I bought a very high efficiency system from them and the duct work in my house did not match up to the requirements of that system. Instead of charging me boat loads of money they worked with me and solved the problem and did not tear my head off. I would recommend them to my best friend or a relative in a heartbeat.They know their stuff and work with homeowners in a very professional way. I was very pleased with the installation. I realize that it was difficult because of limited space, and my utility area being full of water heater & water softener & R/O system, as well a furnace. As well they were under a total install of one day. It could have been more, but he wanted to do what the contract was indicating.Kevin and his crew were extremely conscience of our home, putting down throw tarps to protect the floor in every room they worked in and traveled through. As well they were diligent in keeping the area clean between the different phases of install. They did a great job in asking my opinion on how things looked, about the install, and they did everything they could to appease me with where and how to run the cold air return and flu pipe. Kevin took time to explain the multiple aspects of what, how, and why the install was proceeding. Because of the tight space in the room, and me having to get to the other units in there, Kevin worked extremely hard to keep the new pipes and such out of future work to be done! I cannot praise Kevin, Tyson, and Grayson on their professionalism that they presented during the time they were at my home. He also brought in another crew to help to finish up the job in a timely manor.I have worked in the field of industrial maintenance for many years, and I will say that Kevin and his crew were top notched and are to commended for this install.I will definitely recommend Elliotts / Flo-Tech to my friends!10/1/24Yes, I was quite pleased with Luke Ogle and his service call to us.We have a new system, but he went ahead and checked everything for us. He advised us on several things for future references.It was good to get to know Luke!

(I know it can’t always be that way.).Offered a couple ideas for minor upgrades, but didn’t push them.Perfect.(Joe H was the man on the job.)Also, I read the review from James H (who was understandably frustrated), from a couple weeks ago. I believe that Elliott’s/Flowtech has implemented corrective action to avoid the scheduling issue he experienced, in the future. During my scheduling call the woman I spoke to asked enough questions so that of a repeat of James’ experience is very unlikely.

I am very satisfied with Flow Tech/Elliotts.Cobie Oldham was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He replaced broken metal parts with brass parts instead of cheap galvanized parts that were very corroded. Where he had to use PVC he used stronger schedule parts than was originally installed. I am very pleased and satisfied with Cobie’s professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.I also appreciate the promptness of the service call since the water to the whole house had to be shut off at the pump.

Ben and Cobie worked together on our bathroom project and did a great job. They were friendly and thoughtful. One slight tip that I might add is that since it was upstairs, it would have been nice to put a drop cloth down on the carpeted stairs. They are a light color and the carpet is fairly new so we don’t wear shoes on the carpet. Nothing happened to the carpet, I just kept thinking it would have been nice to have that peace of mind as they went in and out.

Yesterday, May 27th, we realized our A/C was running but not cooling house down, I called, a lady answered right away, said a tech eould call. In like 15 minutes he called. Was here in 45 minutes. His name was KEVIN. Did an outdtanding job in a short amount of time. It was a holiday weekend, he told me up front what the holiday cost was so I could decide wether to wait or pay the extra to have him come out. I was imptessed with his knowledge, dedication and answered any question I had as he went along. I highly recommend this company for any heat and or A/C needs. Thanks again Kevin!

Luke was a good guy, friendly and easy going, no issues there.However, I called Elliotts before my appointment and explained that my thermostat was a communicating system. I asked if their service team had communicating thermostats and would be able to replace my old one when they came out. They said they did, but then after arriving and looking at the thermostat, they said they don’t have any communicating system thermostats on hand and would have to order one.After I expressed my frustration that I was told one thing and then the opposite turned out to be true, Elliotts apologized for the situation and offered to waive the service fee. I appreciate their concern for their customers.
