Lorenzo and Daniel were our plumbing technicians and they were amazing! They redid all of our plumbing underneath the house and they were upfront throughout the whole project. Before we signed any contracts, lorenzo and Daniel did a thorough inspection of what the issue was and physically showed us what was wrong just to assure us that there was no misunderstanding. They were very honest and had outstanding professionalism as well as unbeatable pricing!Their work speaks for itself! I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody! A couple weeks ago I heard what sounded like the shower was running except nothing was on. I could not see a water leak anywhere but I had a feeling something was wrong. The usual company I used wasnt available for almost a week so I had to branch out. I chose this company based on their existing good reviews and I am glad that I did. They were able to come out a day later and diagnose the problem which was a slab leak. The technician, Junior, was informative and helpful with explaining things to me along with showing me what he and his technicians were doing as they were conducting the tests to find the water leak. Since I rent, I had to keep getting authorization from my landlord to continue going further into the problem (manifold testing to see if plumbing can be rerouted vs. a patch repair) and this meant bothering the owner, Richard, at odd hours because my landlord had lots of questions during non-business hours. Richard was patient and informative over the phone/text just like Junior was when he was at my house. My landlord opted for a whole house re-pipe to improve their investment property and fix the slab leak all at once. I believe we were quoted a very fair price based on market pricing and my experience as a previous homeowner.From start to finish, this project was done in a week. Diagnosis was on Sunday, Manifold test was on Tuesday, we had Wednesday and Thursday to discuss pricing with my landlord and Friday a large group on technicians came and re-piped my entire home! I got to meet Richard on Friday and he came to my home again Saturday morning to help install our new water heater. Its not every day you see the owner of a company getting his hands dirty with his team. You can really tell that he loves his business and his team. I had the option for drywall repair on Sunday or Monday following that and I chose Monday. By the middle of the day Monday, it was as if nothing had ever been wrong with my plumbing at all. The walls look amazing, as if there were no holes cut into them! I received my invoice by the end of the day and it was very detailed with warranty information and everything we discussed was there in writing which was very important for my landlord.Thank you so much Richard, Junior and the rest of the team at Renowned Plumbing for making a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thank you for being patient with communication between myself and my landlord and making it a comfortable experience for all parties. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing not only for the impeccable work they did on my plumbing but for their excellent communication skills, manners, and overall personalities in general. Everyone is awesome!**For those of you who like to know about CDC Guidelines, they wore masks on my property despite the hot temperatures**Pictures attached show before and after drywall repair! I searched Google for plumbers in my area, and I found Top Ten plumbers list. I read the reviews and found that Renowned Plumbers were highly recommended. Richard contacted me within the day of filling in the request. His expertise in removing an old water heater and info on not reinstalling but replacing left me quite comfortable in my decision. He worked with me on my timeline of floor installation and painting of work area. New parts installed with new wash tub. It looks fantastic. Going to try and figure out how to post picture work. I highly recommend his company . The house was built in 1911 and installation was on the restored rear sun porch.

Renowned Plumbing saved us from having to spend thousands of dollars with another plumbing company that tried taking advantage of us.Richard and Joey were the only ones to educate and explain everything step by step and ensured us that everything would be transparent while working on our property.Our sewer line needed work and they went right to work and took care of our collapsed section and more that really needed work. We received ugly quotes from 2 other companies wanting to run my mother’s credit first to see what she qualified for. I had a main water leak in my lawn. Lorenzo came out promptly to give me an estimate. I had a total of 5 contractors give me a quote, with exactly the same material and process to complete the work. Renowned offered me the best quote and warranty on labor and materials. This type of work is labor intensive but Lorenzo, Danny, & Joey(field supervisor) were completely professional and just seem to gel well together. Another thing NO butt cracks were exposed. They completed the work thoroughly and was meticulous in doing the job right from the get go. Update: 11/7/24. Once again Richard and his team have been reliable, trustworthy and incredibly helpful. I cannot say how much it means to have a company I can always rely on. This time they replaced and installed a new kitchen faucet, and even went and purchased it (communicating with me about selection the whole time.) Thank you Renowned, you take all the stress of calling a plumber away, I just know to give you a call and it will be taken care of!!My house was built in 1967 and it is to be expected that things are going to need repair. The first time Richard came out he was one of 3 companies I had to provide a quote. The first thing that I was really impressed with was how thoroughly and patiently he explained everything, and not in a mansplaining type of way. He also gave me several options depending on my budget, all of which were lower than the other two companies. Chris and his co workers came out, on time, got done in a day, and they were all so professional. Since that major pipe/cleanout, I have called them out for other things, again old house. They are a great local, family owned business, and fair and honest. It’s so rare today!

Me:I had a problem with my kitchen sink, one side was clogged and wouldnt drain. Flooded every time I used my dishwasher.Pros:Chris was able to come, same day, diagnose the problem as my very old garbage disposal, and fix up the clog without requiring a full replacement. Very economical. Even quoted a very reasonable price for a new replacement if I wanted it, and used bioenzymes to fully clean out the pipe. Very polite and thorough cleaning.Cons:Not a major issue, since it was same day and all, but Ill mention it anyway. The plumber was scheduled to come 12-2 pm, but came at about 4 pm. They did their best to make up for it, no complaints here. Dispatcher was very responsive and apologetic, and it was out of their control.

This we had a huge problem when our house was backed up and nothing was able to go down. We called about 3 of the top 5 companies that were recommended us in the Pomona, Ca area via online. After taking quotes from the other 3 companies our last call would be Renowned Plumbing whom picked up our call very quick. We spoke to Richard who was very friendly and was concern to what we described our situation to be a major problematic issue. His team was able to locate the issue as it was a sewer repair. They showed us video of our line which made me comfortable to move ahead with the work. Richard was able to save us $3200 from what the others companies were charging. They found the source of the leak and presented 3 options for repair with the pros and cons for each approach.After selecting the option they completed the work fast and placed the pavers in such a manner that one could not tell they were removed. I have used Renowned Plumbing for all my jobs and each time Iui have been completely satisfied.

They communicate if they can not make it on time which is important to me. I need to know when to expect things to be done. Working with Richard of Renowned Plumbing for a new main water line was a pleasure. In addition to the fact that his quote was among the very lowest, he threw in a free repair for unassociated drain repairs. He was also very responsive whenever I called, either picking up the phone immediately or returning my call in a timely manner if it went to voicemail. And he topped it off with a 10 year parts & labor warranty.There were unexpected issues with the local building code that also involved their Public works dept, so 2 permits had to be pulled, which Richard generously split with me. Then he was told he couldnt use PEX lines, like he did in neighboring cities, per the code so Richard split the increased cost of Copper pipes with me. The technicians, Chris & Dan, were also very good. Their work was fast and neat, they were polite and they kept me updated throughout.I am happy with, and appreciative of, their plumbing work and highly recommend Renowned Plumbing and I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

I spoke to the Sales Professional Frank, he was able to ease the situation by educating me on what steps are needed to resolve the issue. This was a large sewer repair, replacing over 300ft of piping. Frank empathized and did not make me feel I was getting sold on a service that was not needed. The information provided was detailed and updated me with pictures along the process. His workers were professional and punctual! I recently purchased a home and within the first few days smelled gas. After the gas company confirmed there was a leak I called Renowned Plumbing. Within a couple hours of my call, their field manager Chris was out and working to locate the leak. It took quite a bit of time and effort to find the leak, then go through with replacing the pipes. Through the entire process everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanting to help solve my problem, no matter how long it took. This includes the subcontractors they used for boring and patching stucco.In addition, I mentioned to them that the home inspection turned up some potential sewer issues, so once the gas issue was resolved they offered to do a free inspection of the pipes. There turned out to be root intrusion and that same day they cleaned out the pipes and gave me an estimate on doing a more permanent fix that could be done later.I felt that all of the pricing for the work done was reasonable, especially considering the scope of the work for the gas line repair.I am new to the area and I’m so glad I found Renowned Plumbing, they will be my first call anytime I have plumbing issues in the future.

We had a major gas leak that we did not know about. Our Nieghbor kept telling us he smelled gas for the past 3 weeks. Since my gas meter is located in the alley, I called SoCal Gas to check it out and they pinpointed that gas was coming up from out asphalt drive way in the back where the main gas line ran to our home. The SoCal Gas technician referred us to Renowned Plumbing and thank god they did. Lorenzo came out within the hour to provide us with an estimate and we accepted right away since referrals are the best! He completed the job and replaced 125ft of gas line and did not have to break any of our asphalt driveway which was a plus. They used a boring method to install the new gas line. They even pulled permits same-day to ensure that safety was priority since it was a gas line. Thank you Richard for answering all my questions and sending out Lorenzo and Eddie! Renowned Plumbing and Rooter did an excellent job repiping all the drains in our home. The job was a massive undertaking. It started with me accepting bids from several plumbing companies. Our house was built in the 60’s with galvanized steel drains. The drains were completely rusted through. Only Renowned came up with the unique solution of redirecting the drains from their present place under the house to going around the perimeter of the house. This limited the amount of digging inside the house to one bathroom. It also allowed the drain lines to be upgraded to a bigger diameter pipe and be more accessible in the future for maintenance. Their bid included all the plumbing work, concrete work, and patching of drywall and stucco. It was all-inclusive. Now our home is a plumber’s dream, with a drain system designed by plumbers, with ease of maintenance in mind. There are 3 clean outs accessing the exterior pipes, and 5 clean outs accessing the interior pipes. Compare this with the 3 we had before. We are extremely happy with our experience with Renowned Plumbing and Rooter. As a FAA licensed aircraft mechanic and pilot, Im not the easiest person to please when it comes to maintenance. Thank you Richard, Chris, Danny, and the many other team members it took to make this job successful!

I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing! I had several companies out to do a bid on connecting a new gas line to an outdoor fireplace. Upon arrival, Richard was friendly and did a great job explaining how he would handle the job. His quote was competitive and we ultimately chose him for the job. On the day of their work, his team was on time and worked hard. Since I was at work, he took pictures to show me all of his completed work which looked great. I thought that was a nice touch and that he went above and beyond. I was supposed to leave a side door open so he could re-light our water heater after the job but forgot to do so. He drove back to my home at 8:30pm later that night when I was back from work just so that he could help me re-light it and have hot water. That was REALLY going above and beyond. She sent over a tech named Chris who was awesome and very helpful with explaining what needed to get done, why it needed to get done and how quickly it could get done.At this point, I know some people would obviously either do it themselves or seek another option because of the estimated price. However, I was not going to go down that path because a) I hadnt washed clothes for a week and needed to do so immediately, b) I didnt want to accidentally blow up my house and c) Waiting for another person for an estimate would further delay clothes being washed or escalate the urge to do it myself resulting in an explosion.Not discouraged by the estimate, we arranged for service. At which yet another great person from the company (Richard) helped with scheduling and worked with Chris to service my water heater gas issue. Called Renowned Plumbing to set up an appointment to fix the main sewer line at my house. The main line is clay because the house was built in the early 60s. I spoke to Richard, the owner who was nothing but professional, honest and upfront. He had a tech out the next day and sent the quote that day. Richard had a change in his schedule, sent a text about the schedule change and was out that week. During the installation, the pipe had shifted, probably because of an earthquake, and the liner was unable to make the entire length of the pipe. Richard sent a photo and called immediately to discuss how to fix the problem. He was reasonable with the price of the change order. Got it scheduled and completed today. Lorenzo and Danny came out and fixed our main pipe and our washing main drainage. Pretty cool video of before and after the pipes. Really, Really clean pipes. Highly recommend!!

We had a major sewer problem today at my parents house in La Verne and I found Renowned Plumbing on Google since they were local and only five minutes away from my parents house, especially during an emergency. Joey arrived within minutes and got straight to work in unclogging the sewer line. Joey found out that our sewer line was severely eroded and was a certain type of sewer that was called Orangeburg. I did my homework on it and I could not believe why they would install this kind of piping. Joey and his team replaced the entire sewer line since the pipe was not round any more. They replaced it on the same day and cleaned up very well after themselves. The workmanship and communication is flawless with this company. They also gave my father a military discount. Thank god they provide financing. Thanks to Joey and Renowned Plumbing team!

I contacted Renowned Plumbing after experiencing a series of leaks in our plumbing. The morning I called Renowned Plumbing, I talked with Richard, explaining our leak issues. Due to the seriousness of our problem, he agreed to come out later that morning. Upon inspection of our kitchen flooring where we thought the water was coming from, he assessed we had a slab leak. He gave us two options - 1) find and fix the slab leak or 2) do a repipe of our house. Even though it was very expensive, we opted for the repipe so that we had a more permanent solution. His team came out and completed our whole house in one day and came back two days later to patch the walls. We are very pleased with the service we got from Richard and his team. Richard is very professional and truly cares about his clients. I asked a lot of questions, and he always took the time to explain things. Renowned Plumbing will be our go-to plumber for future plumbing needs.

Richard and Paul did an amazing job! We had a gas line that was completely disconnected and gas was filling the house. They diagnosed the problem, ran a new gas line, checked under the house for additional leaks, and checked all appliances. We also needed a new water heater as the original to the home was still installed and was definitely showing its age. They explained everything every step of the way, were professional, and kind. Could not recommend more for plumbing, gas line,or HVAC needs.
