Let me start by saying I got four estimates before calling Laury, so do not even waste your time calling around because I have already done the homework for you. Laury has better prices even than PSE&G. My parents referred me to Laury Heating and Cooling. They did my parent’s heater for an incredibly reasonable price. This company understands that the better the pricing, the more business they will get, unlike many many other companies out there who overprice then get no business. We first got in touch with Warren, who is extremely kind, and explains every answer to your questions and answers every concern in great detail. He came out to speak to us, and is always available via text. He then had the company call us to set up our install date. It was installed within the same week, all in one day. They then approved us for financing and now we pay the bill as part of our electric/ gas bill. These guys are extremely knowledgable and kind people. They are now able to come out to Mt. Holly/ Mt. Laurel for services. Please call them. Say Remi referred you if you schedule with them!

Quick response to an early morning call right before the weekend. The scheduler was friendly and helpful, and the technician was prompt, friendly and fixed our issue quickly. Now we are are warm again, heading into a very cold weekend. Can’t say enough great things about Laury. We’ve used them every time we have had a heating/AC issue and have, and continue to be, very happy with the experience! Highly recommend!!

The Laury team was excellent across the board. When providing an estimate, they offered different solutions and talked through pros and cons until they were able to design the best solution for me. They came in with a reasonable and fair price. The project involved retrofitting an older house with new duct work. Other vendors seemed to shy away from the work. This involved opening a new access door/stairs into a small attic and cutting multiple holes into plaster ceilings for supply and return vents. It was not a straightforward project and then team met the challenge at each step of the way. They kept me inform of progress as it went along. They were respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up any mess caused by opening up plaster ceilings. The final outcome was exactly as we had hoped. These guys are the kinds of pros you want working on your project. Cant thank this team enough and would recommend them highly!

I cant rave enough about how wonderful and professional the Laury Heating Team is. Warren was my rep, and he helped me convert my home from oil to gas every step of the way, from choosing my combi boiler/hot water unit to securing a fantastic financing option with South Jersey Gas. He put together a reasonable offer that worked with my budget. He answered all my questions and helped ensure things stayed on track, from the permit processes to the final inspections.Eric & Kevin, who did the actual installation, did a stellar job. They were efficient and thorough, walked me through the process step by step, and answered every question. This was a big job, and it took a total of two days, but the guys were respectful and treated my home with care, so the time flew. Additionally, they left the space incredibly clean.When Warren came to my house for the free quote, I knew that I would be in good hands and that Laury was a company I could trust. Im thrilled with the final product and confident that I can rely on Laury to provide the service I need for the foreseeable future. 5 stars all the way!

He was 1000% thorough in his evaluation of the issue and equally thorough in getting to work on a solution to this ongoing problem. My only issue is the office said they would be out within 24 hours. It took a a day and a half to send some one.when I tried to call for a staus of the tech, i only got voicemail and no one called back.However, the technician was excellent and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He was professional and explained everything he was doing and why. I will use them again.

I have to give a great big thanks to Paul F, Ray, and Dominic. The main water line pipe in my basement burst and flooded my entire basement. These guys came and fixed it. My hot water heater was also replaced. They were friendly and courteous. They explained all the work that was done. I also have to mention how clean they were. Thank you!

Ryan was awesome! His expert knowledge and skills were matched by his superior customer service. One of our heaters needed a part he did not have. He stated he would try and find one the next day - a Saturday. I assumed we would not see Ryan until Tuesday. But nope, Saturday arrived and so did Ryan with the part.When he got here, we had a secondary problem Ryan overhead my team discussing. He volunteered to look at it and in mere minutes he had the problem fixed as well. Ryan brings great credit to himself and to Laury. If we ever have a problem with our HVAC again, I hope they send Ryan.

UPDATE: Customer service is amazing and they offered to come out and take another look free of charge. As explained by the tech, they had done a deep clean but certain internal parts prevented them from reaching to get out every spot, as it could break if they had taken it out. He did his best to get rid of the dirt spots/mildew residue and left it perfectly clear and smelling good. I appreciate their time, effort and professionalism to make sure I was satisfied!!I honestly hate to leave a bad review because the two techs that came to my house were incredibly nice. I called for a deep clean in my mini split unit for what i suspected was mildew or mold (brown spots covering the inside and a gross moldy smell.) They checked it out and gave an estimate of about 250$ to clean it out, or a “tune-up.” There is a mini split unit downstairs that we decided to have the same service on. There were two techs who came to work on them, they were pretty quick and super friendly. I made sure to remind them that the units were working in perfect condition, just that there was spots of what I suspected was mold and i wanted to make sure that I had a professional clean all of it out because I wouldnt know if there was more I couldnt see even if I tried to clean it myself. However 600 dollars later for two units, I looked inside again… the same disgusting brown spots and musty smell left. They left the unit dripping with some kind of cleaning fluid, which didn’t bother me at first until I saw they left so much of the mildewy brown spots left behind. Im not even sure what they cleaned at this point. So disappointed because this company has incredible reviews but my mother and I are out 300 dollars each and left with the same problem anyways.

Great experience with Laury. Upstairs unit died. Laury provided professional, quick service and replacement of our unit. We had quit a few questions which were all answered in a friendly manor. Our installers were organized, on time and left our home clean even though the had a small attic space to work in. Laury is also a qualified installers for the AC electric rebate. We were very pleased with our choice.

Fred, was our technician today to determine the cause of a faulty zone valve. Through his methodical approach to finding the route of the problem he discovered that there was an issue with the wiring to the valve. Therefore the entire valve did not need to be replaced. We were impressed with his performance and professionalism. Very pleasant individual.

These are the people you want fixing the essential systems in your home. Paul F and Anthony came out immediately when we had a plumbing emergency with our main drain pipe for our house. They fixed the problem in about an hour, and when the kitchen sink drain pipe shook loose during their repair process, they fixed that too and left it in better shape than it was in the first place. Not our first experience with Lauri plumbing, but they certainly did not disappoint.Side note: the card we were given to leave a review has a QR code and a URL that dont work. I had to manually search out where to leave the review.

Service- plumbing annual maintenance check done by Paul F :Paul came as scheduled and explained what his annual plumbing check would entail for our seasonal beach house. He checked all plumbing inside and outside the house, the washer, and the water heater, since we have a crawl space, he went in and took many pictures of the current conditions of our 50+year old cottage. After he finished his inspection, which took no more than an hour, he explained in detail any of his concerns, things to look out for in the future, and if there were any immediate things that we should address. He was not pushy nor did he try to ‘fix things that did not need fixing’. I felt he was honest and very thorough in his assignment here for us. He was polite, wore protective coverings (shoes, full body covering for crawl space) and very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend Paul F. And Laury Heating Cooling and Plumbing for any of these needs you may have. Easy to schedule through their friendly office assistants (Alyssa), and could answer and explain program details clearly so you would know what to expect at the time of service. 10 out of 10 for these professionals and company! Laury is the best! Dave Laury called me last night to discuss my options and he explained each of the 4 options that were presented. We agreed on one of the options and Dave said he would have his crew at our house by 8:30 the next morning. Considering the heat wave and no AC, it was critical to get our problem fixed ASAP! Dan showed up by 8:20 reviewed and discussed the work to be done. Shortly there after two additional men arrived with the parts and new units. The 3 men spent the entire day installing a new heater and AC Unit. Once the job was completed Dan reviewed their work with me and tested everything before they departed. Once satisfied that everything was working correctly, they left our basement and outside just as they found it, CLEAN and our house was again cool! Dan and his 2 assistants were professional, friendly, polite and very cooperative. It was a job well done by Laury from sales to support personnel to the installers! Thank you for getting us back up and running in less than 2 days!

Absolutely amazing company! I can’t recommend them enough! The first time I used them it was for a standard AC tune up, the technician was prompt and very respectful. This last time was because my unit stopped working (older unit that came with the house were just purchased). I called because I was hoping I could get someone to come out during the weekend since I’m cardiac patient and of course the unit would stop on the day where it was 93° outside. They went above and beyond my expectations and a wonderful technician came out that very same night. He was so helpful and got everything running smoothly again in such a quick timeframe. Hired them to re-do the plumbing in my house back in June because it was made of Polybutelene. Fast forward to now, an error code came up on my boiler which runs the baseboard heating. I realized they had missed 1 connection, (the water running to the boiler). First Nick came out and added the water line, then another error code came on the boiler. Andrew came and fixed the issue. Great service and they didnt charge me anything additional to fix the part that was missed. Highly recommend this company. All the technicians they have sent were on point and fixed my problems

End of the day a new toilet was installed same day, work was performed well and care was taken to not damage floor tiles around the area. Everything was explained and costs were within estimate and Technician was clear and communicative during the process.

Sam appeared to be both a well trained and experienced technician in his investigating, diagnosing, and correcting the cause of the error code relating to our furnace. He was also very friendly and cordial in addressing the primary issue, as well as, answering numerous additional questions we had regarding our heating/cooling system. Sam was also very helpful in providing us some much needed training in using our new thermostat correctly. Laury installed a Generac whole house generator at my house three years ago, and they have performed maintenance on it every year since. Recently I noticed the red light was on indicating that when it ran its weekly exercise it could not start. Dan determined that the battery needed to be replaced and the terminals needed to be repaired. He did the work this morning. He assured me the problem was not a result of my neglect or misuse. As always, Dan was courteous and professional and did the repair in a workmanlike manner.

First, I would like to thank the estimator, Sean Henry for his detailed, specific quotation and subsequent revision. I appreciate a quote that is specific to granular details to reduce any confusion and arguments later. The company’s effort to reduce any available rebates for HEIF loan at source is a huge plus. I hate those other quotations that state “the owners can apply for the rebates and the responsibility on getting one will be on his own”. Though might not be the cheapest quote, however, I can find trust and the professionalism of the company. Technicians Kev, RJ & Luiz coordinated, and worked so well together. They even revised additional adjustments not specified in the contract. They cleaned up the mess and finished on time! Our air stopped working last week at the end of a heat wave. Called and had them come out on a Monday. Tom and Sam were here reviewing my system and found that the motor on my blower had gone bad. Tom did everything he could to get the motor to work. When Tom had exhausted all options to get the system running, he and Sam presented me with a slew of options to repair or replace the system. Ultimately we settled on replacing the system given its age and Sam and the rest of Laury were so helpful in outlining the options for financing. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward for all our HVAC needs!

On Thursday January 4th at 3:00 AM my wife and I were awakened by an alarm and heard the sound of pouring water! We then raced down to the first floor of our Cape Cod style home and discovered that our water heater had sprung a profusely running leak water was pouring onto our hallway where the heater and water heater was located! Luckily I was familiar enough with the water system and I was able to turn off the water! With that being said I was familiar with Laury Heating and Plumbing and immediately left a message for the Owner of the Company and he not only responded to my message he sent out two of his workers on the same day to install a new water heater! Under my service contract I receive a plumbing inspection yearly. The technician Paul F arrived and after being greeted by myself and my dog proceeded to inspect the plumbing and fixtures throughout the house. My house was built in the 60s and many of the shutoffs were corroded and did not shut off the water flow. Plus I have one toilet, in the half bath, that is in need of replacing, which Ive known about for quite awhile. Instead of waiting for a problem to develop, I decided to replace the worst of the valves and get the toilet replaced. Paul explained the process and we discussed the options. Try as I might I couldnt keep my dog from sticking his nose into everything Paul inspected and just making a pest of himself. He assured me that was fine, he liked dogs, and mine probably smelled dogs on him from the previous house. Anyway after the inspection was done and Paul left, I received the estimate of the fixes we discussed, within the hour. I accepted and soon received a call from the office to schedule the repairs. During the whole process Paul was friendly and clearly explained the problems he saw and pointed out the possible future problems he saw. He wore booties throughout the inspection and was never forceful in trying to sell me anything. All in all a very positive inspection!Since Google only allows one active review at a time, I will add an addendum to this one!Paul and his assistant Dom showed up as scheduled to initiate the repairs we had discussed two days before. Everything went smoothly and other than a couple hot/cold water hoses that were too corroded to reuse, the final price was very close to the quoted price! With all the work that was performed I was surprised that everything went so smooth and quickly. Paul was his usual friendly and outgoing self and after meeting his assistant, Dom, he was just as friendly and pleasant to talk to. Any questions they had they directed to me and didnt assume anything, such as replacing the corroded hot/cold water hoses or whether or not the smoke detectors were connected to the fire department, as Paul had to sweat a couple copper lines, which creates smoke and might set the detector off. It didnt go off, but you never know! A great job by both, and they also did a thorough job cleaning up! Kudos to both and to Laury Heating for having great employees!

Two weeks later, Paul F. did several upgrades to faucets throughout the house. They were both professional and polite, and explained every step of the process that they were doing. We have been Laury customers for many years, and this most recent experience is exactly why we come back to Laury time and again for our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Replaced an old furnace and a/c unit with heat pump, high efficiency furnace and new thermostat. Larry came out initially - he knows his stuff, very informative, answered my questions and gave me several options to review. George and Jalen did the install and were also professional and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up after themselves, took away all the old equipment and left the place spotless. Overall a great experience and such an easy company to work with!

RJ was kind enough to put his booties on because he needed to go upstairs to place the device by our modem. I had to have Laury come out for the second day in a row regarding my A/C. This infuriated me as my family relies on the A/C for their comfort after working out in the elements all day. The technician Tyler that came out today was great and very forth coming. He could not diagnose the problem that was supposedly rectified the previous day. Long story short still no A/C but Tyler did get us on schedule for first call Monday morning which was very appropriate. He is not available Monday but did relay to the office to send a Sr. Technician that we are familiar with and has seen our system before.When I called for todays service call I asked is there would be a fee they said yes, i stated I was charged a rather large fee the day before and did not feel it was right to be charged again, dispatch told me it was up to the technician. I was not charged for today. We will see the outcome Monday. If you need a service call I would recommend Tyler or Tom. Hope this helps. Tyler was was very nice, forthcoming and most of all honest.

I recently had Laury replace my waterheater. They have done two other jobs for me including boiler at my rental property and AC at my home. I have written other reviews on those experiences. They are a top notch company. From the first call to the final install, everyone was friendly and professional. They always make me feel like family. For the water heater my two installers were Ed and Luis. They were on time, got right to work, explained everything and when they were finished they answered all of my questions. He did run into a few snags, which required him to make several trips to a local supplier and change his original plan for the install. He handled it all professionally and got the job done, and took the time to show me how to adjust the water temperature if required.
