My GE wasnt heating to temperature. I called this morning, had a technician about 2 hrs later. He offered to adjust the thermostat but this is a low cost 6 yr old heater from Home Depot and I didnt trust it. So even though I appreciated the offer to adjust I asked for it to be replaced. Nick had the part on the truck and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Collier and I am sold. They are now my plumber company of choice. I was so happy my wife told me to tone down my review or no one would believe me. So this is my review, toned down.
