This lovely company is THE company I would do business with in the future. Theyre honest, local, and prompt in their communication and services. I would fully entrust this company to service any of my plumbing, heating and AC needs. If youre sick of speaking to robot directories and want to support local business, support these guys. You wont be disappointed. If they cant fix it, theyll know exactly who to call who can. I would rate this 10 stars if I could. A great experience.

I called PSG Plumbing Heating and AC for a plumbing issue at my home. Pat called me back that evening and after discussing the the issue, it turned out to be a simple issue that I could take care of. Pat is great, he possesses what we call customer service, a lost art here in the North Country for businesses. I have to admit Pat wasn’t the first plumber I called, but he was the first one to call me back, and to me that makes a difference. I highly recommend PSG, give Pat a call, or send them a text, they’ll get back to you!

After another heating/plumbing service left me hanging Pat got out to look at my leaky boiler very quickly. He explained the fix to me and made sure he had all the parts to fix it just a few days later. Pat and Lin both provided excellent communication from the initial consultation through to final billing. I am already recommending them to friends and coworkers. I will definitely be using PSG in the future.

Pat was very personable and super helpful with my AC repair. He was very informative and told me what to look out for in the future which I personally greatly appreciated, and he got my AC going really quickly. It was a great experience all around and will definitely be sticking with this business in the future.

Pat and his wife, Lin, are awesome. He always answers my phone calls and has dropped everything to come to my house when my basement flooded. He showed up at 7 am on a Saturday and replaced my sump pump in under an hour and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to do it. I highly recommend PSG to anyone with plumbing, heating, or AC needs.

I have had PSG Plumbing and Heating as my heating/plumbing Contractor for about 15 years....may be longer! As stated above Pat has done many things in my homes.....and he comes back if there is an issue...there have been times when Pat leaves the house, and then calls because he just thought of something you may need to know! If there is a simple solution to your issue, Pat will try to walk you through it, always with your time, and pocket book in mind. If you are a customer, you are cared for and it is sincere. Pat takes great pride in his work, he loves people, and if there is an issue that baffles him, he WILL find the answer!I can not recommend PSG enough.....Give A Call....you will be glad you did!!!unfortunately, i have to amend this review, as this company, that I thought was so great, turned out to be one that I would no longer recommend ……… i was a very poor judge on this one….. I would not, in good conscience, be able to recommend this company…… live and learn.

Great service. Pat was able to help me out with an issue over the phone (on the weekend) and then came out first thing Monday morning for a proper fix. No other plumbers even called me back!

Outstanding service. Yes you might have to wait just a little longer for the visit but it is well worth the wait. The wait is not being critical just being honest. I have never had a problem waiting for quality. Please if you read this do not take the waiting as derogatory, my appointment was during the busy season. Will not hesitate to get my appointment for summer to ensure the AC is ready to go. There is no better business in Watertown. Pat will not leave until you are fixed and operational not like some other companies.

Been dealing with Pat for many years at the hotel I work at. Hes great at explaining things to you and has even taught me how to do a bunch of things. Ive had other companies try to say something is completely shot and needs to be replaced and Pat shows up replaces a few parts and problem fixed! Recommended him to my Mom at one point and he showed right up did a great job and didnt cost her a ton of money.
