I had Wat-Kem out to resolve a drain issue we have dealt with for years. A very polite and competent young man named Dominic arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and completely rebuilt the drain. No more back ups from the washer. Wat-Kem is the only company we use for any plumbing needs . They are the best, prompt, courteous professional and affordable.

Wat-Kem Mechanical does a very professional and timely job for the best prices in the Dayton Ohio area. I have used them for three larger plumbing related projects in the past 5 years, and their bids were 20 - 30% lower than the next lowest bid. They always arrived on the job at the agreed upon time and did the work in an efficient manner. Their personnel were very courteous, sharing all aspects of the work with me. When the work was completed, cleanup was indicative of no work having been done. Try this company and you will never use another for the type of work that they are so professionally and cost-effective at doing.

The only thing I do not like is that they bill you AFTER they do the job and you have no idea how much that job is going to cost until you get the bill. They are professional and jobs done well.

Top notch!!! I will use them again and again and again and and have referred them to family and friends. They cleaned up made my yard look better than when they first got there. Very professional on time and their prices are very affordable. They explained everything from the start and what it would cost. 10 out of 10!!!

Wat-Kem performed two services for us recently. One was to install a new waterline through our basement wall. The second was to clear out a clog in our kitchen drain. The first was a scheduled effort and was done excellently and has worked great for a number of months. The second was more of an emergency repair. In this case, Wat-Kem was on site the same day and quickly cleared the clog and got our system operating perfectly. The service personnel gave us some ideas to help keep it working correctly with a little effort. All of the work for both of these efforts was done professionally and politely. I highly recommend Wat-Kem for your service and installation needs.

I hired Wat Kem mechanical to install a bidet attachment and to perform yearly water heater maintenance. They performed very well, price was a little high but it reflected the quality of work they do. Dont cheap out on contractors and youll get a good job, like Wat Kem does.
