I just recently had to purchase a brand new ac unit and they quick to respond. I have also purchased the maintenance plan with them and have been happy with the service provided.

This is a great company that has been around a long time and treat people right and a reasonable price. My parents upgrade the house and put their HVAC system in ~ 25 years ago and had it maintained and upgrade it along the way. I the son (an engineer) took over the property 5 years ago and the AC system near the water kept falling apart. They worked with me and we took care of each thing one at a time. I am so happy with how things came out. I didnt even need to shop around. I would highly recommend them. Bob (12/29/24).

When my a/c would not stop overflowing the drain pan - flooding the closet, all trouble-shooting failed. I called Ac-Energy. They found that the drain pipe to the outside was broken between the foundation and block wall. Bonnie and Charles worked with me to find a cost effective alternate solution and kept me informed. Ac-Energy was friendly, professional, and thorough. Prices were fair and honest with no up selling. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This ENTIRE company ROCKS!!.. from the office, to the techs, to the owner, they all are top notch honest, caring, polite, prompt with fair pricing. They communicate & return calls, take the time to understand your issue. Ive had the pleasure of speaking with Scott one time, and Dane ( a tech) who communicated with me while I was at work. It was such a relief to not stress, knowing I was in good hands. They were referred to me, & I now recommend them to everyone I know. Good companies with strong work ethnics are hard to come by these days.. Ask about their Health & Energy Saving Maintenance plan, they come 2x a year to clean out lines and check system.. Try them, youll be amazed !

Scott, the owner, was very professional in reviewing our needs and previous A/C systems. The price quoted was fair for the installation of the Lennox equipment. The crew, including Scott, arrived on time and ready to work. Shocking, especially for South Florida. The crew was professional and took great care to ensure that there would be no damage to the house interior. They completed the work in the time as expected. The A/C is working properly and we are very pleased with AC & Electric Energy. I am recommending them to friends and neighbors.I will emphasize that the 2 Carrier systems that we replaced were less than 8 years old and had multiple failures throughout the 8 years.

I interviewed five vendors for a replacement AC. Scott was the only one who recommended improving and relocating the ducts for better performance. I recognized that this firm was interested in providing solutions not just equipment. That is what they did. A good installation crew that really takes pride in getting everything right. Not the lowest cost but in my opinion the best value. I will be using them for any AC and electric work that needs to be done.
