The tech they send is very important. my air wasnt working last May, they were recommended and the first tech was totally incompetent and it sparked a call to an electrician. He was completely wrong. There was nothing wrong with the box and they offered to send someone else and I got lucky and the second tech was amazing. I paid on the spot and then months later got a call that I owed them money. Apparently the secondary and very small charge was sent to the wrong address and somehow that became my fault. So I wouldnt put too much faith in their office personnel. Correct that, any faith at all.

I first must say we didnt choose Barretta plumbing . We bought a house and they were contracted to run the gas lines in the house. I cant tell you this is a great company , really nice and friendly techs that come out and really worked with us . I will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs .
