We could not recommend Sean enough. My husband called him New Years Day night when we noticed we did not have hot water and there was an error code on our hot water heater. We received an answer right away that he would be at our house at some point the next day. Later that night we then lost heat , we let him know and immediately he answered and said he would be there the following morning. With a two year old and a 4 month old this was such a relief in the winter. Sean was at our house the following morning and was able to repair it that same day and was so thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done. He had us back up and running within the same day and our whole system is even working more efficiently now. He even followed up later in the day to make sure we were warm and everything was running smoothly.

Jerry and Sean are true professionals. They did two jobs for me. The first was a complete heating system and all the plumbing associated with a full bath and kitchen in a pool house. Their workmanship was excellent. The second was an outdoor kitchen. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had to call Sean at L&P in an emergency situation. We had a blockage in our kitchen sink drain. He said he would try to get to me that day. A couple hours later he called me back and said someone would be there shortly. Derek showed up and fixed the problem. He explained to me my kitchen drain pipe was too small and entered the main drain via a 90 degree joint, which probably contributed to the blockage and probably needed to be upgraded to a larger size and a y-joint. We were talking about installing a new gas line for our gas stove top. About an hour later I got a call back and Derek was going to come back that day to install the gas line. In one day, L&P cleared a blockage and installed a new gas line so we could use our gas stovetop.A couple days later I had water in my garage bathroom and around the washing machine. I called Sean and he sent Derek over to investigate. He couldn’t find a reason why there was a leak. Sean showed up and after some investigation they determined the washer, sink, and toilet are one sewage line which may have caused the leak and probably needed to be changed. Derek snaked out the washing machine drain as Sean and I were talking about the kitchen drain and the washer drain and the options to fix the problems. Sean did not charge me for that visit and I have not had a leak since.L&P Plumbing is going to be my go to plumbing service. Sean and Derek were both knowledgeable and explained the issues and fixes. L&P rates were reasonable and the work was exceptional. If you are in need of plumbing services call L&P you will not be disappointed.Tony ScottiWaterbury, CT

We were first introduced to Sean and Jerry when we had our basement finished in 2019. We have always been pleased with the work they do, and we have had them do so much for us. They have worked on our well: well tank replacement, well pump replacement (which required troubleshooting the electrical set up as well), water treatment tank replacement, installed a whole home carbon filter tank, and fixed the poorly constructed well tanks set up from the previous homeowner. In addition to plumbing for our new full bathroom in the basement, they have installed new faucets in our laundry room, kitchen, and main shower, and replaced a broken exterior faucet. They have cleared a drain for us, fixed the water pipe going to the dishwasher, and replaced the drain pipes under our kitchen sink. They also just installed a new kitchen sink for us. The quality of their work, professionalism, and knowledge is well worth it. We had the misfortune of calling one of those big companies when we first relocated up here, and were dreading ever having to deal with any plumbing or well issues in the future based on that experience. Now anytime something pops up that needs to be fixed, we are relieved to be able to reach out to Sean and Jerry because we know they will do a great job, for a fair price, and in a timely manner. You truly cannot go wrong with them.

Jerry and his crew have done work for us over the last couple of years. 1st, they installed a full bath in our basement with all that comes with that. Recently, they came out and replaced a cartridge in our Moen Mixer valve in our Master Shower to stop the leaking.Jerry and his crew are responsive, knowledgeable and personable. I have recommended them to my daughter who is in the process of doing a large renovation to her kitchen.

While here, they had time to advise us re a toilet that was not working well and they had it in stock, good brand, comfort height and slow-close lid. Installed same time as kitchen faucet and very reasonable price. We had Derrick and Sean, Sean quoted us on another job we wanted done which will be accomplished this week. Wow. Great job. We had L&P plumbers here x2 this past week. The first time we needed a pipe repaired to hook up my new washing machine...Joe came and did a beautiful job. Then, 2 days later our hot water heater went! My husband called Sean one of the owners and he was here within 15 minutes! Talk about prompt!!! I learned to importance of having a good plumber when I had a leak in 2013, It was a disaster. I had to redo my entire house. Jerry was brought in to do all the plumbing, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, installed a new water spout coming into the house. and a spout for my garden. It works beautifully and is dry as a bone. Yesterday I had an issue with a sump pump, the only person I would trust was Jerry. He came immediately. The location of it is under the house and so he had to get under the crawl space remove the old one, install a new one and test it. Never a complaint. My only hesitation, in giving a great recommendation is that when other see how good the work is, he wont have time to help me out when I need him!!!
