    I needed to have a new water softener installed, as well as some hose bibs repaired. After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Gallegos plumbing, who was also highly recommended by my neighbor. Hereā€™s why, Nick came out to look at the job, and had a written quote ready the next day as promised. The quote was very thorough, and competitive.Nick, and Fernando came out to do the job. They called to let me know that they were on the way, and even checked to make sure that I had potassium chloride for the softener, while they were on the way, in case they needed to pick some up. They explained everything to me, and came to me when they ran into a couple of issues while doing the job. They worked neatly, and thoughtfully, always considering what made sense aesthetically. When they left, the garage and laundry room looked just as clean as when they arrived. They tested the system and didnā€™t leave until they were sure that everything was working well. I was very impressed with their work ethic, and the job that they did. Nick and Fernando were awesome. If youā€™re looking to have some plumbing work done, look no further than Gallegos Plumbing! I highly recommend them!

    I called Gallegos first thing in the morning; they had me scheduled for noon-2:00 same day. The booker (Gail, I think) was friendly and upbeat, all in to help. The job wasnt a hard one, but the plumber showed up within the time frame, was super polite, diagnosed the problem, got his tools, and fixed it. I especially appreciate that they request pictures or videos before they come out so they can be as prepared as possible. Excellent service, figure it costs what it costs, and I am confident that they stand behind their work. All good here.

    Our regular plumber was on vacation and saw the reviews for Gallegos Plumbing so decided to give them a try. They came out same day to unclog laundry drain. They were so nice over the phone and when the technician came out he was friendly and fast. They were very reasonable as well.

    Mallory was very helpful with all our questions and was efficient in coordinating a service tech to come out. Paco was our service tech and was very knowledgeable in some of the issues we were having. Nick was able to figure out the last issue with our tankless water heater and got everything working like it should.     I discovered a water leak in my downstairs bathroom, so I called Gallegos Plumbing. They arrived within two hours and fixed the leak on the spot. The price was fair but the service amazing. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great job.

    Gallegos Plumbing are the best! I keep going back to them for all of my plumbing needs. Theyā€™ve serviced my water heater many times, came to my rescue when my bathroom faucet blew and sprayed water everywhere, fixed a leak in our wall coming in on the main line and just recently replaced several of my old tired broken and worn out bathroom sink faucets. They are professional and friendly and I will keep turning to them time and time again whenever I have plumbing issues! I trust them to do an excellent job. Thank you Gallegos!     George came by to install a disposal & check the integrity of the plumbing of our sinks. He was very pleasant and extremely considerate of our new wood flooring. He not only laid out protective cloth on our flooring near the work areas, but I saw him brushing down his knee pads making sure no foreign matter pressed through the cloth to the floor; I was impressed. And the work was completed professionally and now we have no issues remaining.

Within the hour they called me and scheduled a tech to be at my house that afternoon. Within 2 hours of arriving, our repair was complete.     Gallegos is always dependable and techs are super polite, appear in neat attire, good communication skills, and arrive in well cared for trucks. Office answers on first few rings and text reminders are a plus. I havenā€™t price shopped plumbers but some mention may be a little pricey. If thatā€™s true, Gallegos is still good choice because you get what you pay for in quality and positive results.

    We contacted Gallegos Plumbing because we had purchased a new toilet and Bidet that we needed installed. We also wanted to move one toilet from one bathroom to another to make room for the new toilet and Bidet. From the moment Gallegos Plumbing answered the phone I could tell they were a professional responsive company. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. Their plumber showed up on time and was very polite and respectful. He cleaned up everything and disposed of the old toilet. They were very reasonably priced and did an excellent job on our install.     We have used Gallegos Plumbing in the past for drain cleaning. They were reasonably priced and performed well. We looked at many reviews on Next Door before calling them for re-piping our home.     Called Gallegos in the afternoon. They had me send a pic of the leak under our kitchen sink. Plumber came the next morning a little early (that was great).     Gallegos Plumbing replaced our gas water heater when our old one unexpectedly broke overnight. Theyā€™re really responsive and always answer the phone. Courteous scheduler and plumbing technician. They were both so friendly and fast and replaced the water heater same day. We would absolutely use them again if itā€™s a plumbing issue we canā€™t handle ourselves. It was pricey, but so are all plumber visits (we called around, Gallegos quoted a fine price). 10/10 would recommend!

    I am a very pleased customer. I went to the website Saturday evening and described my minor emergency on a chat. I was given info, and then requested an appointment.     Iā€™ve seen many positive reviews of Gallegos Plumbing on Nextdoor so when I had a 1 1/2 inch main water line break in my backyard and my usual plumber never returned my call, I called Gallegos. The young lady who took my call was polite, friendly and helpful, making certain that I would have someone come out that same day. The plumber who arrived was young but again very friendly and customer service oriented. My wife and I had already dug a large hole to expose the broken pipe, however the situation we uncovered was very confusing and the plumber was unable to offer an explanation. He did provide a cap and glue to fix the problem but couldnā€™t do it because our water shutoff was leaking and we had to wait for the local water company to shut the water off on their side of the valve. The plumber left for another local job, we glued the cap on and the problem was fixed. The plumber kept in contact with me to see if he needed to return but it wasnā€™t necessary. He did what he could to keep the cost as low as possible. I would definitely call Gallegos again if needed.

    Our plumbing technician, Junior, did an EXCELLENT job of installing our new, expensive Toto toilet. He came and moved the water valve as needed, returned after we had wall patched by our painter.     I had a gas leak under my house. The gas company came out and inspected it , and shut it off and advised me to hire a professional.I called Gallegos Plumbing. Oscar came out the same day and he accessed the situation and gave me a quote. I called the following morning and a young plumber came over, crawled under my house, replaced the line and fixed the problem. My gas was back on the same day and the problem was resolved.Gallegos Plumbing was fast, efficient, and fair. They did a good job quickly and it didnā€™t cost me too much.     I called them at 3pm with both toilets and only shower backed up. I didnt expect them to come that day.     Nick came to my house and was very patient in explaining how the Halo 5 system works. He asked a lot of questions about what Iā€™m looking for and what is important to me. He tested my water and explained that a water softener isnā€™t needed. I use my fridgeā€™s filtration system for drinking water so the Halo 5 system isnā€™t needed.     The plumber was faced with a dilemma in which the hot water heater I purchased was too big for the space it was to be installed. Rather than leave he worked to solve the problem by getting a unit that did fit from his warehouse and installing that. We did have some confusion afterward where his assistant did not take the old hot water heater with him and I had to call the office. The assistant also left a stream of rusty water on my driveway. They came back the following day and removed the old hot water heater and cleaned up the rusty water marks.
