    We used R Plumbing Inc for our new construction home. Ryan and the crew were great to work with through out the entire process. They use quality materials and parts, and showed great uniformity as a team with their workmanship. We recently had R Plumbing come back to install a garage heater for us, and it was another job well done. Great team of plumbers who take pride in their work!

    I was doing some work in my only bathroom and found a pipe that had the threads stripped out. I called R Plumbing and they made time the next day for me. I received a text from the plumber and map to show me when he was arriving. When he arrived he used boot covers as a courtesy. Before the plumber Mitch Behm started work he went over repairs needed and the pricing. Mitch assessed the issue and went right to work. He let me watch and we had some good conversation. When he was done he double checked his work and tested for leaks. Wow what a nice guy and a really good trouble shooter. I will call R Plumbing with my future plumbing work. PS I leave a spot open in my driveway for any technicians that come to the house. It makes their tools that much closer and the tech safer as it keeps them from having to cross the busy street multiple times.

    This is the second time using R Plumbing. First was during a kitchen remodel and now today we had to have a new hot water heater replaced.     Fast response and quality service! Our water heater was old and leaking, the day I called they came to assess and provide an estimate. The very next day they came to replace it. Brian was professional and skilled, making important recommendations for vent pipes in our older home. Very glad we called them and definitely will for future needs!

    Brian was on time and very professional through the entire visit. He took his time to explain everything he was doing why he was doing it and even gave me future maintenance. He went out of his way to do extra work by picking up a toilet and having it installed. Which was not part of the initial request, but when it was brought up that we might need to take the toilet off to do the rooting, I asked if it was a possibility to just put a new toilet on.

    Update 7/29/24: We hired R Plumbing to do the plumbing for our kitchen remodel. They moved the water lines, drain, and repositioned the vent stack. They did a great job and we will continue to recommend them.Review from 2019: We hired R Plumbing LLC to take out our old cast iron bathtub and install a fiberglass shower. This required Ryan and his crew to reposition and center the drain in our cement floor. They did an exceptional job with the demo/install and were very professional. They met all of our expectations and did quality work. The price they quoted us was the amount they charged us. We would highly recommend R Plumbing.

    I was able to get my garbage disposal replaced the very same day I called. I was shown all the price-point packages offered, with no pressure to purchase above my needs. The new disposal was installed quickly and professionally. He even gave me some dos and donts of proper care for maintenance to help my disposal last longer. I highly recommend R Plumbing.

    Our whole experience with R Plumbing was awesome! They had Brian come out the same day I called to assess our water pressure and valve issue with our bathtub/shower, offered us both fix and replacement options that were reasonably priced, and he explained everything very well. We called next day to schedule an appointment and they had Brian back to us in less than a week (because of what worked with our schedule, they could have had us in sooner). The job ended up being a little more intense than what was originally thought since we have such an old house, but Brian got it done and no hidden fees were added, he even raised our shower head last minute for us! All and all, would definitely use them again and recommend their services to everyone!

    We had a leaking galvanized pipe in our home. RPlumbing made the repair with all stainless steel pipe pipe and connections, so a permanent fix. Full price was given ahead of time. Clean, Fast and efficient. I definitely would recommend them and use them again.

    THESE GUYS ARE MORE THAN WORTH IT!!! I called, they came out and were ON TIME! (for someone who is taking off work so i can get this problem resolved, being on time is very important) They came in diagnosed my problem and even gave me options on some upfront prices. They gave me opportunity to choose if I wanted to just put a bandaid fix the problem at hand, or pick different packages that eliminated some future concerns I had. I went with the platinum option because of the warranty and concern I had down the road with my pipes. They were clean and easy to work with, GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommend if your not just looking for just the same old plumber these guys are knowlageable and know how to relay information so that I could understand what they were doing and why.

    We added a bathroom in our basement. The process was creative and collaborative as we created it out of a small space and used a recycled copper sink.     Can I give a hundred stars? I honestly feel bad for what this man had to go through. Was the mother of all clogs in the main sewer line. He would absolutely not give up. Even came in the next day with a bigger badder machine and got that thing moving. Cannot put my appreciation into words. Absolutely recommend.Update. Just used them today for a third time.     My only shower/tub in the house wasnt draining properly. I tried the usual, liquid clog remover, plunging. No luck, then when I ran the bathroom faucet, the water was backing up in the tub. I figured a professional is needed. Called a previously used plumber but they were not getting back to me. Panicing a little, I saw Ryans ad; his reviews were good and still open. Gave him a call, best decision I made. He answered , said he could be there after the job he was on. In no time he had the clog out. In the process, we found another problem, he addressed it said he can just fix it right away and did. He was honest, polite and did an amazing job.     I called late afternoon about my water heater going out. Speaking with Ryan over the phone, it seemed as if I was possibly going to need a new water heater. The technicians, Brian and Brian, brought a new one with them the following morning, and upon inspection it was determined that I could get by with a repair and get about another 10 years of out of my currently installed ones. I was thoroughly impressed with their experience, knowledge, and their honesty. Not to mention, they answered and gave advice on a few other plumbing questions that I had. I would 1,000% recommend!

    Ryans team did a great job with a shower cartridge that wasnt balancing hot and cold water. I called Ryan and he was able to get a truck to my property quickly and same day to diagnose the problem. The cartridge is older so local availability was limited but Ryans team found the cartridge the same day as the diagnosis AND came the next day to replace the cartridge. Cant ask or anything else out of a plumber - quick response times, professional, and reasonable/competitive rates. I do recommend Ryans team for your plumbing install/repair needs

    They did everything they said they would do and their attention to detail was excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future. They installed all the plumbing in an 8000sqft shop.
