    Kasper Electric recently completed an electrical project at our townhome in Jupiter. We were doing a full remodel of the property, so the scope of electrical work included a rewire of the home to allow for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, panel & breaker replacement/upgrade, new receptacles, new fixtures, outlets, switches, etc. It was a comprehensive/complete scope that I bid out with multiple electrical contractors locally. Kasper came in to “takeover” on the electrical project that the previous electrical contractor (different company) that we hired, failed. Kasper is licensed, insured, a leading electrical contractor in our local area, and has proven themselves to be the best in the business. Kasper Electric offered fair pricing that was in line with the other bids I received for the same scope. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric for any & all electrical needs for your project. Professional company, communicated well, follows timeline & scope and has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right. No fluff. Easy to give a 5-star review.

    Ronnie arrived at the scheduled time with a smile on his face and enthusiasm for the work that was to be done. He removed 3 chandeliers and installed 3 ceiling fans. I asked a lot of questions and he explained what he would be doing in each room, as well as showing me how the individual remotes worked, since each was unique. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Mona was a life saver, too, when I called and explained my situation. She was patient and extremely helpful in working around my schedule. I highly recommend Kasper Electric and will definitely be using them again!

    Kasper tech Adrian came to my home today for a quote.I am getting a Tesla EV Charger installation scheduled along with other work.Adrian was professional and knowledgeable.     After trying to get several electricians out to do a job for us and having themNot call back and no show, a good friend recommended Kasper Electric. I called and told them our electrical issues and they had someone out the next day. We have had them help us twice now. First time we had Mike help with an AC issue and second timeWe had Ronnie and he helped us with a bad exterior GFI outlet. He replaced it and was very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind.     This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement Ive had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed.     Ronnie was wonderful. He came out and solved an electrical problem in minutes that had been going on in our home for almost a week. He was fast efficient and knowledgeable. He definitely has the experience which let him to go right to the main problem which was the main breaker had loose bolts and were rusted. He tightened the bolts and my power outage and flickering of lights were fixed instantly! It was an awful week trying to figure it out but Ronnie saved the day! Thank you Ronnie!

    I knew Kasper was the company for me as soon as I met John during my estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional and he made me feel like family. I had my service completed yesterday by Ronnie and Ryan and I was amazed at their promptness, professionalism and the teamwork and comradery they exhibited throughout the day. Best attitude of any service people Ive had in years. Again, they treated me like family ... So much so that I almost invited them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The work was done quickly ... they had such a great rapport with the FPL guys that the FPL guy even gave his cell and came back right away when called for reconnection. They did just a great job even the inspector complemented them on their excellent work, and I could tell he was normally an inspector of few words. Many Thanks to all at Kasper including those behind the scenes. I am very thankful for the care I received from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks :)

    This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact.     Jimmy Wagner did a great job. He came upon a complex situation when installing my outdoor carriage lights but he came up with several options, explaining the benefits of each and the complexities of each. I chose the option and he did an excellent job installing the lights. They look fantastic. And I really appreciate how he cleaned everything up. It was like he was never here.     I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors.When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every job he said: If I complete this job, your bill will be...He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises.The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please.     Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

    I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

    I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 at my house to charge an electric car in my garage. I worked with Michelle over the phone who was very professional and responsive and got me a quote over the phone after I sent some pictures over. I was scheduled within a couple days.     I want to say how wonderful and professional Kasper Electric was in the service they provided to Oceanview United Methodist Church here in Juno Beach Florida. There professionalism from Peggy the scheduler to Steve in the office was spectacular. The electrician Frank Lomas they sent to us was nothing less than outstanding. His ability to work out our Sanctuary lighting problems along with upgrading our outdated system to newer lighting codes was exceptional. His friendly supportive manner was refreshing and the final product was perfect in all aspects, exceeding our expectations. When the job took more hardware and time than expected to complete, we contacted Steve and understood that the initial bid might be adjusted, his response was We stand by our bids so the initial cost remains the same.     Well Ive never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they werent the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldnt be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair. in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future Ill be using Kasper. Ill also be telling this story to all my friends.

    Steve Perez is a thorough and highly competent electrician who works for Kasper Electric of Lake Park and Miramar, FL, and made repairs and upgrades today at our home. Steve explained what the problems were with the electric connections in the house, answered questions and made the repairs. Bilingual and personable, I would recommend Steve and Kasper Electric for minor to complex residential electrical repairs and installation services. We will ask them to make a service call again should we need them in the future.

    I am a first time home buyer. I was fortunate and blessed to own new construction, unfortunately I purchased it at a point where everything was done so I wasnt able to be apart of the customization process. I wanted to make some changes minor at first and then later some major installs. I was very nervous looking at contracting a company to do it for natural reasons.Kasper electrical at first was kind of shaky with the communications at the beginning just to be able to get a quote. Once I was able to get that squared away with them everything from that point on made up for that issue.Jim and Joey was great, they made sure they understood my vision on what I wanted accomplished and stayed in constant communications to ensure I was happy. End result the job was done great and the added bonus they set me up so that future jobs will be done a lot easier saving me time and money (because contractors are paid by the hour) in the future.

    We called Kasper because of a circuit breaker that kept popping when we used a light and some outlets in our kitchen. Steve the electrcian who visited us was able to track the root cause to some old wiring. He then gave us a cost to rewire the circuit and took the extra steps to disconnect the circuit that was causing the issue until he could return with a helper and do the re-wiring.Steve and Mike his helper returned to rewire and took the time to be sure this had permanently fixed the issue before leaving. The circuit popped again and they found another run to an outlet had been compromised. The wire actually displaying some burn marks. I truely believe the time they took to investigate the issue thoroughly prevented what could have been a serious fire issue. Through the whole process I was impressed with their knowledge and determination to be sure all was working properly. The technicians and Michele at the office made this on of the best experiences I have had with a repair company. I will reccomend and use Kasper exclusively for any electrical work. I am glad we found this company 😊

    Today, I had (2) fine gentlemen from Kasper Electrical come to my home to upgrade my 100 amp electrical service. Bill & Joey showed up on time , had all necessary materials & tools to proceed with service change. Power was secured shortly after 9AM, (4) new copper feed cables had to thru PVC Conduit under the slab, replaced compromised Aluminum cables from original construction, then cut out drywall to fit in new Homeline Square-D Panel, then making all connections to the new circuit breakers, it all well swimmingly smooth, and my power was back on by 12:30 PM they rang all circuits out and labeled accordingly, did a thorough clean up and were outta there shortly 1:30pm. I couldnt be happier. I would recommend this company, Kasper Electrical to all who need any electrical work in there home. top shelf in my book, thumbs up to a job well done !......Regards Mike D.

    I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up.Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

    Dear Kasper,I have been meaning for the longest time to thank you for your service. Your electrician solved my problems completely. In very little time at all, he metered my incoming current and found I had lost a ground. He was sure that was the source of my problem and he was right. I called FPL who sent out a truck the next day. The power lines had been overgrown by oak trees and palms. They fixed the problem and I haven’t had a flicker since. Other electricians estimated around $800 for the job and never even mentioned this as a possibility. I cannot thank you enough!

    I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours.     I needed to hire an electrician to install a Tesla charger for me. Kasper electric came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I received an e-mail the day before the appointment reminding me of the appointment, they gave me a 3 hour time space. The technician showed up right on time and throughly explained my choices, after making the decision, he wrote out an invoice and gave me two options and prices. The technition Steve was very professional and completed the work within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company, it is very hard to find reliable professionals in South Florida.
