Thanks to Swink Electric and the great staff between Pedro and Doc. They finally resolved my problem with my irrigation power. There was a slight mishap where they took care of it and were cordial and professional. I rate this company five stars as they’ve always come to serve the public in the manner which you would like the best, God bless and thanks for this transition. Now I can leave this home to the next owners and feel good about how it presents itself in all manners.We just had Nick over again from Swink Electric and he is such A nice fellow, extremely courteous knowledgeable and just pleasant to be around got our fixture in place over the dining table in good time and was helping us diagnose a problem with the remotes on our fans all done to our great satisfaction as always great working with a good company that cares about their customers thank you so much merry Christmas and God bless

I got an electric car and in order to charge at home i had to have a different kind of outlet put at my house. I got quotes from two companies and although they were both high being that it’s a big job, this was way more reasonable. Pedro came to do the estimate, he was very nice. Manny and Justin came to do the actual service. They did an amazing job! I expected to have to clean up a lot after but they cleaned up even when I said I would do it, all I had to do was vacuum a bit. I will update this if I have any issues but so far I am definitely satisfied with everything, from my first phone call to the scheduled service.Update: I can’t get the plug into the outlet, it should not be this hard. I even used a hammer. I contacted and received a call but was told with this outlet and because it’s new that’s how it is. I’m not an electrician but I shouldn’t have to be super strong to plug something into an outlet especially after spending almost two grand. I am very disappointed and upset and did remove a star.

On November 9th, 2023 I discovered I needed an electrician for the dental office I manage. The electrical job was not simple; however, I needed a thorough, skilled, and trustworthy crew while we continued to care for our patients. We scheduled the appointment for Friday morning and the entire scheduling process was amazing. Shortly after I scheduled the emergency appointment the technicians reached out to explain theyd be able to come the same day. I was more than grateful! Once the team arrived they assessed the problem and knew exactly how to resolve it. Within 2 1/2 hours they set up, completed the service request, and cleaned the site (Were a dental office so this was a huge plus for the practice). If you are looking for an amazing team of electricians youve found the right company.

FPL showed up at my house and informed me there was damage within the meter. The first electrician that stopped by was more then happy to take almost $5,000 to correct the issue. Luckily I called swink. Luke showed up and informed me the damage was on FPLs line and 100% their responsibility. Nothing else was needed. Luke helped me escalate the issue and it was corrected by the end of the day by FPL. Not only did Luke save me thousands of dollars but he didnt even charge me his service fee.

Bryan was awesome. I was told my outlet for water system doesnt have electricity, i called him and he actually guided me how to check the outlet . He sent me photos and a video what to look for and what to do, and i was able to fix it myself- it just needed resetting. He could easily come by, charge me for a service call and do it himself.
