Solace was very professional during the entire process to evaluate our heating issue and provide us with a more detailed analysis of the issue and what was needed to repair. They also presented various pricing estimates from which to make a choice on what option we thought worked best for us. Their cost was competitive (mainly lower) than other vendors. Their replies were timely and scheduling was easily made. Their team came on time and work was completed as expected. They cleaned up well, and took time to go over the newly installed system (we had decided to have both A\C and Furnace replaced). Definitely would recommend them.

I have used Solace plumbing a few times. So I feel I have a true well rounded experience with them. They installed a new Tankless Water Heater, fixed my leaking pipes under kitchen sink and the latest was my sprinkler system main pipes that feed the valves was leaking and I had a marshy mess and a huge water bill. Each and every time they are beyond phenomenal. What’s most important to me? They know what they’re doing and they get the job right the first time. Pricing I feel is very fair for their quality of work. They can always get someone out to me in a very good amount of time. Water heater? They did it same day! I’ve had the same tech (Don) each time and he’s very friendly and very professional. Please don’t hesitate to use Solace. They were also referred to me from someone and sooo happy I listened. This Plumbing Company should be your 1st and only call.I have an Older Home (60+ Years Old) and it was the utmost Importance I called a Company that understood this without just assuming I had to tear everything out and rebuild it.Sean came in and took his time to access what was wrong (Tub, Toilets, Sinks, Washing Machine, over flowing etc.I assumed the worst but he went through the entire Sewer System to access the Damage and found it not to be as Bad as I expected.In Addition he found some other issues that he fixed so I wouldn’t have any Future issues.Sean also explained in detail exactly what he was doing step by step which if you have others (Wife) etc. it’s important they know as well.The house is being left to our Kids, Grandkids etc. and I now feel Very Confident they won’t have Issues as well.In addition I also had them a few years ago completely repipe the Water System and they did it in one day with a staff of over 5-10 People.As I said 1st and only call, ask for Sean.Greg

The plumbing problems at my older house were extensive. A clog was found beneath the slab, halfway across home, requiring extensive repair. The slab was jackhammered open to remedy the issue. It was expensive, but done quickly and professionally closed up. My new wall to wall carpet was carefully repositioned, so it is not obvious it was pulled up. The fixtures now work well and I have a new scientific lining in my old pipes to prevent such problems for the next 50 years. Thats long enough for me. As a courtesy, the crew also power flushed my kitchen drain. I appreciate the good service.

He first gave me a quote that was a little out of my budget but he called his office to see what he could do and was able to make it very affordable, very impressive. Even after he was done I realize I misunderstood about the pipe leading to my sprinkler system that it was ok to cut not realizing it would effect my system. I called his office after hours and he promptly called me back and returned the next day to correct my mistake at no charge. Now I call that great customer service. In July 2023 we needed a 2nd opinion, didn’t trust the company AHS Warranty sent out to diagnose the problem, he was here for approximately 5 min..Glad we trusted our gut. Looked at different reviews for a local HVAC company for a 2nd opinion…Called Solace, they came out, diagnosed the problem, which was a wire that had been disconnected from the mother board from a different AHS company that had came out last yr to fix the heater…They FORGOT to wire the air conditioner?FAST FORWARD to September 2023…Our 2nd air conditioner unit downstairs fan stopped turning…didn’t even bother calling AHS.My 1st call was to SOLACE, he came out diagnosed, then fixed the problem, (had the part on his truck) and off he goes…Love working with individuals that know what they’re doing and not trying to scam homeowners. Don came out to fix the temperature and pressure valve/pipe to my water heater, however upon turning the water back on the pressure valve in front of house was also leaking. He quoted me a generously discounted price to replace part. When he was finished I was surprised and so grateful that he not only replaced the valve but he also replaced pretty much the whole thing- the shut off valve the pressure valve, the faucet the whole thing at no extra charge. Its hard to find people who are kind and efficient these days but i got lucky cause Don is both. Happy with work done ✔

I have used and recommended these folks for years, and my experience this last Tuesday was yet another reason why.My elderly mother has a home warranty and her heater had stopped working over a week earlier during one of the coldest snaps of the year. Even though she’s used Solace before and trusts them, she naturally wanted to use the warranty she paid too much for to have the repairs done, so I held off calling Solace (because one should always listen to their mother), and we set up space heaters in her house until the random company assigned by the warranty company could show up. Once there, the “technician” gave her a list of the components that had gone bad on her heater and informed her that part of the system was not up to code, which caused the issue, so the warranty company would not cover any of the work. What’s the point of a warranty if they only cover things until they break?We were made aware of the claim denial on Tuesday morning this week (12/20/22). I stopped by to check on Mom Tuesday morning to make sure she was thawed out and she told me they had just called. I immediately contacted Solace, spoke to Bryan, explained things, and in a stroke of luck it turned out Barry could come by soon to check it out. By 9:30 that same morning Barry had arrived, diagnosed the issue, found a single wire for the igniter that had rubbed through and was grounding out on the unit, repaired the wire, and the heater works like a charm—no bad components. Moreover, the claim about the unit not being up to code was completely false and had nothing to do with the system failure. The other company had quoted her $250.00 out-of-pocket to bring the unit up to code in addition to the other repairs that would have ended up costing hundreds more.So over a week of worrying about my mother turning into a popsicle, her bundling up like an Arctic explorer to avoid that fate, and the stress of dealing with and inexperienced and/or dishonest company trying to empty her wallet was all alleviated by simply calling the company I should have insisted on in the first place. Their service has always been the best. This is where experience pays off. Barry promptly, courteously, and properly diagnosed an issue instead of just wanting to replace all of the parts that might have caused the system to fail. If that first tech had accidentally bumped that wire, they system would have come back to life. What we paid for Solace was far less than the other company would have ripped us off for.Lessons learned here include not wasting money on home warranties and sticking with what we know works. For this Christmas, mom is back to the same warm soul she has always been and we can save our lumps of coal for stocking stuffers instead of heating.

I had not intended to replace the water heater (I did know that it was 24 years old), but Don pointed out some warning signs that the water heater was not going to last much longer. Don may have saved me from a house full of water. All work was done very well, and warranties were explained. I have used 25 Dollar Plumbing for many years with no complaints and will continue to do so.

Excellent service. This was our second opinion, and I’m so glad that we did. The previous AC company told us that our Central AC unit was beyond repair, and that we would need an entirely new system. Then $25 Dollar Plumbing, Heating & AC came out and told us that our system could be repaired But we could also get a new system for $4,000 less then the previous company quoted us. We decided to go with the repair since funds are right, and they did a fantastic job! Our AC is actually cooler than it was before. Brian was very clear about the problems with our system, how to fix it and how to help prevent future problems. I would definitely recommend.
