We hired Pires Construction to do a light commercial construction rehab of our dining facility. This company did a fantastic job. They were always on time, very professional and completed this project ahead of schedule. We will use this company for any future projects we might have. Definately 5 stars from me.

We hired Pires Construction to replace our sliding glass doors with new sliders. The old doors were in such bad shape they were rotting the structure underneath. He replaced the wood underneath waterproofed and sealed then installed the new sliders in a professional, timely manner and very responsibly priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I first put our trust and money into hiring Sy to do a major renovation on our 3 season porch which he basically converted into an extra room with function for our house.My wife and I about a year later wanted to do another renovation much bigger and far more tedious than the first, we employed Sy’s services again to take down 4 walls (2 load bearing) and join our living room to our kitchen.Everyone who comes over our house now are completely amazed by the transformation from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. I had multiple contractors tell me what they were going to do with a difficult project at my house. Sy was the only one who listened to what I wanted built. Not only that, he worked with me to improve the design and treated every step of the process as if he was working on his own home. I would hire Sy again, and did for a follow on project.
