Very professional and friendly group. My issue ended up being much more of a task than originally expected. They contacted the city and did what they needed to in order to continue on the project. For all the work they completed, I felt the charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend D & S to anyone needing any sewer type services.

Ive needed D&S services a couple of times. I cant say enough good things about them. Both times they were friendly, courteous , and very professional. They figured out the problem and in no time at all they had it fixed , and the price was incredibly reasonable. I was amazed and in awe of their astounding service. I would never call anyone else and recommend to everyone, go with D&S as they are the best!

I am beyond thankful for D&S. I had MAJOR issues with my house and had a very negative experience with a previous company. This left me feeling very frustrated and like I could not even be inside my home anymore without worrying about sewage issues.I am so thankful I was able to reach out to D&S, who used their expertise to fix everything thoroughly and professionally. They put in a clean out drain and fixed sewer lines. Now I feel so much more relieved and feel like my house is back to normal. I also know the job was done efficiently.I would HIGHLY recommend D&S! Seun was AWESOME!He was very professional, walked me through the process so I was prepared, was very thorough, and has the best prices in town. I called d&s to have our sewer lines checked for roots etc because we just bought the home. They were able to come out the very next morning, they were on time and extremely professional. I called on Memorial Day about a mainline sewer clog, expecting to encounter a closed business, or at the least, disgruntled technicians. Instead, I got an instantaneous and friendly response. They told me there would be a plumber at my house in an hour and one arrived within 45 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. The amount they charged was very reasonable. I will definitely call D&S the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I met the tech at my sons rental. He was so kind. He explained everything and was able to fix the clog from the outside of the house with a little help from his second crew. They made sure everything ran smoothly before they left. Professional, courteous staff! I highly recommend this company!

I called them on a Sunday. They gave me a quote for $90, but when they came and saw the problem was inside the house, they charged me only $55. They have the same rate for Sundays.This was the 3rd or 4th time that I called in the last couple of years, and every time we were very happy.

A big shout out to D&S Plumbing in Urbana. Not only did they come out quickly to put in a clean out in, they came in lower than others. They were so nice and polite. Also they called me to see if the work by another place that needed to finish their work was done. When I told them that we had to wait until Monday so we werent charged overtime hours, they offered to come back and finish it first thing. Again at a lower price than the other place. We have a new plumber.

Woke up on a Saturday with a backed up and clogged drain pipe. I had not used D&S before they were recommended by a friend. Shaun was responsive, was here as soon as possible after handling a previous call, provided great service and fixed the issue. Greatly appreciated the prompt, honest, and value of D&S. Will recommend to others and will use in the future if needed.
