    Hot water heater went out..Todd came out super quick, quick diagnosis, extremely professional, honest and personable. I was nervous about calling a plumber bc in the past we were over charged but pricing was very fair and with a guy like Todd with his experience on the team, I’ll be calling Neal’s plumbing from here on out!

    Noticed that my hot water heater was leaking a few days ago. My friend recommended Neal’s plumbing so I gave them a call. They were able to schedule me in for the next day which worked out really well. The technician that came out was really polite and friendly. Unfortunately the tank was busted but he was able to get it fully replaced in just a couple hours. Will definitely use Neal’s for future plumbing work.

    Highly recommend Tom at Neals Plumbing in Troy was called about tankless hot water heater not working, came right out & found problem a lizard in motor, removed and were back in business. Very nice, good price, and will refer to everyone. Thank you Tom

    I was contractor on basement remodel and Neal’s plumbing did rough in for bathroom. We ran into spacing issue and it was resolved a couple days after me notifying them. Big thank you to Tom for jumping on it quickly and getting it resolved. Made my life a lot easier.

    Called Neal’s plumbing to plumb for a shower after I removed our tub and replaced the toilet flange. Todd showed up like I man on a mission, he was a machine, in and out in no time. Price was very fair and will call them on any future needs.

    Tom and crew came out and installed a water softener and utility sink. Their price was reasonable and the service was quick! There was a minor leak with the utility sink and they came out quickly and fixed the defective gasket. I’ve dealt with a few other plumbing companies and I prefer these guys the most! I’ll be using them again for all of my other plumbing projects.

    FIVE STARS, way above and beyond service!!! Professional, nice, and exceptional in every way. Todd was fantastic. He was efficient. He put new parts in and fixed it well.     I had them out before for a sewer issue. Lets call it a river of... One of the bigger named companies took one look and was out the door saying well call with an estimate, took 4 days. Tom did more than look and saw a cap had come off. Cleared the line and replaced the cap. Thankfully it want worse. This last time was a simple floor drain clog, but that drain serviced the house. Quick and doesnt mix words. Price was reasonable too.

    40 yr old shower faucet leaking, contatced officde via phone. Todd called back same day, came out and looked at problem, We puchased new faucets for shower and bathroom sink. Todd repaired leak until new could be installed. New facuets installed yesterday by Todd and Chase. Fast and through, had question about drain line, Todd said when problem exists call them out to replace. I highly recommend Neals plumbing and staff.

    We have used Neal’s plumbing two times now and both have been wonderful. We compared prices and they were cheaper than several others. Not the cheapest but like with most things, to an extent you get what you pay for. They even came out a third time just to see if a leak was on our end or the city’s and then reported the leak for us saving me the trouble.

    Had them come out this morning was just thinking about an estimate guy showed up on time and he looked like he was ready to get it done. Told him what I needed he said said lets do it great price and service tried calling out people last year and no one would even show up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Outstanding service! Called on a weekend morning for a leak in a copper pipe. Neals arrived, replaced the pipe and were done within 20 minutes! He gave me a military discount also! Thanks!

    This is my new go to company for my plumbing needs. They were able to come out on the same day I called and cap off the plumbing under my sink cheaper than prices quoted by other plumbing companies I called. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

    Polite office staff took all my information and said someone would call me to schedule an appointment, but when nobody called me back I recalled to let them know no one had called me to schedule an appointment and staff apologize and my call was returned and scheduled for an appointment. When Tom arrived and looked at what he had to do, he gave me an estimate and went right to work taking care of my water leak on my main water line and corrected my problem of no water coming to my outside water faucet. I didnt expect him to fix it that day, but he was done in no time and I felt his charge was very reasonable. He was polite, efficient and courteous.I would highly recommend Neals Plumbing!
