Tony with A&R has helped us on a few different occasions. He never minds answering all the questions I have and helps me learn about the property. Im always wanting to learn more so Im glad that hes willing to answer my questions. Helps me better manage the property I supervise, and he even helps me figure out general maintenance for certain things. Hes helped us with our industrial water heaters as well as a couple different types of AC units we have. Id highly recommend A&R all of the guys there are pretty knowledgeable and will help you out!

Have been using A&R for a while at the building I work at. A&R has always responded no matter the time of day or night. With the best of customer service. The employee Jim Means is by far the politest and most professional service tech I have ever dealt with. He and the gentleman Tim have always showed kindness and understanding to the residents here. I recommend A&R for any service you may need.

These guys are the best. Josh came at 7:00 p.m. and replaced our sump pump. He was quick and efficient. His demeanor helped us at a very stressful time of a basement flooded. Great job!
