We had a new deck built. The septic tank proved to be a problem with the original design. Lucas made a revision with the design and we ended up with a better layout then originally planned. The people Lucas had working for him were professional and sociable. You can count on Lucas. What he says is what he will do. He wants you to be excited with the outcome. The deck is better than we had hoped for. Lucas made sure that we were thrilled with the finished product by checking in with us as the building commenced. I would certainly recommend Lucas if you are looking for a building contractor.

Lucas was great. He came out and gave us an estimate, list and budget . His subcontractors are very good at what they do and very kind and courteous to our home. Lucas has an eye for details and definitely knows what he is doing. We had our shower remodeled and it looks beautiful. He came in under budget, would highly recommend Lucas and would use him again. Very glad we found him. Very high quality job. ❤️

We were Lucass first new build. It was a tear down and rebuild in a flood zone. He had to deal with all the issues and permits involved with being in a flood zone. He came up to speed rapidly. I was not at the site very often. He sent pics and texts almost every day. He would listen to what I wanted and then provide me with a couple different choices. I was able to trust him to do that. He gave me a detailed contract to start. And kept me advised of any revisions that needed to be made and why. We were very pleased with the end product.

Lucas was great and highly responsive. His attention to detail was superb and we were impressed with his ability to keep subcontractors on time and on schedule. I would highly recommend Lucas. Our kitchen remodel was fantastic. He finished on time, high quality, and on budget.

High Ridge Homes and Renovations exceeded expectations at every turn. They provided high quality and esthetically pleasing solutions to construction problems, and did many extra things as well. A tiled shower instead of fiberglass, under-the-counter kitchen lights, and beautiful sliding door hardware were among them.
