Justin is friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. Justin was able to save an older Delta lavatory faucet that another well-known plumbing company told me couldnt be fixed. We really liked the design of the faucet and the old faucets are just built better. He installed new shut off valves for that sink and fixed a Delta kitchen faucet hose apparatus. Were now brainstorming on some other fixes. He really seems to think outside the box and suggest workarounds that are sometimes necessary with a 1959 model house! Im so glad to have found someone we can trust to do the best work possible.

Woke up this morning to a flood in the mechanical room …. Broken water heater! Other repair services wanted to wait until Monday, charge an emergency service fee to “tell me what was wrong” or wouldn’t install the new water heater we purchased. Ugh! Next Level is definitely the Next Level on responsiveness, value, and courtesy. We had our repair person in our driveway in less than an hour. He was polite and left the area clean. And we have hot water! I’m glad the other guys were too busy to help, we will be a forever customer now with Next Level!

Justin answered my early morning phone call and was consistently very responsive to text messages that I sent about a plumbing leak I had found. He did not charge me for an estimate, even though it involved going into a tight crawlspace.He let me know in advance what time to expect him on the day we agreed on for the work, and he showed up on time. He wore shoe covers on the carpet, kept the access hole he cut to a small size, and informed me of other problem areas in the plumbing (as I had requested) without charging extra. Paying by credit card was easy with the portable tap reader. I was very satisfied with his knowledge, skill level, and attentiveness to detail. His truck is cool to boot. Highly recommend.
