We are very pleased that we chose 1 Stop Generator Shop for our whole house generator project. Sales Manager Jen Weigel was very knowledgeable with the Generac product as well as the county codes. She explained our options for installation locations of the generator and LP tank to help us decide the best location. They were very good with communications, answering our questions promptly. The permitting Department did a great job of preparing the documents for the county permit and the packet for our HOA approval. Our HOA told us that the packet was perfect. The Pre-installation Department clearly provided all of the information to us to explain the process, what to expect and when, and what we needed to do to prepare for the installation. Everyone involved with the installation did an outstanding job. The electricians installed the generator and electrical components very professionally, level and in the perfect locations. DC Enterprises did a great job installing the LP tank, boring under our driveway, and installing the gas line to the generator. The crew installing the tank and trenching for the gas line took their time and were very cautious to avoid sprinkler lines and underground utilities. 1 Stop Generator Shop did everything they said they would do and had everything completed earlier than expected. No surprises. 1 Stop Generator Shop exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend 1 Stop Generator Shop.

I give this company a 5 star rating. Jen Weigel was my sales person who is very knowledgeable. She carries with her a binder containing county and city codes. She knows what she is talking about.I had 3 quotes done. The first was through Home Depot, that person told me that I didn’t have enough room for the generator and a 500 gal. propane tank.The 2nd quote, the sales person thought I had room, but price was outrageous. $2500.00 more than 1StopGeneratorShop, with a smaller sized Kw.Jen knew that I had room and was the best price as well. I felt totally confident with her evaluation and I committed with 1StopGeneratorShop. This shop does everything for you. Permits, HOA request for approval forms, sub-contracting the excavation for the propane tank and propane hook-up.Once the generator was set, Hi-Tech Gas Contractor, Corp. bored under my 2 pad driveway to be able to get to the generator. DC Contractors did the excavation for the propane tank and dug trenches to the generator.My yard was a mess, but when there were done, my yard was perfectly clean, just waiting for sod to be replaced. That happened within the next 2 days!The entire staff at these 3 companies are professional and friendly. Thank-you Jennifer, Julianne, Veronica, Lacy, Nikki, Charmin, and Grace.8/22 – Wed. Generator was set by 1StopGereratorShop9/8 – Saturday -Tech Gas dug a trench approx. 8 ft long by 2 ft wide and 2 ft deep to be able to put in the hydraulic hole borer, which bored a hole under the driveway to insert the gas line pipes.9/9 – Sunday, hole was bored.9/14 – Friday DC Contractors dug hole for the 500 gal propane tank. 1st County Inspection happened, then DC Contractors backfilled everything and made my yard look like nothing happened, except needing sod.9/15 – Sat. – Hi-Tech Gas came to do the final gas hook-up9/16- Sunday- 1StopGenerator came to re-sod.9/17 – Monday- Final gas inspection10/05 – Friday – Electrical was done by 1StopGenerator and by 10/17 the final electrical inspection was completed.

This company is the best! My experience started with Nikki coming out to the house for an estimate. With budget being one of my biggest concerns she found the perfect system for me. They were able to customize a portable generator to run off of natural gas so I never run out of fuel. Saved me thousands and thousands. Codi was fantastic at communicating the schedule and the install team for electrical and gas were on time and professional. The final step was having Jared come out to the house to show me how to use it all. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even wrote instructions on my panel for me. He also suggested I take a video of him showing me how to change the oil! Genius! Highly recommend them if youre looking for whole house or portable power! Top notch pricing, service, and expertise!

My experience with 1Stop was excellent. As a contractor myself, I understand when things dont always happen as planned. However, with 1Stop, they communicated well with me during the process and I asm very satisfied with my 27kw generator install. When I was originally quoted by the owner last 3 months, when I gave a deposit 3 months later they were out to 5 months lead time. However, you dont get on a schedule until you leave that deposit. At the end of the day they started the job 1 month earlier then expected. The only downside is the inspection process, otherwise I am very happy with my choice to use 1Stop Generator

I met and took bids from virtually all of the generator installation companies in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens area before deciding that 1 Stop were the people for me. All these companies sell the same generators so the only differential is people and know-how. Covid of course delayed the anticipated schedule; nonetheless, 1 Stop was with me throughout, keeping me advised of what was going on and of necessary rescheduling. In other words, I was treated as part of a stressed team and not as a customer to be told what I wanted to hear. At one point, I was offered the unimaginable right to cancel my order, Bottom line is that 1 Stop finally secured my generator and was able to install it as soon as it was received, for all of the prep work required for the installation had been expertly performed during the waiting period. Shortly after being diagnosed with a medical condition that requires 24/7 oxygen I realized that I was going to need 24/7 electricity in hurricane season. I interviewed eight firms.I picked this firm because of its comprehensive systematic approach to the turnkey installation of whole house generator and associated propane tank together with postinstallation monitoring equipment and services.Such installations have a lot of moving parts, including interactions with third-party inspectors and subcontractors. Theres a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. It appears to me that John Andio minimizes the risks inherent in such installations with a commitment to do quality work, do the right thing, a lot of expertise and a lot of experience doing these kinds of jobs together with a systems approach of a sophisticated construction firm. I found that the people in each of those specialized departments were very competent and customer oriented.Jennifer made a great first impression for this firm. She didnt sell me a system; she educated me about such systems – complete with pictures and graphs. She answered every question. She enabled me to confidently make wise choices about the size and functions of the various components for my particular job.She also provided a proposal to do the work that was comprehensive and precise with respect to the amount and costs of components and services. This is the hallmark of a firm that reached prime time. In contrast I got a couple of offers that amounted to a single number on the back of a cocktail napkin!I especially appreciated the boss, John Andio, sitting down at my kitchen table with me to customize a standard AIA small construction contract to this particular project so that I could feel comfortable that we had a meeting of minds and a document that addressed the foreseeable problems in any such construction projects and we had built-in conflict resolution mechanisms to bring the job in on time on budget in harmony.Kudos to the permits and approvals department. They were experienced and practical. The job was expedited as much as possible due to their expertise.The people who handled the installation were skilled, experienced, committed to doing good work and getting this job installed without undue delay despite one communication problem with FPL. I really felt like they had my back on this medically necessary installation.Thank you all. You did such great work. I feel so much safer that weve got it done before the first hurricane warning. Not just did they have the most competitive prices (and I had 4 companies bid), but from the beginning to the end, everything was very smooth. Our sales rep. Nikki was fantastic, Bob, who installed the 1000 gallon tank was great too. We also had him add a couple insta-hots to get rid of our water heaters and put those on propane as well. I have had a lot of major projects done in my homes over the years and 1 Stop is one of the best firms I have ever worked with. They made a complicated project paint-by-numbers with clear communications every step of the way and an accurate budget that they came under. I was given a full roster of contact names at the start and had different players come in as needed for each stage. They managed all the details to get HOA approval and had a solid working relationship with our town building department to get sign off without a glitch. Great experience!

Our new Generac Generator was purchased in 2016. It broke down twenty minutes into Hurricane Irma and did not work for over two years. Three companies tried to get it working with the help of Generac and nothing worked. THEN we got in touch with First Stop Generator Shop and they sent their repairman (Rodell) out who fixed it immediately! While others were guessing and Generac was sending many unneeded parts to them - Rodell used his little bag of testing equipment and with a part costing under one dollar, got it working again. Thank you Rodell and we immediately signed a yearly maintenance with his boss. I was getting a shower yesterday morning when our electric went off.
