    Great experience! Nick got to us quickly, assessed the problem correctly, gave an accurate estimate, and took care of the problem. They replaced my well pump in an hour or so and got water back on in my house! Very satisfied. Great guys! Easy to work with. I have also been around them with my company and seen them working with other homeowners. I have always been impressed by them. Thats why I had them work on my own home. Highly recommend

    On Saturday of Labor Day weekend, my son-in-law discovered there was absolutely no water pressure in our house while the rest of us were at the lake. Not having much need for a plumber over the years I called two different plumbers that advertised 24 hour emergency service. I got voice mail boxes and neither one ever called back. So I decided to call Phillips Plumbing Service based on reviews on the website. Nick Phillips actually answered his phone. I told him the issue and he said he could come out that day and said he would call me back in 15 minutes with a time. He did just that and said it might be 2-3 hours before he could be there and would call me back and let me know. He called back in about 45 minutes and said he was 30 minutes out. He and his partner arrived and took care of it all. He had to go back out twice to get the right parts. Come to find out that he was with friends at the Blueberry Festival and left to take care of us. Finished quickly and the work was top shelf. So I highly recommend them if you need a plumber for any reason.

    Nick was very professional and reliable. He was able to come over and look at the issue. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner. He was very courteous. It was nice to actually know what the issue was and how much it would cost prior to doing the work. I will definitely recommend Phillips Plumbing and use him again!

    We found Phillips Plumbing Service to be very well to work with. We told them what we wanted to be done the came immediately and gave us an estimate and explained how they would have to do the work then left telling us when we were ready to give them a call. Three weeks later we called and told them we were ready(which was yesterday). They told us they would do it today and gave us a time. They came on time, did their work and finished in a very timely matter.We would highly recommend them. Very professional and not a lot of bullshitting around.

    Phillips Plumbing did excellent work.Upon discovering a leak in one of the pipes in our basement I called Nick and he was able to be to our house in 30 minutes!He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

    Nick was very responsive, efficient and polite. He came out faster than I ever imagined I would get a plumber out to my house after my initial request. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and completed the work all in the same day. I was pleasantly surprised, since the evaluation and the work had to be carried out in a very low, dirt crawl space. I would recommend him and use him again.

    I’m very pleased with the service provided by Phillips! Nick was very friendly both on the phone and in person. The job was done timely and the price was fair.     Walked in to a flooded basement yesterday and called several plumbers. The only one I could get a hold of was a week out. Nick called me back promptly and they came out the next morning to assess. They made two trips to get the replacement well tank and water heater and installed both very quickly and well.     So happy we called Phillips when our bathtub drain slowed and then stopped draining. We are new homeowners and it was awesome to have Nick call us within 5 minutes of us sending in a contact form on their website. Was able to come over on Monday morning (we called on Saturday), was professional, friendly, and took care of the problem. Recommended some steps we can take to keep it from happening in the future. We hope we dont have any other plumbing issues but if we ever do well be calling Phillips for sure!

    On the last day of February 2017, and at the worst possible time, our water heater went out and there was no fixing it. Right away I called Nick at Phillips Plumbing Service and he showed up that next morning and gave me an estimate, told me what he could do and I knew it would be good. In a matter of just a few hours he had everything together, pulled my old water heater and replaced it perfectly. To say that he did a professional job would be an understatement. His work is flawless. Not only would I recommend him with enthusiasm, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else if I were to need to. Yes, he is that good!

    My husband and I are beyond pleased with the very quick service that Nick and his uncle provided us on such short notice. It was not technically an emergency situation yet they made a point to squeeze us into their schedule. WE are SO GRATEFUL!!     Had a leaking pipe from water pressure tank and water was all over our floor. Called Phillips Plumbing service and they came out within an hour. Ended up replacing the water pressure tank and pipes in a short amount of time! Hopefully we dont have any plumbing issues soon, but if and when we do, we will be calling Phillips! Great experience!     I just love how I first I used them a couple years ago for our kitchen sink. They came right away and fixed the problem and were gone on 15 minutes. We havent had a problem with that since. Today my cold water pipe for my washer came apart from the shut off valve spewing water EVERYWHERE in the wall. After shutting off our pump We called Phillips Plumbing and they were hear in under an hour and were here for about a half hour and it was all taken care off. Speedy and efficient and fixed!!!!     What I needed done was to have my ice maker line ran from hard water to soft water & to have the cold water line in the kitchen connected from hard water to soft water.Seems like they knew what they were doing.I also had a pipe that has leaked for many years. It always seems to be fixed, but will cause issues again & again. He knew exactly what the issue was & fixed the leak. He did not charge me extra, as he could have. I would have no problem in recommending them to others or having them back to do a repair.

    Ok, 1:30 in the morning, on a Saturday, and just getting off work. Went to the basement to get something and there was a large area of water on the carpeting. Not being originally from this area, I had NO clue who to call at this time of morning, and I knew this leaky pipe was that I found was not going to make it much longer. Looking in phone book and on line, I found 3 companies who claim to work 24/7. I called the first one I found and got an answering service that said they were with a customer and would call back shortly. I waited for a bit then called the 2nd company and got a similar message. I left messages with both companies. I waited a bit then hesitantly called the 3rd company, Phillips Plumbing. It was now 3:00 in the morning. Nick called back right away and was very kind. I told him I was afraid this pipe would rupture very soon and he asked me what I wanted to do as it was after hours. He agreed to come out and fix the pipe and asked that I text him a picture of the pipe so he could make sure he brought the right parts. He came over right away, looked at the problem, quoted me a fair price for an after hours emergency call, to which I agreed to. He fixed the problem promptly and was very courteous, answered the questions I had (questions of an inexperienced woman looking at a bunch of pipe stuff she didnt understand!) and cleaned up what little mess there was.Nick, you were great, thank you for being the one to answer my call. I highly recommend you, and will use your company again! JFI, the other 2 companies never did call back. Guess they didnt want to be bothered. Oh, and thank you for the magnet!
