5 Stars doesnt even come close to how many Stars they deserve. These guys are all top notch in customer service and workmanship. Everything they did from coming out to look at the space we wanted our Mezz built in our shop, to quoting/pricing, to the workmanship, honestly is the best Ive probably ever dealt with in all our years of working with contractors. I added on 2 things to our project the day before that was nothing quick or small and they didnt even flinch at adding it to our scope of work. I would 100% HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you again to your entire crew for everything you did for us and the Christmas Display lights for the Childrens Hospital. Lauri & Jeff G. -

Being new to Missouri, we did not have a lot of knowledge about local contractors available to build a shed/shop for our home site. Of the locals we asked, Golden Rule was a name that kept coming up. We contacted John, the proprietor of the company and requested a 30X40 building on a concrete slab, 2 12 foot roll-up doors, side door, and two side windows with some driveway work added in. Winter in Missouri is not the best time for pouring slabs, and that took a while. John kept us in the loop and once the slab was in place construction was completed in a matter of days. In the design phase John asked all the right questions and went above and beyond to make sure our shop perfectly matched our needs at a very affordable price. -

Adrian was great to work with. He was upfront and honest with the pricing, highly responsive, and attentive to our needs. He took my hand drawn plans and made something special. We were very happy we chose to work with Golden Rule to build our barndo. -

We had a good experience with Golden Rule. Very professional, Adrian was busy at times but always got back ahold of us. The guys who actually built the shop were courteous, polite, and answered all our questions as well. We have several more buildings to go up and will definitely be using them again!! It is great to have a lumber company so close to Lincoln again! They a very helpful and accommodating.In addition to new lumber and materials they have a scratch and dent pile of metal barn siding. I found some perfect for a poultry building. -
