This is my new favorite store. I visited for the first time today and I was amazed by the selection of products they have. Any storage container or organizing tool you could think of, they probably have. They also have very nice office supplies and non-plastic containers, such as wood or glass. The staff were very helpful and kind. I cant wait to come back here the next time I need help organizing my home.

This is one of the friendliest places in town to shop -- especially for a big box store. Most places, Im content to order online. But this Container Store is nearby, the staff is helpful and engaged, and I find my shopping experience unfailingly pleasant.

The staff was helpful and the early selection of holiday wrapping paper was terrific. My main complaint about this store (the chain, not this branch) is with their POP program. This is supposed to be a customer loyalty benefit, but I NEVER seem to get any rewards with it. Meanwhile they continue to collect my buying history. Seems like a real one-sided relationship to me.

Hello - I recently made a purchase at Ashley Furniture in Falls Church. I usually do not write reviews unless I’m blown away at the customer service and overall experience. Walking into Ashley Furniture I was met by Sarah, a very knowledgeable interior designer who was eager to help but not at all pushy. She assisted in showing me exactly what I was looking for as well as other options. The best part is that she wasn’t looking to just make a sale, you could tell she really took pride in making her recommendations and the needs of the customer work. I loved that! I was impressed by the entire staff including the head manager Roy Ghousheh. It was clear he enjoyed his job, and helped cultivated the positive vibe. I ended up purchasing a sofa sleeper and an area rug that I am very very pleased with. And Milad the sales manager even helped load the rug in my car. Ashley Furniture certainly goes the extra mile! 👍👍👍👍👍

Sebastian who works in the shelving solutions area is incredible. We are taking some of our pieces from our friends place and adding them to ours and he did everything extremely quickly. Smart, efficient, and a nice dude too. Work with him if you can!

I like this store. They were out of stock on some small glass jars I wanted, but I found beautiful gift wrap and a super neat gift wrap cutter that I have already used and I wonder why I have not had this thing for years!!

Always love a Container Store no matter the location. This one is a very good size and has a helpful staff. Parking was validated. Entrance to garage may be a bit tricky to find as it is around the corner from the main entrance.

Huge array of home organization items. Theres always something you can use. Things like a boot tray, or unusual wall hooks, or kitchen ware. Convenient underground parking and they stamp for 2 hours. Love it!

For boxes, bins and shelving, this surpasses the limited choices at Target or the cheesy ones at Walwart. For instance, the wire stainless shelf units used in restaurants, Metro, is the real version here, not at the others. And they sell component poles, shelves, attachments, wheels to customize. Theres another one out Rockville Pike.

We ordered a dining room table, a coffee table and a side table for the living room. They were so patient with us having to decide what we wanted and all of our questions. The delivery was timely and no charge, even though we live on Long Island. One chair was damaged, but they replaced it right away. From now on this is the only store well be shopping in.

So much fun!The store clerk worked with two people to find a product that was not in the store! thank you!(I forgot to write down your name.)Ive been having trouble with storage since I came here, but IKEA is far from my house, so I was looking for something nearby and found it ^ ^Nitori without large furniture? We sell storage, simple accessories, miscellaneous goods, stationery, and cooking utensils for the entryway, kitchen, bath, and living room.I was happy to see that my favorite series from Japan, such as Yamazaki Jitsugyos Tower and Tosca, were being sold cheaper than in Japan!This time, I purchased several items, including a trash can, a case like a 100-yen basket for storage in the kitchen, a sitable toy case, a pen holder, a document case, thumbtacks, and a stainless steel basket.I am a person who loves home improvement stores even in Japan, so I had a lot of fun going to this store.You can buy groceries at Whole Foods right in front of the house, you can go to the library, and the Mexican restaurant across the street is delicious, so Ill definitely come back.By the way, items that are not in stock at the store can be ordered with advance payment.
