Bad news about our air-conditioning, but great service. Chris took to time to discuss replacement options, and not just what he has to offer. After installation there follow up on the install and adjustments made to make sure the HVAC system preformed as expected.

Had a pleasant experience working with Synergy Services. Chris B. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Came out on a weekend to quote a project to work around my schedule which was greatly appreciated. His team completed the project in a timely and professional manner. In terms of pricing, I am not sure where they fall because they were the only people I had out for quote it. Although, their pricing was just about what I estimated it would be for what I was asking them to do. Would definitely use their services again and recommend for a friend!

I cant say enough good things about Chris and the Synergy team. From the first phone call to the final touchs on the system, everyone was friendly, and professional. The installation of my new furnace and ac was smooth and efficient. They cleaned up perfectly and Chris came back the next day to make sure everything was perfect. The price was right and I feel confident that I made the right choice with Synergy.

Chris thoroughly explained why our system failed, did not pressure us to purchase products or options which didn’t fit our needs, and was a pleasure to do business with. He and 2 other technicians replaced our furnace and central air in about 4 hours. The price was VERY good, and we would highly recommend Synergy Services.

If three stars were truly average in peoples perception, Id give my experience a 4/5 stars. Experience with the professional was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me how to further remedy the problem if the solution he gave ended up not working up to my liking. The only reason Id give it a 4/5 star review (Better than average but not perfect) is price. $89 service call charge (for non-emergency) and a $100/hr (one hour minimum), so $189 for about 20-30 mins of work seems a bit high. Not excessive and the job was done, so my experience definitely stayed above average, but still a bit high.I also did not like that they asked for my review before sending the invoice. I held out until I got the final bill, but they sent me at least 2 if not a few more emails asking for a review before I got to see the final bill.

Love this group! I hired Chris Bramlett and his team to install a new AC unit and do some duct repairs. The price was awesome and the service was excellent! Chris and his team are the best in the business! Theyre incredibly knowledgeable, very prompt, super courteous and professional; all you can hope for from a service provider. I would recommend them to anyone. If you have any plumbing/HVAC needs, definitely give Synergy a call!

Synergy installed a new furnace for us. Very attentive to detail while installing in that they covered all of our carpet so no dirt would be tracked in and carried in equipment slowly to not damage walls and stairwell. Installed new furnace, zoning board and 3 dampers in roughly 7 hours. Very pleased with this company and its products. Highly recommend them!

George has been awesome! We had a sink overflow and cause damage to the floor, causing the toilet wax ring to start leaking. They fixed that for us, and also addressed our common toilet backup issues by installing a new toilet. George came back a secone time to make sure everything was right, and adjust water pressure for us, which wasnt even part of the original call. Highly recommend this company!

Working with Synergy was a great experience. From Sam giving a quote, to Dee scheduling the service, to George coming in and fixing our problem, everything was professional and pain-free. The prices were reasonable and compared favorably to other quotes we received from both HVAC companies and Lowes.George showed up on time and was friendly to me and my family. He took great care to be careful of our home when coming in and out, and he made sure to avoid scratching or staining anything as he moved around the house. This hasnt always been the case with other companies that have done work in our home (especially Lowes). He was in and out within the scheduled time frame.They also identified the root cause of our water heater problems which likely saved us a lot of money in the long-term. George came back after the initial water heater install and fixed the issue very quickly for which Im very grateful.Finally, I appreciated the automated texts and billing process.

While trying to update our shower faucet, a leak developed. Synergy had a technician dispatched within a couple of hours. The issue was diagnosed immediately. George was able to repair the pipes without having the open the wall up. The repair was made professionally and the area left neat. Very pleased with Georges work.

George was an outstanding plumbing technician. He arrived promptly and even sent a text to let me know he was en route. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer shut off valve and advised us of possible ways to correct it. The issue has been resolved. He also fixed a leak under our new bathroom sink. He stayed until he was certain it was not leaking any longer. George even cleaned up afterwards! I will definitely be using Synergy again!!

I used Synergy for 2 separate service calls recently.The first was for a faulty gas valve on my water heater. The second was for a replacement of my 30+ year old heating and air conditioning system. Both visits were exceptional, not only because of the workmanship, but also the accomodating scheduling and reasonable pricing. I will add that I also called Synergy for a plumbing problem which required a video inspection of my mainline (yeah, its been a bad couple of months). They explained that they didnt have the necessary equipment for that job, but they recommend a local Warsaw company which specialized in that kind of work.
