Bens ProServ is top notch!! Had a complete HVAC replacement including a new hot water heater to replace my 22 year old system. Marty came out to take measurements and give me a quote. I had an excellent experience with Ben’s ProServ for my air conditioning installation. TJ, the young man who conducted the estimate, was professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the difficulties involved, especially due to our previous unit being installed incorrectly. Despite the challenges, TJ and the team worked diligently to create the best plan for us.The installation was carried out by Louis and Tom, who did a fantastic job. They were efficient, and their workmanship was clean and precise. The new air conditioning unit they installed is amazing, and I was reminded of how good air conditioning can be. Im particularly impressed with the additional heating element in the unit, which will be useful during the colder nights, effectively warming up the downstairs.Overall, I am delighted with the outcome and the attention to detail shown by Ben’s ProServ. As we were leaving on vacation the following week, we were very concerned about a timely resolution as well as fair cost. The technicians that came out were very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Nathan and Aiden were absolutely awesome. Very professional, courteous, honest, diligent, knowledgeable skilled,etc. Nathan saw a dent in it, and called to see what they wanted to do. I asked them if they would put my freezer back against the wall, when they first started. I forgot about it, when I went down to look @ my new AC & saw freezer put back. Wow. Im fairly new to the Elmer/Pittsgrove area I had a problem with my plumbing & was recommended to use Bens ProServ. This company was absolutely great they came out instantly to help my family get our drains cleared so we can shower & use the bathroom again . The 2 workers that showed up were the most Friendliest people not only did they resolve my issue they took the time to explain how my septic system works explaining & showing me many things I had no clue about while giving me advice & tips . I have never had a septic before so them showing me helped tons. If you have any problems I would Highly recommend using this company for any of your problems if you want it done right with good friendly people that treat you more like family then just a client . I would give the entire staff and technicians 5 stars. They kept me updated daily. They went out of their way to get everything done quickly during very cold weather. I would highly recommend them.

The best decision going with Bens ProServ Business. Stan the salesman gave me a detailed proposal listing each item I was purchasing. The service installers Nick Mango and Andres Lopez-Cruz were the best. True professionals and worked very well together. Nick explained the entire process of the removal and installation of the three major replacements. Andres and Nick were very knowledgeable, clean and polite. They both cleaned up the different work areas leaving the place in mint condition. Highly recommend these workers and Bens ProServ.

Over the past 7 months we have had two major projects that we contracted with Ben ProServ. One being the installation of two Mini-Split Ductless system and the other, the replacement of all the steam piping from our boiler to the radiator feeds (no easy task for an older home). Dennis D. handled both projects, from start to finish. His estimates and recommendations were spot on, and he could not have done a better job. It was a great relief to have him involved. One evening I was making dinner, and when I turned off my gas oven, it seemed to be a strong order of gas emanating from the stove all night. When I woke up the next morning, I called the gas company to come check it out. The technician came out and assessed that I had a small gas leak coming from somewhere within the house, but he was unable to point out exactly where the leak was coming from. He confirmed that I had a leak by completing a leak test. So, he shut off the gas running to my house, wrote me up a ticket and instructed me to contact a plumber. I searched top rated plumbers in my area and about 4 results came back. I decided to go with Bens ProServ. I am so glad that I chose this company. I had an exceptional experience beginning with their receptionist right through to the supervisor, and technician who completed the work. When I initially called them, they said that payment was due at the time of service (which I fully understood and expected). I spoke with them on a Monday and let them know that I didnt get paid until Thursday. I set up an appointment for that Thursday (as I had no money in savings to have the work completed immediately). I only utilize gas for cooking and drying my clothes via a gas dryer. So, it wasnt too bad cooking in the crock pot Monday evening and letting the laundry wait a bit. Tuesday morning rolled around, and I received a phone call from the receptionist at Bens ProServ. She stated that they could come out and check out my leak if I put a card on file for payment, and that they would handle my issue and deduct the cost of repairs on Thursday after confirming with me that it was okay to take the payment out of my account. I was so elated when she offered me that grace period for payment. My technician Josh P. arrived before noon and turned the gas back on to the house so that he could search out where the leak was coming from. So, he checked behind my dryer. There was a major leak behind the dryer. He then checked behind my stove. Bingo, another leak but not as bad. He explained that the fixes would be expensive (which I fully expected), but he offered two solutions. After he explained the solutions, he double checked with his supervisor by calling him (in my presence) and discussing what my issues were and asked his supervisor what he thought would be the best safest repair solution without jeopardizing the integrity of the repair and my safety. His supervisor instructed him on what to do, which turned out to be the cheaper of the repairs offered. Josh completed my repairs and did the necessary testing prior to leaving, to ensure that there were no more leaks. He was very cordial throughout the entire process and kept me updated on everything he was doing the entire time. Thursday rolled around and I called the receptionist to make my payment right away, as I was so appreciative of the trust and amazing service that they extended to me. Bens ProServ really made me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Tony was amazing! I have a wonky 200 year old Josie that’s been in my family for nearly 100 years. It can be a challenge to add modern conveniences to it. The Ben’s Pro-Serve team had done an amazing job on my HVAC work so I was thrilled they could do electrical too. New bathroom lights are not simple in my old house - and I needed an outlet too (my bathroom doesn’t have one). Tony came on time, was friendly, professional, and up to the challenge. He had the new fixtures in and working in no time despite the structural challenges of my old house. He also showed me how to work the tools that came with them for the shades and bulbs. I would totally recommend Tony to anyone I know. In fact, I hope he’ll come back to help with my new ceiling fan. My house is precious to me - it’s a family treasure. I know everyones experience is different and I would say it also depends on which technician you get, but both times they were at my house, they were very professional, patient, and understanding.I had some light switches in my investment property that were not functional right or not at all and they were able to fix and bring it up to code. Called Bens Pro Serv in regards to a water leak in our A/C system after hours on a Friday and a holiday weekend. I reached the answering service and they relayed our request to the business. We received a call from their technician Nathan Zimmerman within an hour despite us not being a customer. I spoke to Wilson Marquez on Saturday morning and although we were not a current customer was able to schedule a service call to address our A/C issue. Nathan showed up as promised and couldnt have been more professional and detailed. He was able to locate the issue, repaired the unit and got the A/C back up and operating. We were overly impressed with Nathans ability to locate the problem and get the job done. He is an enormous asset for the Company.Because of Wilson and Nathan Bens ProServ has a new customer. It was certainly refreshing to deal with a company that values Customer Service particularly since we were not a current customer.On a side note the company who had installed our unit just about 4 years ago didnt even return our call.THANK YOU BENS PROSERV FOR YOR PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. Had my central AC unit break down on a Thursday. Called them Friday morning to come onsite. They sent a technician the same day, he arrives right at the beginning of the window the provided. Personable, professional, very helpful. Troubleshoots the problem, walks me through the issues going on, talks me through options. Tells me theyre gonna get a quote to me. Same day, service rep calls me to discuss the options and discuss prices. Sends me a quote the following Monday morning for approval. They acquire parts the same day and send another technician the day after. Arrives again at the beginning of the service window. Again, personable, professional and very helpful. Checked through the HVAC system to make sure there arent additional issues, finished the service promptly. Overall turnaround 3 business days. Excellent service, fantastic team, would 100% recommend.

Rich the electrician came out the next day and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed the issues. I never had a service technician that went above and beyond to make sure I had water. Let me be clear, Im giving the tech who actually figured out the problem with my heating system and actually fixed it 5 stars. I still would not recommend Bens ProServ as a company. Aaron got the misfortune of being the one to come in after several calls complaining my heater STILL wasnt working. He figured out that I really did legitimately have a problem and he was the one who got my system working after waiting for a part to be ordered on what was already supposed to have been a brand new system that was installed in the first place. He just left 10 mins ago but so far, I still have working heat.

Stan came to the house and presented different proposals for replacing the heater and central air for our house.Stan was very professional and listened to all my questions and answered all of them.The job started when it was convenient for my wife and I.It took about a week for the job to be completed because we also had our attic sealed and additional insulation put down.Bruce and Brandon worked on the heater and central air.Bruce is very knowledgeable and also analytical.Bruce took the time to explain to Brandon what needed to be done.The job was done to our liking.Nate and Tyler worked on the attic.They sealed the attic and removed the boxes before venting the fan in the bathroom and placing the additional insulation in the attic.Nate and Tyler also answered all my my questions and worked in a timely manner.In my opinion they all need to get a good raise when they come up for review.I will highly recommend Bens Pro Serve to anyone who needs any heating/air conditioning to be done at their house.

I I texted back its an emergency I dont have heat and I have grandchildren in my house. I was texted a number to call, didnt know it was the owner, he sent someone out no problems.
