    Five stars all the way! Summers was able to get a tech out within an hour of my call! The plumber, Gage, was friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to solution our broken pipe situation quickly. His work was impeccable, the prices fair, and honestly felt like I had invited family in to share their expertise. I was so pleased that we signed up for membership and will be using summers for our plumbing and HVAC needs!

    I called Summers and spoke to Nicole she was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. I then had Gaga show up to install a new water heater. He took the time and even stayed after hours to help install to make sure my family had hot water after three days of no hot water. I love summers and use their services on all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs.

    Second time Ive had service from Summers. Both times they were friendly, upfront with pricing, explained what they were going to do and exactly what they did after the work is finished. The yearly membership essentially pays for itself if you have service done and it gives you peace of mind / preventative maintenance on AC, furnace and plumbing.If you get Gage for plumbing needs, he is very friendly and a very good whistler!

    I just had the VERY BEST experience!! It started with a cheery Nicole answering my phone call. She was so very kind and found a technician to send out today.Patrick our technician was courteous, knowledgeable and quite thorough. He had to venture in our crawl space and took pictures and even video so I would be aware of what issues we were dealing with. He was able to fix our problem quickly and cleanly. Would recommend them highly to anyone!!!

    Technicians (Patrick and Adam) are very professional and personable. All of my plumbing issues were given priority and fixed in a timely manner. Technician Joshua went over and above the call of duty. He not only worked in my narrow crawl space to fix my pipes, he also did a small repair job to my front door screen on his way out.

    Matt came out and quoted us a new furnace and ac after doing a safety inspection because we were having issues. He quoted us a new system, communicated with us during the process, and even texted me consumer rebates afterwards which I’m about to file for. I can’t say enough about our experience with Matt.A few days later, Chris and Eric arrive for the installation. They were with us most of the day as I and my wife were working from home while our young niece was visiting us. Not only were they professional and kind but they were outright gracious to our niece as she’s at that day everything you think stage in life.This isn’t the first time we’ve called in Summers and it won’t be the last. They’ve even supported our pool heater several visits ago when the company that installed it, also in Warsaw, basically told me they only support it to a point. When they helped us with that it wasn’t even the point of the visit, they just always lean in no matter what the ask is.As a result, I always call Summers.Oh, I can’t say enough good things about the office staff. They’re so kind. I have a very hectic schedule and they’ve even texted me to arrange things because, if it has to be a phone call, sometimes it’ll be days before I can call during business hours.

Their diagnostic charge is $99 which I feel is very reasonable.     The company was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was a huge relief for me because it allowed me to be able to meet the plumber, Josh, on my lunch break and show him where everything was. Josh immediately gave me a quote and explanation of the charges and work he expected to complete before starting any work. He then performed the work very quickly, and was able to make it even a bit cheaper than he quoted. He also gave a 30 day guarantee on his work. Very professional. Very efficient. Very dependable.     My kitchen sink starting back up on Thursday. Summers was quick to call me after I submitted inquiry online. Although they usually do same day service, they were running a little behind so they could not come out until Monday. Despite this, Emily in the main office kept constant communication, was empathetic and checked into let me know when Patrick was on his way.Day of, Patrick was kind, educated me on the sink clog, and even made sure his feet were covered before entering! Patrick went the extra mile trying several different solutions before clearing my kitchen sink. However, not confident he was able to fully clear the clog given their tool they had - he did wave the fee for the service. Although this may not sound like a good thing, this made a Summers customer for life as it shows their commitment to getting the job done and putting the customer first. I will be calling them for any HVAC needs as well from now on.I will say if you have REALLY tight corners in your pipes with multiple 90 degree angles like my sink (dont get me started on this design..), they dont have the tools to solve this the way some others might, so keep that in mind. But they will do their darndest to give it their all before recommending you to someone else.Cam

Summers was able to come out, assess the situation, and get me set up with a new water heater tailored to my needs, at a fairly reasonable price. On time (early actually) and efficient work. The warranty was a nice bonus! Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.

    Sam and Dustin were awesome! Very professional, and more than willing to explain what they were doing when they checked my central air unit. No pressure to buy a new unit. After reading a whole lot of horror stories about HVAC repair companies, I expected the worst. I was definitely smiling when they left. Only thing is, and it is partially my fault. We got to talking and we forgot to check to see why my furnace blower comes on at times when the unit is off. But again, partially my fault. Hoping to see if they can stop out real quick next time they are in the area. Highly recommended!
