Ryan, the electrician, called to introduce himself and give me an approximate arrival time. He arrived when he said he would and immediately assessed what needed to be fixed. He even discovered something that was affecting the fan not working properly.He was very thorough, professional and kind. His knowledge of electrical work is exemplary. He is AMAZING and a definite asset to Mr. Sparky. I highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky! This was such a pleasant experience.

I called Mr. Sparky for a myriad of electrical issues at my WPB home, none dangerous but mainly upgrade type work. Steve came out and was very knowledgeable & professional, listened to the task descriptions, investigated existing conditions and recommended fixes. He also suggested a lot of upgrades and alternatives, but he is a good salesman and everything he suggested was in my best interest as a home owner. Nothing he suggested was superfluous, so I dont hold that against him.The next day he returned with Lee to do the work. They did an excellent job and explained to me what they were doing and why. Steve readily pointed out the improved Safety aspects of the work he was completing. I would recommend this Mr. Sparky team to anyone. The company is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and the professionalism, expertise and peace of mind are worth it.

My electrician was very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He fixed the issue I called about and many more that were uncovered during assessment. Your company has a customer for life and I will recommend all my friends to ask for Steve. Some of the issues were serious and I feel he saved my life. I was sitting on a issues that had the potential of really bad consequences had he not found them and fixed them. In addition he was courteous and cleaned up after he finished the work which was a bonus I could not have asked for more.

We recently had an emergency with the circuit breaker for our water heater on a Saturday morning. We called around to several different electrical companies and Mr. Sparky had the best emergency call out rate and had the best response time frame window. They sent over Dakota and from our initial contact at the front door, he met us with a smile on his face and the most pleasant attitude we’ve experienced in a long time. Being it was a weekend callout had no bearing on his positive attitude. He surveyed the problem and immediately knew the cause and recommended a solution. He was very transparent with up front pricing and we agreed on the price. He got our breaker and wiring updated and got us hot water in a very reasonable amount of time. His work was professional, clean and efficient. We will always ask for Dakota when we need another job from Mr Sparky. Thank you!

I was right because it turned out to be an intricate issue. Henderson approached it with a methodical and patient strategy. His commitment to not only identifying but also thoroughly resolving the issue was remarkable. Also he explain things on a way that was easy to understand. My experiences with Mr. Sparky have consistently been positive, but Henderson’s professionalism and skill truly stood out. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sparky for their dependable and proficient service, particularly commending Henderson for his exceptional work. I have a feeling that even when hes not on the job hes just a really stand up guy, it felt very genuine.

The electrician that came to my house was fantastic, highly recommend! The only issue; I was told on the phone the service cost was $89.00. I agreed. The problem I had was the GFI button in the other bathroom needed to be pushed in. Then he asked me to pay $211. I explained the original estimate I received on the phone. He called his office and then changed the price to $89.00 It took all of 30 seconds to find the problem. Other than that a good experience. I would use them again.

A professional came and did a great job of updating the hall bathroom lighting. Lee helped me with the selection of the new lighting fixture and explained what he would do to get the old fixture down and in the rubbish! He was courteous and polite even when my visitors pup decided to howl on the way out of the house on his leash. Not menacing nor aggressive - just taking care of his watch dog business. No teeth and they made friends. Thank you for sending Lee and his expertise! I would have given him 10 stars had it been offered. Have a great day!

All smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night, Mister Sparky answered their phones immediately for emergency service when other companies we called offering emergency service did not. Dakota Holmes arrived first thing the next morning on a Sunday and quickly identified we had an electrical wire issue that was burning with our HVAC system, replaced the wires, and checked all other circuits to ensure there were no additional problems. Dakota was very thorough and professional, we will definitely call Mr. Sparky again when we need electrical service.

This company, and Michael Riccio in particular, was a pleasure to work with - responsive, very professional, knowledgeable, super friendly and courteous. I work from home so if I have no power, I cannot service my clients. Michael spent 12 hours on day one replacing my 50 year old, dangerous panel and restoring my power and was cheerful, and positive every minute. You may pay less hiring an independent electrician but I dont think they can match the efficiency and speed that this companys system provides. If you hire them, I sincerely hope that your experience is as good as mine.

I am exceptionally happy with the service Michael, my technician from MrSparky, performed. He very knowledgeable and he was very good at explaining what he found when he did the trouble shooting. He did not try to up sell me on anything or sell me on things I did not need. He just gave me good no nonsense options which I really appreciated. I have knowledge about electrical systems, however I am not an electrician. But I can say with confidence that Michael is a good electrician and I would happily have him come work on my home again. I will be using Mr. Sparky anytime I need a profession electrical in the future.I am now a repeat customer to Mr Sparky. In June 2022, I had Louis come to install two fans, 2 smart switches, and move a light fixture and replace it with a chandelier, move a switch and move an outlet. Loius was just amazing and I am so happy with the work he did. The electrical work was more involved this time, but I am still very confident it was done right and the the chandelier, smart switches and fans are working beautifully. I have more electrical work planned for the future and I will be calling on Mr. Sparky again because of the great work done by Loius as well as David.

I called Mister Sparky and they had someone at my house within 24 hours to give a quote and the work was completed within 4 days of the initial quote. They quoted us on Friday and Christina started working Tuesday morning. She’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and explains every step of their work so you understand what’s going on. Communication is such an important part of hiring a contractor, and we couldn’t be happier with the work Christina did. We will definitely use Mister Sparky again and will specifically request Christina to perform any electrical work we need in the future.

I felt that they did a good quality job. However my three prong cord from Lowe’s was not up to code. So we checked the prices of the four prong and they were anywhere from $25-$60. Sparky electricians wanted to charge me $187 for a four prong cord. I did not understand the discrepancy other than the fact that the electricians said it included the installation charge. That was a huge huge difference in price.! Oh so they left a pretty bad mess outside on the patio.
