My water heater wasn’t working right, so I called Collier Plumbing to get an estimate. The plumber diagnosed the problem over the phone and didn’t charge me for the call. They also suggested that I order the gas valve directly from the manufacturer.I ordered the gas valve and called Collier Plumbing again to get it installed. I paid $175 for the labor, but I got the gas valve for free under warranty from Rheem. I was really happy with their polite and professional service.

A great experience with Dr Ball. So nice and caring. She visited our home and diagnosed my illness. Then made sure my meds were in stock at the pharmacy . Very intelligent and we would definitely call if another need warrants it.

From the first call to OnCall, they were absolutely incredible to work with.They were able to see us same day, they called before they arrived, and even after the appointment to check in and make sure all was ok.The service on site was also phenomenal. These guys are really good. John came to evaluate my house for a new copper piping job May 2014. He was really good at seeing that we recently had the inside remodeled and created a way to re-pipe without damaging the new work. I am very happy with the outcome and the service. John and Nick showed up each day and work very hard even solving issues that were left for us by the previous owners of the house. These guys are GOOD! Oh, and their price is VERY reasonable!

I have been going to OnCall medical and Wellness for almost a year now and I consider it a one stop shop. I use the counseling services to progress through life’s challenges and the physical wellness services to receive wise advice and treatment for skin concerns. Oh and I can sit here all day and talk about Dr. Ball...She is amazing! Very patient, caring and knowledgeable! I love her! Come check her out. I promise you she won’t disappoint.

Our service man (Jacob) was very knowledgeable. Asked if we had questions every step of the way. The installation site was clean and neat while working and after install. Pricing wasnt the cheapest, but was fair and aligned with the quality of service. We would recommend them to neighbors and friends. We chose them based on other reviews and now we know why they are highly rated.

These g uys are great. I had a water heater problem, called on plumber, he wanted $220 to open up the bottom part. I said no thanks, call Collier Plumbing when I got the warranty part from GE and they charged only $95 to open it up and replace the safety valve. He said to replace a water heater they charged 250, whereas the first plumber said 450. The repairman was so nice and efficient. It was a great experience, and Im putting their phone number on the refrig for all my plumbing needs. Efficient and inexpensive

I had a great experience both times they had to come out due to a faulty controll valve part on behalf of the manufacturer Rheem.They were always polite on the phone and listened to my concerns.They were exactly on time as she stated on the phone.During the 2nd visit Mike was very professional and informative. He took the time to address my concerns instead of trying to make a extra money on a whole new reinstallation. I would recommend this company to anyone with installation and repairs on their water heater. Ask for Mike he will be able to get the Job done fast and efficient.One Happy Customer

I called this Friday morning (5/1/2015) at 7am after I discovered last night I did not have hot water. They immediately answered the phone, and dispatched a tech. They provided me with a resonable service cost quote for them to come out. I agree. So they promised me that the tech would be in about 10am. He was on time, and got started on the job immediately.Zach, the technician discovered a melted ignitor, he proceeded to fix it, cleaned the burner, and air screen. I was amazed that he knew exactly what to do. He was very pleasant to talk to and knew his stuff. He did not try to oversell me anything. He re-assured me that my unit is still ok, and my issue was standard wear/tear of the water heater. He has seen similar issues with my unit and all other models. (A.O. Smith water heater).By the way, I got their information from the manufacturer website, and quickly read the awesome reviews by others here and on Google. He droved in a new looking company van with their logo; very professional.I will definetly use them in the near future for other jobs I am planning to do around the house (toilet replacement, shower re-design/door swap). Called and gave a responsible estimate on a water heater repair and leaky sink. Gave an estimated arrival time and showed up on time. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Very friendly. I will definitely use again if needed

8 months of an annoying whining noise and Issues with my New 60 gal GE/Rheem water heater....The issue stumped other plumbers, so no fix for months, but Cameron came in today and solved it in less than 5 minutes...and it would have been faster, but I am counting the time it takes to remove the cover and re-install. This guy knows water heaters.No more noise....Just our families cheers for Cameron and Collier Plumbing! THANKS!Five Stars!....(not for RHEEM)....For Cameron and Collier Plumbing!!!
