Ochoa Electric Services did a top rate job diagnosing the issue with a ceiling fan and then replacing the fan. They came out the very next day after I called them. Maria was extremely professional and helpful on the phone. The service technician, Kyle, was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. The pricing was quite reasonable as well. We will be sure to use Ochoa again for our future electrical needs.

I am very thankful that I found the Ochoa Electric Services. They do an excellent Job in fixing all my electrical issues; such as fixing four of my outlets, fixing my switch and most of all installing an LED light in my Laundry room.. I could not thank more for what they have done inorder to restore all these. They are very professional, and I believe that they work with a HEART. Hence, I had called one electric company before them -that overcharged me and quoted me so high- that I could not afford, prompting me to find another that leads me to the Ochoa Electric Services .I am indeed so blessed to find them, that I could give them a five star and even beyond that so easy. I have been dealing with this company for nearly a decade for all things electrical. From interior to exterior lighting, fixtures, replacements, installations and repairs. I’ve never been disappointed and always quite impressed and pleased with results. When David sent one his workers out to repair/replace under cabinet kitchen lighting and outdoor outlets recently, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly impressed. I could tell immediately that Kyle had been mentored under David’s tutelage. Kyle was professional, pleasant, and quite knowledgeable about the trade. He was highly efficient in guiding and advising me on various aspects of products and services that would be best for both projects. I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with Kyle’s overall work and I highly recommend this company for any and all of your electrical needs and projects.

I had a need and desire to replace my electric service panel which was deemed unsafe and outdated by a friend of mine who once served as an electrical inspector. I also desired four ancillary projects that were not easy in my estimation. As always, my loyalty begins with local businesses as my first option. I perused the available Google reviews of Ochoa Electric Services and decided that they would be a good place to start on receiving an estimate for services. The price that I was quoted seemed fair, so I proceeded with contracting them to provide the service that I requested. Team member David showed up in a timely manner to access the scope of the work to be performed and team member Maria contacted me quickly with the particulars of the price and service availability. The project was planned to be started in two weeks from our initial consultations, but to my surprise, a few days later, I was made aware that they had had a cancellation and could start my project on the upcoming Saturday, of which I agreed. Now mind you, Maria initially indicated to me that the amount of work which I requested would probably require two visits, but to my pleasant surprise, David came in with adequate manpower to finish the work in one day. After the work was finished, he explained certain particulars of the equipment that he and his team installed and everything was cleaned up to indicate that Ochoa Electric Services demonstrates a truly professional attitude and pride in their work. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone seeking an electrical service need. David also called me a week after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work and service given. Its good to experience a competent business relationship in these days and times.

We had lost all power to our mobile home a few weeks ago. We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call. It was a Saturday evening. After calling down a Google list we found no electricians available until Monday. We reached Ochoa Electric Services and the owner answered. He said he was available to come immediately and I was so tickled, but then found out he was pretty far away from us. My heart dropped and I thanked him but said we could not afford it because of distance. He then told me to put him on FaceTime which I did. He located the outside power box and told me which breaker had tripped. We flipped the breaker and voila we had power! I will always recommend this company! We will have a job for him to do in a few months. We won’t hesitate to call him.

Ochoa Services was outstanding since the beginning when I called for a visit and quotation. David came and listened carefully and provided options and recommendations for my home project. Maria was very professional and down to earth. She comunicated frequently with me without pushing and always was open to provide options. She made sure that the client (me) felt appreciated. David and Ricky were very professional and honest when they came to do the job.They did an excellent job and completed it on time. I hired them to split a circuit for a couple of ceiling fans, install three smart switches to control outdoor lights and to install a main breaker on the electrical panel and provisions to install a portable generator. They were always communicating with me. They were very meticulous. They had to remove a ceiling fan and a couple of light fixtures and they really took good care of them. Also, the walls were not damaged or anything. They cleaned up after and David gave me a hands-on tour and practice on the smart app to make sure everything was up to my expectations and that I understood how things work. It is really hard to find good electricians in South Florida and I am really pleased with my experience with Ochoa Services. In the near future, my next project is to install lights for a new landscape around my new pool and I wont have to go anywhere else hunting for quotes and reviews because I already found my local awesome electricians. I highly recommend Ochoa Electric Services. I experienced some electrical issues during a weekend home improvement project. The result was several frequently used power outlets being out of commission. I called Ochoa Electric at around 8:30 on Monday morning. By noon, I was back up and running. The technician who was sent to my condo, David, was extremely professional and efficient. He was able to resolve my problem rather quickly and answer all my questions along the way.Im very happy with the service I received from Ochoa. Mr. Ochoa swapped out my old 100 amp breaker panel and I couldn’t be happier. After the work was completed, David took the time to go over the entire job in detail. Besides doing great electrical work he left no mess. The oversized opening that had to be cut to install the new panel was neat and clean making it easy for the finish work to be done. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have Ochoa Electric take care of your electrical needs.
