Had them come out to my business in North Phoenix and Blake did an awesome job! He replaced several blown fuses ,added a new wall plug and set up an automatic timer for our sign. Blake was super friend and professional.

Excellent! From the initial phone call and estimate to the completion of the job everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The crew arrived on time and were professional, honest, competent and personable. They worked quickly and neatly. They were extremely knowledgeable about their craft, you could really tell they care. Their prices were quite reasonable as well. Very pleased with the work completed, in fact, I’m so pleased, they will be coming back out to more work in a few days. 5 stars!

I’m so glad I was referred to this company! Everything from the initial phone call to the end of the job was very prompt, satisfactory and affordable! I will definitely be calling them again if I need electrical work done. I highly recommend them!

Pablo, Carlos and the team at CGR Development (previously called Value Electric) are my new heroes! Im in charge of a 53-home community well share in Vail, which went down. On a Sunday night, of course. After having TEP out first (thought it was on their side), I learned I had to have electricians repair my 480V 3-phase power feed. And it had to be county inspected, AND TEP had to come back to turn it on again. People were out or nearly out of water, and I was leaving town Tues AM. I left a number of Sunday midnight messages for electricians, and Pablo called me up at 6AM sharp Monday. Had a team of 3 guys out by 8, problem fixed by lunch, inspected early afternoon, and TEP reconnected by 4pm. I was BLOWN AWAY. And the price...yeah it cost us some, but less than I expected. The crew was professional, capable and personable. Complete win, Ill be calling them next time I need electrical work!

Very nice and professional! Prompt and quick service. Very helpful for understanding what to watch out for/preventative maintenance. And cleaned up afterwards 😊 highly recommended!
