    Cesareo not only took my call regarding our failed water heater after hours (and got me in first thing the next morning) but also proceeded to provide helpful advice via text throughout the evening to make sure I was taken care of prior to our appointment. Providing great service before any transaction takes place shows the kind of operation Brisc runs. The great service continued the next day with Matts team, who did a great job installing a new water heater. I am extremely happy with the service from Brisc and while I hope I dont need them anytime soon, theyll be my first choice if I do.

    Brisc Plumbing did an awesome job at replacing my bathtub with a walk in shower and also replaced my toilet. This company was great. They were quick at coming out to give me an estimate. They fit me in right away. They did a great job at installing and cleaned up after. I will definitely have them do my plumbing work. I highly recommend. Great Company!!

    If you are looking for a quality plumbing company with attention to detail and are customer focused, you NEED to call Brisc. We had them do the rough in on our new construction and every one of the guys was amazing. They were in constant communication with me and did the very specific things I was looking to have done (running the Pex on the manifold the way I wanted it). The owner Cesario is super friendly and communicated with me when needed. Alex the foreman was outstanding, he would call with any questions or concerns and we would work out the best solution and then they would execute it flawlessly. Cody, Nao and Robert did a majority of the work and they too are phenomenal, the communication, the quality of work and their attention to detail is very much appreciated. These guys will take care of you and you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys we appreciate everyone of you.

    Fast and friendly.They installed the main from the road to the house and a sump pit. When connecting in with the existing line for the house, they found that was rotted out on the bottom too. They pulled from other jobs and focused on getting hooked back up. Almost the whole team was here working and they worked together like family.     Had my sump pump go out in the early morning. I called Brisc and they were able to have someone there early afternoon to get it replaced. Very happy with the prompt service they offer. Will definitely be using them again if other plumbing issues arise.

    I had a basement sanitary pump go out. Matt from Brisk did an amazing job replacing it. (It was a disgusting task). He was very good at what he did.I also had Jonah from Brisk replace my water heater. He was awesome at giving me all my options and helping me decide the best one for me.

    My grinder pump failed. I called several plumbers on a Saturday night. They were the only plumbers that would come out to investigate at 9 PM on a Saturday night. They made me a priority and got the new pump installed by Tuesday morning. The cost was higher than expected.

    Service was quick once they were able to get a hold of me for approval since I am the landlord. They were able to come the next day. But I feel like I got robbed. The initial diagnosis only took 20 minutes but when they came to install it cost us $300 to replace a shower cartridge and a $75 dollar service fee. Are all plumbers like this???

    This is a wonderful company to work with. I called this morning and explained what was wrong (a leaning and wobbly toilet) and before I knew it was assessed and then fixed by the late afternoon. Benjamin and Curtis fixed the floor and put the toilet back in. They even fixed a sticky handle! They are professional, friendly and worked quickly. They know what they are doing and do it well. I will be using them for any future needs from fixes to any remodeling. Thanks guys great experience and you did an awesome job!

    Had a super amazing experience with Curtis and his partner. They came to do a water hookup on a difficult job, they had to go into the crawl space under my older home, and were great sports. A lot of companies said they just didn’t want to do it but these guys took it on. Very happy with how professional and personable they were during the entire process.     Had a late night plumbing emergency, so I started calling through Google listings. Brisc was my 3rd phone call but the only one who answered.I am impressed with their acceptance of technology. I received an automated email and text message with an ETA. Once the plumber was assigned to the job I received another automated text with his name and photograph of who I was expecting. This should be the new standard.They got someone out in a reasonable amount of time and resolved the problem. I had very little interaction with the plumber due to our landlord being on site, so I have no feedback there.The next time I need a plumber I will call Brisc first, based on their responsiveness and communication alone.     This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. On July 3rd I called because I didn’t have any hot water and thought the pilot needed to be lit. As it turns out the water heater needed to be replaced due to a malfunction. Matthew was here from 1:30-5:30 trouble shooting and then replacing the unit. Alex also was here several times bringing equipment and the new heater. Since it was a holiday weekend I thought I’d have to wait until Monday to get the replacement done. I am so thankful they completed it and made sure everything was working properly. They are my go to company for any more plumbing issues.

    BRISC plumbing was recommended to me by my sister, after I had an issue with my water softener leaking resin beads into my pipes.     BRISC has been out to our house a couple times now. First for an emergency shower valve replacement on a Saturday night, then a water heater replacement and most recently a failed sump pump that flooded our basement. The pricing is more than reasonable just based alone off of their reliability, promptness and friendliness. I have never been disappointed with the work they have done in our house. They are always honest in the work they do and return phone calls/texts almost immediately. It is super reassuring to have a reliable plumber on call at all times. As we continue to chip away at our old fixer upper, the guys at BRISC are never judgmental and always helpful with all our questions and concerns.     We called Brisc for the emergency replacement of a hot water heater in a rental unit. They had someone on-site within 20 minutes.     We had Brisc do the plumbing to add an additional bathroom to the second level of our home. The guys had to come out on 4 - 5 different days and always arrived on time. They produced excellent work and were very professional. Brisc was flexible with scheduling, as I was doing the work myself and the progress was probably much slower than using a contractor. Cesareo was responsive and scheduled the plumbing work as needed. Cody and Curtis both worked on our project, were very professional, and did an excellent job.     Had an issue with a shower we couldn’t figure out. Called them at 6 am. They were here quickly once I was available to be home. Unfortunately the issue was something deeper.     I truly cannot say enough positive things about Brisc Plumbing and the excellent job they did for me on several projects. We had lost power and our basement flooded because our sump pump did not work. I called and the same day they came out and replaced the sump pump with a battery backup so I won’t have to worry about flooding if we lose power. I had flooring put in and Cesareo came right over and removed my sink and toilet and then came back and reinstalled them. He also came right over when I had a leak from my washing machine water valve. They are all so patient, professional, and do excellent work. Cesareo responded right away and he or someone from his team was always on time. The price was right and the service was amazing!     Quick response to initial call for service (water softner installation) but follow up did not go well. Had a two separate leaks after installation and called them about it, said theyd have someone out that day to look at it. Never showed and an entire week went by. I had to call again and they were able to come the next day. Communication is excellent via phone and text.Randomly chose Brisc..may try somewhere else next time or give them another shot. We werent completely satisfied or displeased.

    Not just prompt, but earlier than the estimated arrival time. Were able to help fix a leak on our water main in our house same day.     I called to schedule an appointment and after I told him how urgent this was to me mentally. He put me on hold and to ease my anxiety he came out 2 hours later and fixed my issue that has been bothering me for months. I wish I knew how efficient it would have been because I would have gotten it done a lot sooner but either was I am extremely happy with his work, professionalism, care that he took on my home and even the clean up he did after his services. I would definitely recommend and because of his professionalism I am using their company for my remodel of my smaller bathroom and the new bathroom for my upcoming basement.

    We hired Brisc plumbing to help with our basement remodel. They helped us install an entire full bath from scratch. Cesario and his crew were always very responsive and extremely professional.     Cesareo and his team replaced a bathtub for us. He helped me to make sure the bathtub and fixture I order were correct and compatible with each other. He quickly responded to all phone calls, texts and emails. Even we had to reschedule, Cesareo made sure to get a team in to install the bathtub as soon as possible, as we only have one main bathroom. Our condo building is old and there is not a lot of space between first and seconds floor units, and the installation guys did a great job of adapting the new bathtub to the old and cramped piping.     Cesareo and his team were great to work with! I had never needed a plumber before but I was not comfortable adding gas lines to a house that never had them. Cesareo came out and built a game plan for everything I wanted in the install. On the install day the gas company showed up to install the meter too!
