I was able to trust everything he said. The company has excellent reviews all over Google for a reason.     Just when you give up on any business being professional along comes Global. I called late last night when my brand new chandelier switch blew and the on call electrician answered he quoted me a price and gave me a window of service today. He came on the early side of my appointment he fixed the switch and stayed in the price he quoted. They also gave a four year warranty. Carlos was so nice and efficient and honest what a pleasant experience Thank you Global. Keep up the great work

    Phenomenal company and service!! I just had my kitchen remodeled and the contractors totally botched the wiring in my kitchen leaving the outlets, dishwasher, and garbage disposal without power. After trying and failing to figure it out myself, I finally decided to look up an electrician and Global Power and AC Corp came up with the best reviews. I promise that all the reviews are spot on.     ā€œShockingly Good Serviceā€ is a serious understatement. I had to pinch myself to be sure I wasnā€™t dreaming. We needed a car charging station installed in our carport. I found Global during a Google search and based on all of its 166 reviews being 5 star, I hit the call button. The intake person was delightful. Carlos, the estimator arrived within 3 hours. Professional, knowledgable, and personable. We accepted his estimate, and within an hour had technicians at the door. The techs were so highly professional, pleasant and efficient. It was not an easy install due to panel location. Install went smoothly. Looks great. Very clean conduit lines. There was a glitch with powering up, but Zoltan, the tech, patiently Googled manuals and schematics, and found that this new BMW home charger was unexpectedly designed with an interior locking switch. Glitch rectified!!! Same day, SHOCKINGLY GREAT SERVICE, immaculately performed, at a fair price by a stellar team. Thank you GLOBAL!!

    I asked three companies for quotes to complete a Tesla charger install. This is the only company that responded to me. Not only dis they respond to me but they were early. For me thats even better than on time. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. They needed to create a hole in the wall to complete the install; not olny did they close the wall up they spackled it up to match the wall. Outstanding job. I will use this company again.

    Zoltan from Global Power & AC installed a Tesla Wall Connector at my home for EV Level 2 charging and did an exceptional job! My home didnā€™t have the required 60 amp circuit and there was no space left in my existing panel. The solution was to install a subpanel that would support the Tesla Wall Connector. Zoltan explained the solution in detail, gave an estimate of effort, answered all questions, and provided a clear cost breakdown. The cost of the job was fair and reflected the amount of work it took to install the EV charger. Zoltan was thorough and took the time to relocate over 10 circuits to the subpanel, reorganize my existing panel, and deliver a reliable Tesla Wall Connector installation.Global Power showed up on time. There were no surprises. Their expertise and experience installing EV chargers was apparent. I was thoroughly impressed by Zoltanā€™s expertise and attention to detail. There was a willingness to always answer questions and the quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. My garage was left clean and the install looking perfect!     I just moved to FL and have already used these guys twice. Getting a quote is easy and they can usual do same or next day service. First time I had them install a circuit and a Tesla charger and they cleaned up my panel and also replaced a whole house surge protector that had gone bad and wasnt installed properly. Second time was to install a new circuit for a pool heater because my pool companys guy was booked out 2 months.     On 11/13 I replaced a few outlet receptacles and light switches in my kitchen. The next morning 11/14 I noticed that my microwave and coffee machine had no power. Using the little knowledge I have regarding electricity I used my pen voltage tester and noticed that I still had power in the outlets but, odd enough that no power was reaching my appliances. After scratching my head for a couple hours I decided to call Global Power and AC. I Spoke to one of their experts on 11/14 afternoon mind you, on a Sunday. After telling him everything that Iā€™ve done He didnā€™t mistreat me at all ( didnā€™t give me the ā€œyour not an electrician lectureā€) walked me through everything I did, which surprisingly was GOOD!! (thinking I left something loose or grounded something out) the fault ended up being a grounded neutral in a receptacle that I replaced 6 MONTHS AGO!!! He diagnosed it and helped me fix it over the phone in about 2 hourā€™s within 3phone calls. This guys knows his stuff!!! And face time was great. Iā€™ll definitely be recommending GLOBAL POWER AND AC to all my south Florida friends and family. Saved me a chunk of money and also prevented me the headache of explaining to my wife how I fried the electrical system in our kitchen!!!!

These folks exemplify the best practices approach of underprome and overdeliver.When I determined I needed to upgrade 1970s electrical panel I used the online Google Local Services inquiry chat and within about an hour I received a response from one of the Owners. This was in contrast to the other 4 or 5 electrical companies I contacted.Pricing was transparent and reasonable and about 1k less than the next closest bid. More importantly the very same panel is warrantied for 4 years parts and labor versus 1 year.
