solved our faucet problem, Pat was able to get us a replacement faucet! I even gave the guys chocolate chip cookies four the road because who replaces hot water tanks (without a service premium!) on Christmas Eve?!
