    Gavin came to my 85 year old house and updated my electric panel. He worked efficiently and professionally. He cleaned up when finished. He was able to hook up my generator input as well. He thoughtfully determined where to place two copper rods outside the house. I encourage you to consider him for electric work around your house.

    We were having some issues with our plumbing and gave Krise a call. We never used them before, but heard good things. We had a plumber come out named Gillian and he was great! He walked us through the process to get our issue resolved and he was super knowledgeable, polite and just an all around great guy. I’ll definitely give Krise a call next time I have another plumbing problem.

    Andrew Lynch was the best - professionally & personally!The first day he explained what he was doing and why. He answered my questions patiently - every single question every time. Before he left I was told how to use the toilet & shower overnight & not cause any issues.Andrew came back Monday afternoon to finish the job. He did not leave until he did all he could to provide full access to water.Never complained, never grouchy - always pleasant. Terrific employee and always pleasant!Thank you very much, Andrew!

    Chris, the estimator, was prompt and thorough. He provided 2 detailed estimates, at our request.Riley, arrived on time, the day of the scheduled work. He was sociable and knowledgeable.     So far we are very happy with Krise Services and Chris Gindhart who came out to do our estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Also left us his contact info to call him should we have any questions or concerns. And the price for work to be performed was very reasonable. Jake Moore performed the work and did an excellent job. Literally working 11 hours straight to complete the job! I am very satisfied with the work performed. An area to improve would be to confirm with the customer the day before that scheduled work is still scheduled for the agreed upon times.

    Great to deal with in every way. Setting the appointment was easy and the scheduler was helpful and gracious. Rescheduling was seamless over text. Technician was very knowledgable, explained everything, and gave great advice on future work we need done.     Once again Im very satisfied with the services provided by Krise. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Arturo Rivera Jr. this time. He came directly at the time indicated by the office, he even texted ahead to let us know he would be at our address soon. Once here he was able to diagnose and correct our issue quickly. Arturo was friendly, communicated the problem easily, was quick about the repairs, and always appreciated, cleaned up after with nothing left for us to do. There was zero issue about the warranty being honored. I have before and will again recommend Krise Services.

    Our newly installed on demand water heater, and natural gas piping installation by Krise Services was a very professional, and very clean installation.     As always, Krise services provided great service. Our technician Jake was on site no longer than 30 minutes and was able to explain what the issue was with our generator.     I am so happy with Krise. In a world full of people who do not provide decent customer service anymore, Krise is the total opposite. From the lovely lady who called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving a message, to the amazingly kind and knowledgeable technician they sent to my house, Krise exceeded my every expectation. You really could not ask for better employees to put your mind at ease when doing electrical work. Nelson, the technician was just so respectful and kind and knew what to do. The way he explained everything before he did anything, it really put my mind at ease that there were still kindhearted and trustworthy people like that. Nelson is an excellent asset to Krise.     Krise Services did our electrical work for a number of years and we were quite satisfied. So we tried them for our HVAC. We are very satisfied with all the work they have done for us both electrical and HVAC. They saved us money by repairing the leak in our air conditioning system. The previous service company wanted to replace the compressor which would have cost us thousands. All the techs have been professional, competent, and courteous.
