Open lines of communication, infinite design possibilities, expert craftsmanship, reputable subcontractors, and just an all around great crew to work with are a few of the reasons why I would recommend A D Montie Contracting to everyone (and I do). Adam and his team built a 3,000+ sq ft house for us and the experience was so enjoyable for both me and my husband. Adam, his team, and all the subcontractors truly brought our dream to life. They worked with us to design very specific items in the home, like a full floor-to-ceiling stone tiled walk-in shower and a custom stone wood-burning fireplace that utilized a piece of a generational family barn beam as its mantle. As always during any construction project, there are things that need addressed or changed along the way. Anytime I had a question or concern Adam or Joel (one of Adam’s crew members and another all-around great guy to work with) were just a text or phone call away. They were responsive, took any concerns seriously, and everything was addressed in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about the communication during this project, it was above and beyond. Throughout the entire project, Adam reiterated that his number one priority was giving us what we want, making us happy, and just building us a really good house, all of which he accomplished without a doubt. You could tell he genuinely cared and if it was important to us, it was important to him. This kind of attention to detail from the owner is just something you will not find going with a bigger company. I could go on and on about how little things that were done for our house were above and beyond, like how the subcontractors never set their nail gun on the wood floor while laying it but instead would place it on a scrap piece of flooring, or how Adam had PPG mix a special stain for the mantle to match our cabinets, or there is absolutely zero lippage on my tile floors. I am so happy I chose A D Montie contracting to build our forever home. It was the best choice I could’ve made. At the end of the day, after an entire home build, if you can sit down with your contractor, have a drink, a laugh, and a positive reflection on the entire project, you know you did it right. Thank you Adam, Joel, Joe, and Chris for making this so enjoyable and for giving my family the best possible home. I cannot wait to make memories here.
