I purchased a central unit from them 8 or 9 year’s ago and they were very reasonably priced. Since that time I have called them several times for various things relating to my unit. They have always been on time, very professional and honest. They always tell you the cheapest way to try first instead of trying to rob you blind. They explain every thing to you in terms you can understand. They are willing to work around your work schedule. I love this company,everyone I have dealt with is awesome. I’ll never go anywhere else

AC Unit wasnt cooling properly. Reached out to Matt at Deep South, he sent a repair guys out in less that five minutes. Unit was Low on Freon. He added Leak Stop, Dye, and a couple pounds of Freon. They responded and repaired our unit faster than an Amazon Prime Delivery! Thank you

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every single time I’ve had a problem with my AC, they have responded and gotten someone here ASAP! Everyone has always been very professional and fixed the problems every single time. I don’t know what I would do without Deep South Mechanical. Thank you guys for being so great and keep up the great work!!! I will never use another company but them. They always go above and beyond for their costumers.
