    I had a new faucet installed by Mike on my kitchen sink and service was very smooth and pleasant.They charge you 5% transaction fees paying with your card so better have cash ready or cut them a check other than that it was a great installation service!

    JOSEPH is the man you need to ask for. I just moved into my new home - not even 24hrs. Washer is leaking, new faucets are leaking. I’m already overwhelmed and super annoyed. Joseph was in my home probably within 4hrs of me reaching out. Incredible response time. He showed empathy, and solved my issues within an hour. We need more people like him on this planet.     Tommy, Michael & Edgar were a great team. They were courteous, friendly and prompt. They were able to clearly explain the issue as well as possible solutions, showing me the problem on the snake camera. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty when discussing the different options. AYS Plumbing offers great warranty coverage. Pricing was competitive with, and for some solutions lower than, other locations I received quotes from. Tommy, Michael & Edgar not only did a fantastic job repairing the plumbing lines but they were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards, ensuring everything was back in its place. They provided me with video of the pipe before and after for insurance purposes. I highly recommend these three professional gentleman for your plumbing needs.

    Mike and Carlos could not say enough great things about them and the work they did. Awesome communication, detailed descriptions. Carlos went up and beyond with the work that was completed in my recent purchased home. Rerouting, adding a shower head. Do not hesitate! Yes plumbing can be expensive however it is necessary to get it done right. And the previous owners definitely didn’t do it right the first time. But I am satisfied and happy it is properly repaired.     We called AYS Plumbing to repair a leak under our bathroom sink. The work ended being a re-piping of the whole house. While not the cheapest in the market, AYS provides good value. If you want to get things done right the first time, AYS Plumbing is perfect for the job. It was a delight working with their supervisors starting with Jeremy Martinez who made the re-piping less painful on us as much as possible. Hector, Isaiah and Humberto came in to assess the damage in the bathroom and prepared the necessary paperwork to submit to our insurance company. Andrew provided great service and fixed a blockage in the guest bathroom toilet. The AYS employees acted in a very professional manner and was always ready to provide excellent customer service.It is also worth mentioning that AYS is a one-stop shop for your re-piping requirements. They did everything from re-piping, assessing the damage and preparing the paperwork for your insurance claim, patchwork, and painting.Jimmy Reyes, painting supervisor took care of the final painting to make sure the results looked good making sure the patched area blended well with the rest of the wall. He was very detailed and his pride in his work showed.I highly recommend AYS Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.Update: AYS doesn’t disappoint. They came back to fix hot water mixing with the cold line in one of the shower faucets. Andrew and Bobby came to diagnose the problem and found the source. They fixed the problem. Their customer service skill is excellent and they are very professional.

    We called AYS on Thanksgiving Day when the drain in our only bathroom would not clear. We were having people over the following day and need to make sure the bathroom was available for guests. Suzanne was so nice and reassuring from the moment I explained the issue. She called me back within 20 minutes and let me know that a plumber was on the way. When Edgar arrived he was very thorough and explained that our pipes were extremely old and that’s why when my husband attempted to snake the drain it did not work. He provided a quote to replace the piping under our home and worked around our budget. He promised us that he could have the pipes replaced before our guests arrived the following day. He and a coworker arrived at 8am sharp and were completed with the repairs before 10am. Definitely would recommend AYS to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable plumbing service.

    The work done by Joseph Meza was done quickly and professionally. He left the area he worked in CD wry clean.Michael Gonzalez even came by to before Joseph started to confirm what Joseph had told me and explained what needed to be done.     I had a slab leak that caused damage to my guest bedroom and guest bathroom. I contacted Angi, and AYS responded with a call within minutes. Bobby (plumber) was at my location within an hour. I had a very good first impression of him. He did extensive testing to pinpoint exactly where the water was coming from. Once detected, he gave me three options (re-pipe, re-route, or direct repair). My husband and I decided to go with full re-piping. Mike Garcia of AYS was brought on board to go over the financial side of the repair work. Mike came to my home the same day. He was very professional, and was very clear and concise while explaining what was going to be done. The loan process was very easy, and completed on site within a few minutes. The pipe crew was here the next morning, and was finished that same day. The patch crew came out the morning after, and was also finished the same day Very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. I will be keeping Mike and Bobby on speed dial for any future work. I highly recommend AYS!!

    This is my first time using AYS Plumbing & Rooting service and I must say this has been the best experience. From setting the appointment with customer service rep (Susan) to the final repair of my leak/pipe bust with (Freddy Lopez.)     THE ONLY PLUMBERS WELL EVER USE.Our initial experience with AYS was rough with some pricing information not communicated clearly.Michael, the owner, contacted me directly to discuss the issue. He was not defensive at all when I communicated my concern. Instead, he assertively worked to help. He was genuine, helpful, and proactive.Andrew, the plumber, completed our service exceptionally well. Andrew was very good at making the repair, but he was also prompt, thorough, and very polite to my family. I trusted having him at my house with my wife and kids while I was at work.     I contacted AYS Plumbing for a leak in my upstairs bathroom that ended up leaking into the ceiling above my garage. They sent a plumber out who ended up causing us some problems; however, the manager was quick to rectify the situation and sent Andrew. Andrew was great! He showed up at the designated time, was friendly and professional, and took care of the issue quickly. The manager, Michael, even called to check in on the service and apologize for the previous plumber explaining he was new and no longer with their company as they do not run their business like how that previous plumber was handling things.Companies hire people not just for their expertise and experience, but also for the hope that the individual will be a good representation of their company. When an employee does shady stuff, or does not do a good job on the service you hired them for, it does not necessarily mean the organization is bad. AYS proved to me that they hold their employees accountable to ensure they are representing their organization correctly. I appreciated their quick response and fixing the problem.     Adam from AYS saved the day! We had a clogged ac drain line and our ac wasnt working as a result. We called multiple plumbers with no response or refused to take such a small job. Finally we called AYS and Adam showed up to our house within half an hour of calling! He was so professional and courteous. Our problem was resolved in no time and our AC is up and running.     My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called AYS, and the plumber (Nate) showed up super fast. It was much later in the day, so I didn’t think anyone would be able to come look at the problem until the next day, but Nate was at my house the same day only an hour after I originally called. He looked at my leaking water heater, and gave me two separate bids to replace mine with a Top-of-the-Line water heater, or a less expensive option. I chose the less expensive water heater. Then, to my amazement, being even later in day now, Nate went and picked up the new water heater, drove it back to my house, and had it fully installed and going strong in about an hour (Copper pipes welded, and everything). Nate was super nice and informative, and he couldn’t have make the whole process go any smoother. Cudos to AYS and Nate. We need more people like him in this world.

    Well I requested a bid on Angi and got bombarded by calls. I got a few quotes and they will all WAY over my budget. These guys called and I said what the heck, one more quote wont hurt. Even though I was expecting the same old bait and switch I was getting. These guys called at 11:30 and someone was at my door at 12:00. They sent me a text with his arrival time and his photo. His name was Isaac and he was so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. His bid come within my budget and he started work right away! Im so impressed with this company I just had to write a review. We took on a small project that became a large renovation and AYS Plumbing was there to help us finish the job! We couldnt be happier and we recommend them for all your plumbing and rooter needs.

    There was a guy by the name of Michael that came to my home. It was a late night call. I was expecting them to be very frustrated for coming out to my house so late they were on time and very professional. The problem was taken care of and assessed within the hour.     Freddy Lopez from AYS Plumbing & Rooter was absolutely amazing from the first interaction to our second. Our first interaction he was able to assess our situation, give us true and honest guidance, and even help with explaining to my landlord exactly what the issue was. Which in our case was a 30-year-old water heater that went out and was leaking everywhere for 2 days. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to actually schedule service for the following day. Mr Lopez along with his coworker Adam were prompt and Swift. They handled everything and I had wonderful hot water in no time!     Super happy with AYS Plumbing & Rooter! Long story short, water heater bursted, flooded the house, one hot mess. Called AYS and Mike Garcia took charge to decommission the old busted tank, install a new one temporarily while the house repair was done, and finally complete the permanent install at the end. I have nothing but the best to say about the job he’s done - great quality, professional, clean (that’s right, clean. It’s a big deal to me), honest, and trustworthy.     From the first point of contact to fitting us in the schedule Mike was amazing and very communicative, Joseph the technician that came out was very thorough and tried his best to save our existing water heater but it had ultimately given out and needed replacement. Joseph did give us a few options in regards to replacement although a little pricey it was well worth it Joseph and Andrew both came back after hours and made sure we had hot water that same night.     Athen and Mike did An outstanding job of identifying our problem & fixing it! We had roots in the check valve; they identified the problem and replaced the valve. This was not a cheap repair and the problem caused toilet water to back up in the bathtub. Michael from AYS came to help and even arrived WITH the new Backflow Valve we needed! installed it and saved the day!Another time we have called AYS is when our 7 month old puppy dropped a clear Nyla bone down the toilet and nobody knew until it was wedged so good, Michael ended up having to replace our entire toilet after trying for two hours to get the dang bone out.     This company is amazing! They were open on a Sunday and willing to send someone out to give us a quote which is honestly unheard of for a non-emergency situation. We opted to wait until Monday instead. The young man that came out was Andy, and he was very personable and really knew his stuff. I felt completely confident letting him do the job. He was able to move our gas line down in our kitchen so we can install a new gas range and quoted us half of what another company did. Andy did a great job and we would totally ask for him again!

    Last week our washer stopped working. When we purchased our new washer, the pipe fittings had gone bad and we were unable to install our new washer.I called AYS and was greeted by Suzanne who listened to our problem and was extremely helpful. She told us she had a technician who was nearby and could be at our house within 2 hours.Our technician, Andy, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. After about an hour, he fixed the pipe fittings, removed our old washer and installed our new one. I appreciate how he went above and beyond to assist us. After he finished with the washer, he offered to look at our dishwasher which had not been draining properly.I appreciate the work Andy took and the helpfulness Suzanne did to get a technician out so quickly. I’ll call AYS again for any plumbing needs.
