Ground Works came to my resident to evaluate my crawl space. David Stern was exceptional to work with and I would highly recommend David to anyone who requires expertise in this field. David was extremely pleasant to work with, he was so very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He shared a detailed plan with me regarding my crawlspace, and spent the time to ensure I understood all aspects of what he was sharing with me. Again, I was very impressed by David’s knowledge and appreciated the time he took at my property, highly recommend David and Ground Works.

Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire Groundworks experience. The first contact and estimate was professionally completed, explained and there was no pressure. Communications from the company to schedule service and reminders regarding the scheduled work were timely and appreciated. The work completed to repair and level our patio was done by Josh and Tyler. In a very congenial manner they thoroughly explained the work to be done and process used. Scott Ashmore came out and gave us an estimate today for fixing our cement patio. What a nice guy. He explained everything about the job from start to finish. Hes very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He left us with a feeling that they will really do a great job but well find out. Ill have to leave an update when the job is finished. But Im confident it will a good one!

Started with the inspection by Colin who sat with me 8 hours to help me understand what i need for my uneven sagging floors. basement only had 6 old split wooden supports so he suggested 13 steel piers and 2 metal beams .They did all the right steps Paul and Vinnie got the permits had township come an inspect 13 holes they dug , filled with stones and cement then kept me informed step by step so i understood the process. I couldnt be happier with the job. The floors are so much better now, looks much safer in basement and so much weight taken off foundation.Paul and Vinnie and helpers work so hard to make sure its done right.Thank youDonna

I had my concrete driveway lifting done yesterday, looks so nice! Jackson T and Anthony C did a great job. They were professional, explained what they would be doing, made it all even. They even went beyond and put paddy/sand at bottom of a brick wall. They did not have to do that, but I really appreciated it. Thanks guys.

This job was a driveway stabilization, lift and resealing of expansion joints. The location was Derby Ks. Chris Holmes, field inspector, estimated the job and answered questions I had. Veryprofessional. Jake and Zech likewise addressed any concerns.They performed the work efficiently and in a timely manner.All three represented the company very well. Taylor did our initial estimate and was very informative on the concerns, and potential interventions that could be offered with different price points and financing available. He was calm, cool and collected while being personable but also maintaining professionalism.Our front patio crew (Ovido Herrera, Brendon Rodriguez, and Edgar Sarinana) were here for two days- they were very efficient for all the work that needed to be done, and did an amazing job of covering and putting the garden beds and lawns back together as if nothing ever happened (for having to dig and lift up the entire front portion of the house, this was quite impressive). They were all polite and professional as well.Our garage also needed some help and this was by a different crew that i unfortunately did not get the names of to commend here, but they also did a superb job.Overall a great experience and job well done for an expensive and stressful house maintaining necessity -highly recommend!

Dez, Darling. Marcos and RJ did a fantastic job running the French drain. They ran into some major tree root issues and a tiny crawl space, as we own an older home, but completed the job with wonderful customer service. They were all very polite. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had basement remediation done by BQ basements, now Groundworks, LLC, a few years ago and just had our annual service/PM done this past Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Joel came out on a Saturday morning to evaluate our leaky Bilco door. Everytime it rained, water would cascade down our steps and into the basement. The professional team at Groundworks came up with a solution that fixed the problem once and for all. Henry, Eric and Matt worked diligently to install a system that now carries the water well away from the foundation. Dry steps and dry basement - great job by all!! Highly recommended.

My husband, Tim Schabacker, and I have been working with Groundworks since February to develop a plan to stabilize the foundation of our 100+ year old house. Mike Gold has been invaluable in his multiple visits to evaluate the damage caused by a water leak. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions and revised the plan as the scope of the project changed. Michael Clemente also came to the house multiple times to assist in developing a plan to stabilize the foundation. Both Mike and Michael were instrumental in helping us prepare the basement for the work to be done.Phase one of the project was completed last week. The crew, led by Ryan McNeal, consisted of Alejandro Amya, Osyrus Pipkins and Lani Valdez. These men were extremely professional. Tim and I both felt comfortable with them coming and going in our home over the course of ten days. Ryan answered any questions we had. The entire crew took care to protect our home and complete the work in a safe manner. We would highly recommend Groundworks.Beth Wintroub

I bought a house in West Colorado Springs and inherited a basement leak. Ive had two different companies do repairs with no resolve. Clem Schollmeyer and Blake Lair waterproofed it in 7 hours including clean up. Clem was very informative and explained the process with great detail. I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors.

I’m in Omaha NE. Jeremy came to inspect my foundation cracks, and was very thorough. What impressed me most was his honesty. After taking time to inspect and measure and gather data, he informed me that the foundation was not in danger. He recommended no further action. I had another national company give me a bid of $12,000! I’ll recommend Groundworks to anyone!

Recently Groundworks installed French Drains on my property as the gutters I installed earlier in the year had been pouring water under my house. Due to the changing findings in my yard they had to redesign the plan. Though this should have increased the cost they did not charge me for these changes. My installers Dez, Dyllan & Darling were exceptional. They arrived on time & kept me informed all along the way. Normally they would be able to utilize a trench digger but due to my property they had to do all the trenching by hand. Never a complaint just always friendly & professional. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks so much for a job well done. I would also like to thank Ryon for his initial assessment & follow up to inspect the completed work!!!

Im in Erie, CO, and had a driveway that had settled and was so cracked I thought it would need to be replaced. Instead, Tim E. came and inspected not just the driveway but the garage floor too, which (unbeknownst to me) had a substantial void underneath it. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. In fact, everyone I dealt with was, from the office staff to Zack, R., Casey C., and Christian B., the team who did the actual work. They were not only punctual and professional, but they worked hard and were extremely communicative and sensitive to my wishes. Super nice to work with! The project took two days, and Im delighted with the result. The finished product looks better than I had imagined. Im thrilled Groundworks saved the driveway and garage floor so I didnt have to spend a fortune having all that flatwork replaced!

Just had part of my house jacked up with 7 jacks. Sorry I dont know terminology. Weather was cold with one day being 15⁰. Did not expect workers to show up but they did. And worked all day to finish the job. MARK, BRANDON AND MARCOS was magnificent. They did an excellent job and did it quickly. They were kind and courteous. They did not leave a mess which I was afraid they would. I will be recommending Ground Works to my neighbors. Justus Stangl was very informative. Making the process understandable.
