I have only wonderful things to say about my experience with Pure Aire. I had a great experience the first time a Pure Aire professional came out over the summer. However, four weeks after the technician was here, I thought maybe I smelled something funny in one of my vents. So, I called back and asked for the vents to be checked. Pure Aire promptly returned within 3 days. To be extra cautious, they decided to clean the ducts again. Four months later, Im still thrilled with their work. I will be returning to Pure Aire for all my HVAC needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them for the exemplary customer service and fantastic work.

These guys are great!! courteous and helpful while making (or oops! Canceling“ appointments. They call when they are on their way. They don’t leave a mess and are unfailingly courteous. They move stuff away from the ducts without complaining reasonably priced I think.

SO GREAT to work with! I called on a Friday with a dead mouse (and the smell!) in the duct work and they arrived promptly first thing the following Monday morning. The technicians were courteous, solicitous, and very informative in explaining the process, future needs, etc. HIGHLY recommend them and am calling them back to repair the mouse holes in the flex piping and seal against future damage.

I have used Pure Aire on multiple occasions for dryer vent cleaning. They are quick and efficient. I recently purchased a single family home and was having issues with my dryer drying clothes timely. They came out to clean the dryer vent but didn’t stop until they got to the root of the issue that was causing the dryer not to heat up enough. Excellent work. Friendly and great service!

I had a really great experience with Pure Aire. My representative Denise was very helpful and patient when working with me to schedule. The only constructive feedback I have in the process is I would have liked to been prepared that a hole was going to be needed to be cut into my duct system for cleaning access.What truly made my experience great where my service technicians Joe and Mike. Thankfully they asked permission and prepared me for a hole that needed to be cut in my duct system for cleaning access. I appreciate that they asked me before they did that and was comfortable with it after they explained the process thoroughly. Joe and Mike were also very patient and very kind when it came to our pets in the home during the service. The technicians were all so very patient with all of my questions as this was the first time I had a service like this done. When they suggested add-on services they did so mindfully and without any pressure and I did take them up on additional services and they were very worth the add-on price. The technicians did a very thorough job and my ducts were definitely in need of cleaning and my air smells and feels so much better in my home. Definitely will be doing this service again in the future and really appreciate the service technicians.

I have been using Pure Aire for years on our commercial properties that we managed and they were always very professional and extremely thorough. I recently retired and had to call them for my daughters home that they had recently purchased that needed a lot of work. They had a brand new dryer and always cleaned out the lint filter. But a sensor came on saying the vent was blocked so I immediately called Vinny at Pure Aire on a Sunday and he took the call. I explained the situation that her husband was away for two weeks for work and they had four kids and ran the dryer continuously. He had his guys come out in one day and they were great! Very friendly and professional. They cleared the totally packed line, repaired the vent and removed a birds nest. We couldnt have been more pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Our condo bldg requires us to get our dryer vents cleaned every 2 years, so Ive had some experience with different companies over the years. We used Pure Aire for the first time today and were very happy. There were no hassles at any stage of the process. Denise was very professional and gave me sound and honest advice about waiting until my new HVAC system was installed before cleaning the ductwork. Thats true integrity. My house is almost 30 years old, and the ductwork has never been cleaned. Needless to say, the technicians had their work cut out for them. They were professional, polite, and honest. I just had this done to my home. My house was built in 1997 and never had ducts clean. We had dust coming out of return vents. The crew was professional and took about an hour. The cost for my 2000 sf home was 630.00 which included mold preventative spray. For the piece of mind especially i the winter when our kids get sick often it’s well worth it. Price is based on size If you live in an apartment or condo or home you should consider doing this for your health.

I had a great experience with Pure Aire. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They called us every time they had a new opening in their schedule to get us in sooner. Their pricing was reasonable and much cheaper than we anticipated. The service men were earlier than the given window for the appointment which I thought was great. They were polite and respectful; informative and explained every step; cleaned up after themselves and took pictures to show me the before and after. We opted to have our air ducts cleaned and disinfected. I could feel a difference immediately after the cleaning, before the guys even left. When they turned the A/C back on it was noticeably colder and the air flow more powerful from the vents. I woke up this morning and my allergies felt better. I’m really pleased with the service overall and happy we used Pure Aire.

Great experience with Pure Aire and highly recommend for duct-cleaning services. They were by far the most professional company I solicited quotes from. I had to reschedule services and they were understanding and accommodating. The two professionals who completed the duct cleaning in my home agreed to wear N95 masks I provided, as well as shoe covers they brought with them. Left hardly any mess at all, much, much less than anticipated. They were extremely helpful as we walked through the home to determine how they would be doing the cleaning and ultimately told me they did not think one of the two main sections of duct work needed to be cleaned since it had efficient filtration in place; this saved me half the cost I was quoted, but they told me they didnt want to waste my money on something they really felt wasnt worth what they would have to charge. I am fairly clueless about this aspect of home maintenance and they could have charged whatever they wanted within my quoted range, but they chose to be honest and straightforward with me, and I am truly grateful. You hear horror stories of duct-cleaning companies taking advantage of homeowners, but this company is not one of them. Ive already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

When I explained that I would need to call back because my wifes due date was too close to the time, they said they would have a service manager get back to me.The service manager called as promised, and was able to squeeze me in a few days later. The workers showed up on time, taking care to ensure all vents were first vacuumed then air blown to clear out the system. They also were sensitive to the fact of my dog not being used to strangers, explained when they were done with a certain area so I could move him around as they worked.In this day and age its comforting to know there are companies out there that still go the extra mile. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

5 star rating excellent service did everything as promised. Reasonable pricing. Will recommend to friends and family. My daughter just scheduled her ductwork cleaning.

They were professional and prompt. They cleaned all the ducts and you could immediately smell the difference. They also cleaned the dryer vent. They are comparable to other companies in cost. I would definitely recommend calling them for cleaning your ducts, vents and dryer.
