I was upset but Chris showed up twice to fix separate issues and was awesome. He was professional, worked efficiently and was proactive in communicating. Had a serious drainage problem over the Memorial Day holiday on Saturday. Called Roto Rooter and they cam out Sunday morning at 8:30. Our technician Chris unclogged the clean out to the sewer right away. He thoroughly explained every thing he was doing along the way . We could not be happier with their performance !

Was beyond satisfied with the employees who came out. One was a water mitigation specialist but we did not need their services due to insurance already having someone come out. The other employee found the leak source and was able to offer an effective and cost friendly solution to our issue. Very satisfied. Will definitely work with them in the future.
